Everyone I have encountered at Carite in Windsor locks has been overly helpful and so kind. I was greeted quickly and in a very nice fashion every time I stepped through the doors. They were very informative on how the whole process works and answered any questions I had along the way. I love the way they don’t follow you around and try to pressure you into a car and it’s all on your own and you can ask questions inside if needed but they let you browse and make your own judgments on cars. The Cars are very good deals and very clean and they are very honest and open about history’s of cars and everything is accessible online as well to make it easy to find. A very easy going option for getting a used car! They have pretty good prices too! The girls who are salespeople were very helpful (sorry can’t remember their names) and kind!! Sage was beyond helpful and kind with the financial aspect, I was a bit lost with the whole process but he was very helpful and explained everything I was signing in detail and any questions I had he answered them and helped me understand and I appreciated it greatly.

Zero was not an option,but was to be giveb in this case.Bought car in January with Allstate covarage insurance for repairs .At the time of the sale I asked 3 x if it cvivers all repaires and sales man says yes all repairs.It was hard to belive but I was reassured that was the case.Now 9 mos.later care started to make noise undercarige and it was a rotor inbedeed in a rust that needs to be replaced.Allstate covered 0 and I paid 480$ out of the pocket. And also look at the tires, car has garvage tires in the back that also need to be removed for additional 300$ which I didnt have .As a immigrant and a wimen I would not reccomend this place to you .Thank you

My sister purchased a vehicle 2x via online with this company expecting to receive her car after she made a VALID purchase and test drive BOTH vehicles. When she arrived to the dealership BOTH times she was told the car was sold. An even times where they called her to let her no the car was “no longer sold, and she could repurchase”. I will NOT be giving my business to this establishment and neither should you!!!

Haggle free pricing, decent cars, great amount of choice. But you might end up not finding the one you have shortlisted, reason being they get sold fast.I bought a 2013 nissan altima for a very decent price.
