Folks this place is amazing, I was looking for a new butcher shop in the area, and I was amazed. Not only are they friendly but the place is immaculately clean, with bright lighting, shelves stocked neatly, everything in order! Not only did they slice up my ribeye thinly for some cheese steaks I was making (something other butcher shops wouldnt do for me) but they have an amazing selection of one off items here from ice cream to cheeses, theyve got cuts of meat here that are considered esoteric in some parts, like oxtail (considered a delicacy if you know how to make it right). You dont want to buy your deli meats or ground beef anywhere else, they grind fresh lean 85/15 sirloin daily, none of that wierd pink slime youll get at the grocery store (yuck)! Try the bisousweet cinnamon doughnut muffins, the fresh applewood bacon, the breakfast sausage, both amazing! I think they also source turkeys for Thanksgiving! Yup theyre my butcher shop from now on!

I arrived 12 mintues before 6pm. They were closed down already even though on Google it says they close at 6pm. They should have at least kept one slicer open. If youre open to 6 than stay open or close earlier . I was not a happy camper.We will definitely be looking around for another local butchery.
