We were ignored inside the shop when trying to pay to put firewood in the back of my car. They took so long I ended up walking out. As I pulled out of the lot, an employee chased me down and asked “where’s the wood?”, basically accusing me of stealing it. I told her I didn’t have it - I was trying to pay for it and no one seemed to want to take my money. She explained it was $6.99 for 25 pieces and I told her fine; I parked and went in to pay. Another employee loaded it into my car while she ended up charging me $9.99.Rude AF, unapologetic and lied to my face about 1-saying she never said “where’s the wood?” and 2-the price. I’ve left like, three reviews in my entire adult life and this is one of of them bc I’m literally still upset by the entire encounter. Probably won’t be going back anytime - ever.

Delahuntys is such wonderful place!! Got our Christmas tree here, even though it was just a few days before Christmas still a high quality tree! The picture does not even do justice ! Every year we always go here to get our tree!! Wonderful experience every time and excellent customer service!!

I bought several Canadian Hemlocks from Delahunty Nursery two years ago.All the Hemlocks developed into beautiful trees with the exception of one that died without reason. I called Delahunty and they replaced the Hemlock that didn’t make it.Delahunty has high quality plants, a wonderful customer service and I highly recommend them.Alexandra

Victoria did an amazing job on my bridal bouquet! I showed her a pic of what I wanted, but in a smaller version. She used cream roses and some other flowers and wrapped the stem handle in satin ribbon with silver accents, and silver stones in some of the roses. Gorgeous, and matched my dress perfectly! She also made an exact match for my husbands boutoneirre that looked perfect on his suit, and she made me a matching comb! The flowers brought a lot of joy on my wedding day yesterday. She did a beautiful job, and I could not be happier! Thank you Victoria!
