They are shipping by appt and the broker failed to inform us that we had 9 am appt, so driver had to wait 3.5 hours to get loaded when he arrived.

Great people got here a day early and put me to the dock and got unloaded had a place to sleep overnight to get my time back

This is NOT 24hr place. Receiving begins at 7am.
