My wife and I bought a Kingsdown Oakwwod Arbor mattress and it was great at first but after a month it had lost all of its support. I understand that all mattresses have a “Break In” period but this goes way beyond that. It is so uncomfortable that our we should have just kept our previous 10 year old mattress. For almost $3000 I was expecting better. I called the manufacturer and they were no help. The woman talked to me like I was stupid! DO NOT BUY A KINGSDOWN MATTRESS!
