Scheduling was a breeze, unlike another company I tried first. Thompson Auto Glass was recommended by my Insurance company and what a pleasure. Prompt and easy call to schedule. Mike and Tyler were on time, very friendly and polite, and had a new windshield installed in no time.I highly recommend this company.

I had a tree branch shatter the panoramic roof glass on my Toyota Venza. Little did I know the issues I would have getting it fixed. Insurance set up appointments with glass places and I brought the car to them only to be told they can’t do the fix because it was too complicated and too much work. Called every Toyota DEALERSHIP in Southern NH and was told the fix was too complicated and they can’t/won’t do it. Was left with no car and no fix for over three weeks. Enter Thompson Auto Glass. Right from the start they were courteous and professional (which is rare in the auto repair industry) and actually listened to the issue with the car. Suggested I send in photos of the damage to make sure the proper part was ordered (every other company told me to drive in for review which is tough when you work) and they kept in touch with me through the process. The part came fast, they made the appointment and the car was fixed. I wish I had called them to start because I’d have had the car back in a week instead of the 5 weeks it actually took. I highly recommend Thompson Auto Glass. These guys are the best from the front office staff to everyone else. You won’t be disappointed.

I was using a different glass company and was very disappointed with my last glass replacement. My insurance company told me about Thompson glass and had a rep call me. Joyce(the rep)called and I told her I needed windshields in my 87 GMC dump truck. Its a split windshield, and they did both for less than I ever thought I was going to pay. Now, they are my glass people! They have since put a windshield in my f350, front and rear glass in my Dresser loader. I dont hesitate to call, and neither should you. Call and talk to Joyce, she is just AWESOME! She will get you what you need and reasonable!

The tech, Raphael, showed up earlier in the time window provided and was professional and meticulous! His speed and accuracy were not affected by his serious attention to detail. Attention to detail is everything and he was laser focused. I cannot say enough good things about the tech, the service, and communication the company has provided me. The process was simple and smooth and they even did the work right in my driveway! I was even concerned about the glass itself and the match to the factory glass I already had and was reassured on the phone as to the glass they use and the direct factory match. At the request of my insurance agent we used Thompson Auto Glass to fix a crack in the windshield.Initially we received a call from Customer Service and they left me a message for the wrong person and wrong car. At this point I gave them the correct information and all the details they for the new windshieldA week later a Tech came over with the wrong windshield. I took time out of work to be there and they came with wrong windshield. The Tech said they were going through employee turnover and he apologized for the mistake.A week later another Tech came over and once again did not have the correct windshield. This time it didnt come with the trim. They ordered it that day and the Tech finally put it on.He told me the car would have to be Recalibrated and I could bring it to their shop. A few days later I brought it to the shop to find out they could not do it and I would have to bring it to the dealer.I called the dealer and they said they could do it - for a costI would not recommend this company- Im sure they will post something trying to do some damage control, but in the end the whole process was dysfunctional.

Very professional!! Worked with me and I worked with them. The Driver that was assigned to my mobile job unfortunately couldn’t preform his job due to the rain at the time. I was able to bring the car in to the location. This way the drive didn’t have to rush his other jobs just to come back to mine. I was able to have the job done at the location. Excellent customer service excellent understanding and drive did inform me what could have happen if the job was done in the rain. Everything was handle professionally. I’ve replaced several windshields over the 1M+ miles I’ve driven over the years and Thompson Auto Glass exceeded my expectations by quoting a very fair price, scheduling the work when I wanted, confirming the features of the windshield as well as the schedule, providing excellent quality and completing the work when promised.

The specialist I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful. They helped me setup the claim with insurance amd set a date. Then I had to cancel my first date last minute which they accommodated with no problem. Then on the day of install I broke my phone and the technician was amazing. Tracking me down at home then giving me a lift to get squared away. I can’t thank these guys enough. Absolutely amazing professionals!!!!

I can only give 3 stars. Repair person did not replace two plastic covers that he removed from under the hood. I saw him put them in your van. He left without calling me to inspect.

An installer, Raphael, came to my home in Boston to repair a chipped windshield. He was personable, professional and helpful, explaining that if I was not satisfied with the repair he would replace the windshield. I saw it the repair was a little foggy so I asked home to replace it. The whole job was beautifully done within just about an hour. I am very happy with the redults.

There repair was done quickly and so far it looks good . The tech that did it was professional and friendly . The only thing I could wish for was a smaller appointment window . It was a 4 hour window and the tech didn’t get to me until the last couple of minutes left in the 4 th hour. A two hour window would be great . But all in all 5 star .

Pat Thompson (we have the same name!) Went above and beyond to fix my waterleak in the roof of my 2003 Silverado. I thought it was the windshield seal but it was deeper than that. He ground down the rot on my roof and did his best to get me a couple more years out of it, this was highly appreciated!
