Great service and Wayne knows his stuff. Had an issue with my truck that 2 other places couldnt find. Wayne figured it out and got it running great. Just a bad sensor. He is my go to mechanic.

Luis, your tow truck driver, was absolutely amazing!!!! He was kind, polite, and reassuring! I had been overwhelmed with how I was going to get my car out of a tight spot in an airport parking lot....with 3 flat tires...and a dead battery! (None of which was my doing, and was just one of many problems I was met with upon arriving home from Orlando). Needless to say, I was having a very bad day/weekend and was dealing with a lot. Luis was an absolute lifesaver, and not just because he showed up right away and got my car squared away, but because he went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and to put me at ease. He reassured me everything was going to be all right. He told me not to worry about anything because he was going to take care of it; that everything was going to be okay, and that things would get better. He helped me order new tires, and suggested a place with better prices than the one I had initially picked, and made sure I was okay before he left. His kindness and reassurance made a truly horrible day/weekend just a little more bearable. Sometimes the smallest kindnesses can make all the difference in a persons day. You are very lucky to have such an amazing person working for you! He is without a doubt an asset to your company and I will be recommending you because of my experience with him!

It is a top notch place for automotive repairs. It is the only place that for over 30 years since the passing of my mechanic husband that l would trust with my vehicles. He knows what needs to be done and does it at the going rate in a great turn around time. I dont ever plan going elsewhere.

As a female it can a little nerve racking trying to get your car repaired! The only thing I know about cars is that they have four wheels and that can make me an easy target to be taken advantage of! At Bradley Automotive they have not only been completely honest but have been very patient with me when trying describe a sound and where it was coming from! You see I have less than perfect hearing! Youre two truck driver Luis Crespo is one the most pleasant gentlemen Ive ever met! He managed to arrive promptly and even got to my car at the shop before I did! It was a difficult job too considering my front right axle was snapped and my tire wasnt even attached anymore and he did it with grace and made it look simple! He was incredibly nice especially since it was literally 95 degrees out. And when we told him it was going to new Hampshire he didnt bat an eye! Thank you thank you thank you again he deserves a raise!
