I was visibly shaken today as I had been having trouble getting my prescription approved for about a month, but the pharmacists and techs were very helpful in problem solving for me, and I was able to get my prescription at an affordable price even though it was uncovered by my insurance. It was such a relief as I was doing a lot of back and forth with my PCP and insurance company and was trying (and failing) not to cry at the counter out of frustration even though it was not their fault. Now I will be comfortable for the next month while I wait for coverage again. Wish I got the names of the pharmacist and tech who helped me but hopefully theyll see this and know it was them :)

Kyle, You are the best. Thank you so much for your help each time I go to CVS. Kyle will go above and beyond to make your CVS shopping fun and easy, I wish all the managers are like you. I cant say enough about you and cant imagine my journey in CVS without you. Thank you so much again!!!

Went in at 7:58 to pick up my sons prescription and they stated that I can’t pick it up today, unfortunately very unprofessional

Girl at the drive through today at 1:15 on May 8th was extremely rude and condescending and shouldnt be allowed to deal with the public. She made me repeat my name 3 times. Then asked for my dob. Obviously she got my name the asked me to shut off my car which I did and asked for my dob again. I gave it then left then came back and asked me to repeat everything again. Which I did for a 4th time. Seems like she was doing this on purpose. Asked what I had for a prescription I told her how many are there she told me 1. I saidIll take that one then she repeated what it was out load which is not necessary and private. I was clearly upset and she left off with a very condescending have a nice day Ill be going to walgreens from now on

I don’t like that they never have extra small size Dong bags. Please cater to the less fortunate.

The pharmacy is so unorganized. Cannot seem to get basic information correct which has caused me several extra trips to pharmacy and time on the phone. Yet again, my morning will be spent on errors by pharmacy. There is only so many times you can blame your system.After today I will never use Cvs pharmacy again!

Very nice place

Came by to pick up a script that was supposed to be filled several days ago, I’ve gotten it from this pharmacy for the last three months. I also got three texts saying it was ready to be picked up.For some reason even though it’s been filled many times here, the script didn’t go to this pharmacy. They realized the mistake and agreed to fix it next time but wouldn’t give me my script that day because they were closing in 15 minutes. I explained I need to start it that night but they didn’t care. I’m going home without my prescribed meds.Medicines are important, 15 min till close is still well before close, it’s an off the shelf prepackaged pill. Have some compassion, admit when something is your fault, and fix it.That’s what customer service is about and I didn’t feel I received it here today.

I would usually give CVS Pharmacy 5 stars, but long story short, dont expect your prescrip when they claim itll be available. Thinking of changing pharmacies
