Ive used their products for around 10 years. Ever since I switched to RollerMouse Pro2, my palm pains went away. I switched to RollerMouse Red in 2015 for better experience, and Im still using it. Their products outlive Razer mice, thats for sure. Moreover, after 4 years of use, when the right button on RM Red started sticking, well past the warranty, I was sent a replacement part free of charge. And after 6 years of use, when the scroll button click would start registering inconsistently, I was sent another replacement part for like $15. Kudos for the company to offer replacement parts many years after the warranty period. Its extremely commendable companies like Contour Design are freedom to repair friendly without being begged by consumers or having laws enforced on them by the government.
