Brought my car here for its first NH inspection. Staff very friendly and efficient. Waiting area is nice, clean, and most importantly air conditioned! Car got inspected quickly and I plan on bringing my cars here for the foreseeable future!

Love these guys. Its also the only place thats local that has a waiting room. Im by no means a car expert and my wifes car was making an awful noise. I assumed it was a muffler/exhaust issue and Id be in the hole $600. They very easily could have replaced the whole exhaust and charged me up towards that but I got a call a couple hours after dropping off the car and that it was just some loose bolts around the muffler. Swapped those out and had a bull of under $100. Will keep coming back here until I cant drive anymore :)

I trust Windham Mobil completely and excellent service. My wife and I have been taking our cars here for years.

Sadly I would NOT recommend this shop to my friends. I brought my car there on 3 occasions each having a difficulty or a problem. Before you bring your car there know the following about their services:Expensive and Incarnate/Inconsistent quoting.Long Repair Times.Mediocre quality of workmanship.More detailed Explanations below.Expensive and Incarnate/Inconsistent quoting: The first time I brought my car there my total repair cost to pass inspection was $2081.67 this was for several repairs including new tires. When told this I was surprised at the excessive cost and decided to check with another shop in Derry and they quoted the repairs for 1500 even. To state ahead of time I did end up going to Windham Mobil because the car would not have made the journey to Derry in its current state. I then preformed part of the repairs myself to lower the cost and try to save $200. They quoted the brakes for 600 (front and back) and I did it for $298 without counting labor. BUT that was not the problem, when I checked the car back in to get the rest of the repairs done I received second quote of $900. (2081.67 – 600 = 1481.67 not 900) Thankfully it was less, but the reality is if I had just gone with the first quote I would have somehow spent an extra 600 or so.Long Repair Time: To fix 2 belts, a searing link and several other trivial things it required the car to be in the shop for a total of 9 days (including Saturday and Sunday.). This itself was excessive to say the least but the most infuriating part is that when called and confronted about it they “assumed it was not a rush” and repaired several other cars before my own.Mediocre quality of workmanship: Now for the price and the time spent in the shop I had high hopes that the repairs and the car would be in good condition. I was mistaken, the problem was with the tires for the most part. To begin, immediately after leaving I noticed my alignment was off to the left. Keep in mind there are 4 brand new “aligned” tires on the car. Secondly and possibly the most important problem is the fact that one of my rims was bent and turns out would not hold air for an extended amount of time. not knowing this because I was never called about it and their only warning about this was a non-highlighted or bolded statement on the second half of my repair statement. In the end I required a new $180 dollar rim and a new tire because the last one was destroyed on the 25 min ride home as the tire rapidly lost air.I hope this statement is helpful and sends you to a shop elsewhere so my suffering does not become yours.Good luck and Do NOT go to this shop.-CM
