Good sweet treats great staff and very good prices.

The best apple dumpling I’ve ever had! It was huge with a good helping of ice cream. They said they make them at the house next door and bring them over- so adorable! Service was prompt and great. If I find myself in this part of the country again, I will definitely stop and get another dumpling- they’re so good they might be in my dreams!

My absolute favorite place to get ice cream! I took my wife here when we first started dating and now we make special trips from out of state just to eat Packs. Over time the prices and selection has just gotten better. They even have lucky charm marshmallows as a topping!

Soft serve ice cream. Delicious soft serve ice cream, really not much else to say. I had a blended ice cream with peanut butter cup and had them toss some caramel on top.They have a big list of ice cream sundaes.Go here, eat ice cream, be happy.And they take credit cards.

I love Packs! My orders have always been filled promptly, and the quality is spot on as well. Theres quite a selection to choose from, so its always fairly easy to find something that hits the spot whenever we stop in here. Its one of those small, locally known gems!

Service was great! The ladies behind the counter were very nice. The sundaes are bigger than you expect them to be and they are not skimpy on the toppings, it was the perfect radio of toppings to frozen custard. Very tasty, you definitely get what you pay for. I think this Packs is the best one in Winchester.

Surprised to see such a low number of reviews! My guess is that everyone is way to full by the time they leave to even think of writing a review.The staff is always friendly and tend to move quickly. Depending on when you stop, be prepared for a line...but dont fret, it goes quickly. The portions here are unreal. If you usually get a medium, get a small and so on. They are very gracious will the amount of ice cream and tops you get!

Always looking for the flavor of the week for the soft-serve ice cream after a long day working in the yard! Great place and highly recommended!

It was awesome we should go there all the time

After checking the website and noting that it didnt close until 10:30, we went there last night (Sat.), only to find that it closes at 9:30! They girls working werent very friendly either. Through the closed window, they said, We are closed. I asked why the website had 10:30, and again through the closed window was told, Thats later. Suggest updating the website with actual hours. You lost 16 orders with our group last night.

Even though you might get a small cone you still got a lot. Ice cream was great. And prices arent to bad

We stopped in to see what they had, turns out there is a large variety of Ice Cream products. We had Pumpkin and Butter Pecan Ice Cream in Waffle Cones. They were huge and delicious! Most definitely will be back!

Icecream is very good but way overpriced in my opinion. It should not cost $15 for a family of 4 to get icecream cones. We are only able to frequent for very special occassions.

It gets an extra star for being a local. They give a huge portion (I have trouble finishing a small) and they keep the line moving. It would have been a five star but it is expensive.
