IPawn in Winder, Ga is the only shop I ever pawn anything!They are always nice. They send you reminders before your payment is due, you have a 10 day grace period after due date, if you miss your payment they give a courtesy call & always call to check if your going to make a payment before they put your stuff up for sell.No other pawn shop has ever done that for me. I would highly recommend them if you ever need to pawn anything.

I just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by to see what they had. They had a store full of nice stuff at very good prices! The young lady that waited on me was so friendly and helpful, as were the other guys working there. Not something you find at too many pawn shops. I’ll be going back for sure (even after I pick up the guitar I put on layaway 😁) Really cool folks and a nice clean store full of nice stuff!!

This is a great place to sell or get a loan on many items. The staff is friendly and professional. Jessica is nothing but awesome. She has remembered my name from the first time I did business with her at another store I would never go back to. As a manager she is the best you could have as an employ. Ive only been once so far, so my rating is solely based on that one interaction. It took a minute to pawn what I brought in, but it gave me enough time to check out this place so its ok. They have a little of this and a little of that, fairly clean, courteous and professional, and knowledgeable about the items they had for sale from what I overheard when the gentleman was speaking to my husband. When my slip was made up and ready for my signature, she offered me more than I expected (the place I stopped before wouldnt let me pawn my items at all, and Ive pawned with them a year just paying the fee to keep it from loosing an item) and thats pretty awesome, and so far it seems like the place to go! Until something happens to change my mind this is my review 😁

Oh my goodness! Ive been searching everywhere for a decent Pawn Shop where I can feel confident that when I walk in it doesnt look like other peoples trash. Seriously, I came in to Smart Pawn in Winder and it was fantastic. Its very organized and clean. Not like your typical pawn shop run of the mill dirty floors ECT. And now lets talk about the staff. First off I was greeted warmly by the gentleman behind the counter. But I wasnt looking for a buddy so he did his thing. Which I appreciate. I was standing at the jewelry section and this young lady approached me. She knew I had the look of help and curiousness on my face. She introduced herself Jessi Evans. Asked if she could help and from that moment on I had no other worries. I found the earrings I wanted and was out the door in no time. So in case you need a great Pawn Shop this is where I highly Recommend. Not to mention Jessi has the best outfits! ❤️

I went in that store, and the most friendly, and knowledgeable person approached me asking if she could help. I took one look and said absolutely. After all, she was there for me and not just for the store. She was rather cute too, lol. Anyways, her name is Jessica Evans, and I highly recommend speaking with her about anything and everything in that store. She is the bees knees when it comes to information regarding all of the products in that store, and extremely helpful. I wont talk to anyone else. (no offense to the other employees)

Need to test products more. They have great prices and great deals but electronically, need to fully test their game systems. Bought one yesterday and the controller was broke and the system took 25 minutes to boot up

Hands down the BEST pawn shop in Winder! The store is clean & the staff especially Jessica, Kyle, and Darian. They treat you like you’re part of the family. No discrimination at all and they go way above and beyond with the help they provide. All are so well knowledgeable About what they are selling. This is the ONLY shop I will go to in Winder. The prices are super fair and if you dont agree with a price, they will work with you on it. This is why my husband and I are both repeat shoppers at iPawn. They treat you like you’re almost family. They don’t see dollar signs as soon as you walk in which is what I love! The items being sold are in working condition and iPawn does not sell overpriced items. Jessica, Darian, & Kyle all make sure the customers are happy and satisfied when leaving the store. iPawn is super lucky to have this trio working for them bc they rock!

I was trying to find a particular tablet for my wife a few months back. Called in and spoke with Dillan who took my info down and told me he would contact me once he found one. Well a bit of time passed and Dillan reached back out and had my tablet! He gave me an amazing deal and packaged it extremely well.The tablet made it here without any damage and on time. Amazing service. he even reached out after delivery to confirm that everything was working well and i was satisfied. 11/10 service. Give that man a raise. I had a wonderful interaction with this gentleman That works there named Dillon.He was proffesional, informative, and even though we did not conclude the business transaction that was proposed, he was so helpful in giving me other options and really just made the whole experience a breeze. In my opinion this was such a sye of relief after having talked to a few pawn stars down the road who made me feel like an idiot and a criminal. If you wanna do business the right way because there is only a right way and wrong way to do it; give these guys a shot I promise you will not be dissatisfied.

Great experience here,Ive been here a few times already,not really big on leaving reviews but,Jessica really stood out and made the difference,I walked she immediately asked if she could help me and I told her I was there to sell some tools that were doubles(I had just left the pawn shop behind the Jameson Inn where they had offered me a solid $50)and she asked me how much I was looking to get,and I really wasnt all there at that moment I was having a rough day,well anyways I didnt bother her with my dad stories so I just said whatever is fair,well after standing there for maybe 4 minutes or so she looks at me and says that she would like to offer me 75,ive not been keeping up with the value of the tools I really thought it would be going for a little more so I politely asked is that really all she was willing to offer but I also made sure I let her know that I understood that this a business and I understand there has to have some margin of profit for it to be worth the shops time.she asked once again what I had in mind to be receiving and it was in the most legit sincere none judgemently tone of voice as well,at that point I didnt really want to say anything but I said I was really thinking it would be around the 100 dollar amount,before I had it all the way out of my mouth she promptly said how about if I meet you in the middle at 90,and I quickly asked her where to sign.it was a really relaxed business deal,it didnt feel tense at all,I honestly didnt expect her to say that or make is sound so enthusiastic either.I wouldve have had any ill will had she not offered either i was really saying that kind of rhetorically,but she went the extra mile,that right there solidified my business there from now on just because I feel like the people there arent just trying to con you out of your stuff for as cheapnas possible.the place is easy going and a very relaxed atmosphere.

I would give -0 if i could.Hello my husband put a ring on layaway. I did not like it. We back to the store for a refund. The lady store manager said we cant give cash refunds but you can use it as store credit ($80). My husband goes up around December so we could use the store credit for Christmas for our 3 girls. My husband was then told by a male manager that it was gone!you lost it! When my husband asked how?,or why?,the manager had no answer just the threat of calling the police on my husband that if he didnt leave. I would like a copy of your store credit policy. I want it in writing. Itemized list of the reason/reasons $80 credit just disappears.I have complained to the BBB with no soulotion because Ipawn would not answer to the complaint to BBB. Try the consumer affairs with no answer back yet. Please i feel it unlawful and immoral to keep $80 without any thing any merchandise. Please i would like my monies back or a product for $80. Man the folks at smart pawn have been the best Pawn brokers ive ever encountered there willing to help u in anyway they can, they go the extra mile to see you get the help u need, the right item yourlooking for, or the closest to the money your needing even sometimes ifthey know there gonna get stuck with that piece of junk of a chainsaw u got there gonna have your back, so Im loyal to folks like that, whatever you need 98.99% of the time they got it and 99.99% gonns take it!!!I dont have to worry about out making sure that my favorite person is working cause there all my favorites Dylan for example has always made me feel like im important he seems to make sure i get what i need or if he cant he gets me right at it !
