I do not like this NAPA Auto parts in Windsor locks they discriminate against people they made me wait outside in the 90 degree heat and humidity all because I wasnt wearing a mask

NAPA is a great parts store. If they dont have your part at your local store the warehouse usually does, and you will get it the next day.

I needed a duplicate receipt. Called before closing and picked it up today to deliver on Monday.

Super Rude customer service. Dealing with the counter help was like pulling teeth. Nasty attitudes for no reason. Might be a mile out of my way but its worth the ride to another auto parts store than to deal with some of these idiots here.
