Some thing was given to us that should have been delivered to another person on another street since your drivers DONT HAVE ANY ONE SIGN FOR PACKAGES, if we werent honest people we could have gotten it opened it and kept it and the person who it was sent to wouldnt have been able to get their money back because the Driver would have it recorded that he gave it to a person who lived in the household even though it was Not the Address on the box, I tried to call to Alert FedEx that they need to check on the status of ALL packages by that driver but the Automated Phone System wont allow calls to go through if you dont have a tracking number... FedEx needs to get this problem fixed since were about to head into the holiday shipping season
This CT location always says my address is wrong and send it back to shipper. If they looked at a map they would see the house address is correct and my mailing address, they they must be looking up, does not. Rural areas, with no post office, give residents mailing addresses using a different town. The Chicopee MA distribution Ctr gets us our packages with no issues.
If you think you can go here after work to pick up a package that you missed signing for, good luck. Hope you dont have anything else to do that night.
This is the LAST time I will ever use fedex for delivery service, the last couple of packages have been extremely delayed, over night shipments which are very expensive are not coming over night. The last package I got half of the bottom of the box was untapped and the contents almost falling out of box, the items were very expensive so no faith in that some one was not considering stealing the contents, the most recent they claimed they attempted to delivery and that I refused the package which is such a incredible lie because they didn’t even ATTEMPT to deliver the package in the first place! Not to mention that was an overnight package that was several days late at that. I also currently have another over night packaged that was suppose to come today but is half way across the country still… I will NEVER use fedex again. Their service is complete garbage!
Horrible people and customer service never use them again paid for overnight on October 22nd had to go physically pick up my package after the driver lied and said he made an attempt i checked my cameras no attempt was made and it didnt need to be signed for. Package showed out for delivery today. FedEx showed up at the house, never left my package. When I called FedEx, they told me it had been transferred to a different truck but would still be delivered by 8pm TONIGHT. FAST FORWARD its now 830, they did not show up with my package and now the tracking is saying it will be delivered Tuesday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

We were waiting to pick up the courier that I missed to receive, there was a long line of 6 members from7:45 and no one was there on the counter till 8:15 and the person who came after that was very slow and harsh to people who were sending the parcel. After another 10 mins one more person came asking who all wanted to pick up and my bad I missed my ID after driving there for 18 mins and He was like No ID good day in a not pleasing tone and I tried to get a copy from my mobile and he was reluctant to even see it and asked me to leave. I am in agreement to them following the rules but it could be nice if they handle customers in a pleasing way .
Needed package today so paid for overnight to arrive by noon. Weather(?) delayed it and was told today for sure. Still in Granby according to stupid recording and it is now 6:45 p.m. I needed this for tonight and I sgaun must get it by noon tomorrow but, IMPOSSIBLE to get Granby facility. Same recording saying delivery today. Finally spoke to a real person somewhere but all hevtold me was it will be delivered today (this was 10 minutes ago). I do not like it when a seller tells me they ship Fed X and this is why. Absolutely no customer service to assist you.

Ordered something online and it arrived to their shipping center within days. Ever since they kept rescheduling my deliver now going on for 2 weeks since its been in town. They guaranteed me it should’ve been delivered and everyday they push it back even more. Very unprofessional staff and mangers said package should of been delivered. Only God knows where my package.
I had a TNT Urgent package shipped from Switzerland to Hartford CT, fulfilled via FedEx Express. Not only was the sender assured that a signature would be required upon delivery and my phone called if problems arose (the phone number was printed on the package slip), but the package was left a block away, at a totally different street name and number. I actually saw the FedEx truck drive right by me, without stopping! When the package appeared as delivered online I went out walking, frantically looking outside of nearby buildings. About an hour later, by pure good luck, a random stranger walked the package to my building and rang my doorbell. I wanted to hug him before I remembered about COVID. Ringing the proper doorbell should be common sense to a FedEx driver too, no?This was a very important document that was not cheap to send Urgent! The was bad service to say the least, unprofessional and quite frankly pathetic. Ive received apologies from various FedEx international employees over the phone but no one from this distribution location has followed up on the matter or taken responsibility. Developing countries provide better shipping service than this. Is FedEx no longer a capable multi-national company?
My passport was sent to them in June and thats all the entry they have in the system. Still havent heard a word about it 4 months later

The business phone number has literally no way to speak with a real person. The system automatically disconnects when you ask for information not on the menu.
They have delivered multiple packages that I paid extra for “2 day expedited” in 4-5 days. I checked the tracking, and it always says “shipping exemption” as an excuse for being late. The facility is right down the road from me and it would be quicker for me to pick it up there. I rarely have packages delivered with FedEx and I definitely won’t in the future. I have had no problems with UPS or Amazon.Update: My package was marked “ready for pickup” so the delivery drivers are too lazy to deliver it. I got a refund from the company thankfully, but this could’ve been avoided if they actually did their job.
I walked in and received the correct size package to ship my items. They move very efficiently. There are various options to choose for shipping.
Make SURE YOU HAVE A LETTER saying where you LIVE,cuz if you miss the truck,& decide to drive there(4 me 28 minutes one way),YOU WONT GET YOUR PARCEL/PACKAGE, if you(who ordered)bcuz, who ordered didnt have a license or upgraded ID. ❤(get those things!) We had EVERYTHING but...an updated ID.
Garbage service, they deliver 2:40 pm, call them and say were not home til after 5 pm, deliver next day 2:40 again no ones home they dont listen they outsource calls they cant understand you nor can you understand them and u get no package just frustration
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The woman behind the counter was rude and had no sense of urgency to solve my problem. Disappeared for 15 minutes to tell me “the package isn’t here yet, the driver is running late.” It’s not 5PM and the package was supposed to be here by 3pm.
Very unpleased. I live in an apartment building and instead of going to the back like it says on the front door. He reported that my address was incorrect. Now I am having trouble contacting this specific location. I been calling all morning and every time I get a different answer . One employee said I was supposed to receive my package he will be delivered than when I called again another employee said that it never even left the facility

I arrived at 8:15. The center closes at 8:45. The one person working the front locked the door and refused to let any of the 15 of us wating outside in. He wouldn’t even come speak to us. TERRIBLE. At 8:35 another gentleman finally came out and told us that due to weather they closed early. There were no signs indicating this. When I calmly said that it would have been courteous for someone to come out and tell us that so we were not standing in the cold he refused to help me. Saying, “I’m sorry ma’am I was going to help you but now I’m not”. Wow! I didn’t know just speaking up was wrong and that I wouldn’t be served for doing so. Finally, one woman just pushed herself right past him and demanded she receive her package. He then let all of us. Once in there, we learned that the other patrons in there had been waiting over one hour for their packages. Eventually, another woman was told her package wouldn’t be sent on time but she could pay more money for it to be sent on Tuesday. She ended up paying over $230! When I was finally called up for my package, the guy couldn’t get the scanner to work and threw it across the counter. THREW it! I understand that the holiday season brings out the worst in people but the service we all experienced at this location was beyond terrible. I called corporate as soon as I get in my car with my package (for fear it wouldn’t be given to me). I waited for 30 minutes to speak to someone but it was worth the wait. How dare anyone be threatened to be denied service just for speaking up. They all should be ashamed of themselves.
This has to be the one of the worst run fedex locations in America. Every time I come here there is one person on no matter how long the line is and very slow moving. The guy working there has an attitude and should not be waiting on customers. If I didnt have to use FedEx because of a pre-paid label I would be using UPS. I mean this place makes the post office look like all stars.

Came here to drop off a package earlier today but there was an issue with my package where the label wasnt readable (my fault). The person at the counter was friendly and very helpful. She was able to help out and resolve my issue quickly.
It is FedEx major hub so packages coming in and out from different states. They also have a receiving center where individual can come in to send their packages. They are very fast and you know that your packages will leave here promptly.

Terrible service and false promises of delivery. End up waiting all day for a delivery that requires a signature and they do not even make an attempt to make contact. No knock on the door, no doorbell, they just stick a delivery attempt made tag on the door and walk away. Attempting to reach the store is pointless, as all calls go to an call center in India and does nothing to resolve issues.

A medically necessary item was shipped expedited overnight. Fed Ex says it was delivered the next day. Then it says it wasnt deliverable. It says undeliverable the next day and the next. We were home waiting for delivery and no one showed. My security camera proves no one showed. No door tag saying they were there. I was on the phone with them looking out the window when the notice popped up saying no one was home. The man at facility was nice, but couldnt promise anything. I will probably have to drive another 25 miles tomorrow to pick up something that should have been delivered already. Very unprofessional and not concerned about making sure items are delivered on time or at least let us know you tried with door notice.
The person behind the counter had an attitude and was not very helpful. I missed a delivery and the website told me the package was there when in fact it wasnt.
Its the worse season to do business with this facility but the lack of any kind of common sense by the desk staff was surprising. They took everyones tracking and went and looked for the packages brought some up left them at the counter and went looking for more. So instead of half the people that were waiting getting their package and leaving, we all had to stand there an hour. I gave it 2 instead of 1 star because I know they are stressed this time of year.

Overall this company sucks. They always leave your package outside and just walk away even if they don’t get a response from anyone inside the house. They don’t leave a note either. This happened to me at least 3-4 times. It’s like they’re always in a rush and can’t wait for 5 seconds. Oh and getting a response from customer service take long, you definitely won’t get a response from them the same day. You’ll have to wait at least a day or 2.

I have been waiting for a delivery from FedEx. It was to com on 12/4 anytime during the day but by 8pm. A signature was needed. I missed the delivery, and so I called the customer service number and the very nice rep said I could pick up my package after 5pm instead of waiting for another delivery attempt. I went there and had a bit of a wait. The staff was polite, and the wait may have been to rigid procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. Some others that were waiting seemed annoyed. I received my package. Service needs to be quicker I can agree on that.
Most unprofessional place Ive been to. I had a car ECU shipped to me overnight so i would have it for the next day. Mind you this part is necessary for the car to run and function so im waiting for this part in order to drive my car. FedEx arrived at my house while i was at work and told me i need to sign for the package. Due to me being at work i opted to pick it up from the FedEx facility. I go in when i Get out of work and they tell me its not in yet and to come back later. I went back right before closing and they tell me they dont know where the package is. I needed this part for my car so i am still carless due to their unprofessionalism. Will never use FedEx again for shipping purposes.

Had to stop in to return two items, There were two customers inside when I walked in. One was walking out when we walked inside and the other was being helped at the counter. There was a really quick wait, which gave me time to get the envelopes ready and then we were called up. Very quick although the clerk wasnt outgoing, he was in no way unfriendly either. He was just very professional. I did make him laugh though when my son threw away his garbage there and he wont do it at home. Anyways, this is the second time I have used this office and both times wait time wasnt bad and clerks seemed nice. They do need more employees there for busy times, leaving one person with a huge line is not good for the employee or the customers. Customer service is the number one reason companies lose customers.
No problem if youre going there to send something with a shipping label already on it, and theyve never been unfriendly, but, from what Ive seen, God help you if you have to pick something up or drop off a package WITHOUT a preprinted label. Never enough staff when Ive been there (around 6pm) unless theres literally just one customer. If you get there after 5 and the line has 2 or more people in it, its a safe bet that youll have at least another 2 behind you by the time you get your turn. Save yourself the hassle and learn how to set up shipments and print labels at home so you can just drop your package and leave.

Terrible drivers- I missed work today to make sure I dont miss an important delivery (knowing how terrible the drivers can be sometimes). The delivery driver arrives to our apartment complex, parks there for 1 minute just to check his phone, and drives off- Meanwhile, I saw him through my window and rushed downstairs, but he was gone by the time I opened the front door. TERRIBLE.
My interaction with the rep at the front desk wasnt positive. We had called ahead to specifically ask what we needed to present to pick up a package. We were instructed to bring an ID and the notice they left on our door. When I got there, I was told to present proof that I lived at the same address as the person (wife) that I was picking up the package for. While this makes perfect sense, I just wish I was told ahead of time, so that I didnt have to make another trip. The guy at the store was rude and aggressive, didnt even want to listen to me.

Received an online quote for shipping a package for $22. When I arrived and my total was brought up, they charged me $37. This isnt the first time that this has happened. They seem to always quote around 50% of the actual shipping cost, then they price gouge you when you actually walk in the door. I avoid shipping with FedEx unless I absolutely have to.

The guy accepted my ID, had me sign for package then realized that my ID was expired. I dont understand how you will release to my home address not knowing whose accepting it. But wont give me my package because my ID expired and Im standing in front. Kinda backwards to me.

Its a Monday morning and I have 8 large boxes to ship to a trade show in Las Vegas. 2 people in front of me, FedEx employee on the phone helping a customer.He takes care of her & proceeds to help the 2 ahead of me very quickly.His name is John & he was friendly & patient & answered all my questions.I was done in no time.I will say I almost didnt go to this location due to the awful reviews I read, but John was great- he could have used more help as I heard lots of employees in back and saw employees coming in & out.Other than that is was painless.John was great!
Slowest FedEx Ive ever been to. Ive been here several times. Never a sense of urgency and always a 10-30 minute wait. Only been serviced by one employee that seemed pleasant. I know which ones are going to be more of a problem than others but since the service desk is only ever serviced by one person at a time it makes no difference if you need to ship anything that day. I need to find another location.

This is the worst FedEx location I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I have had to visit this location maybe a half dozen times over the last month or so and it is the same experience each time. Walk in to a few people waiting in line with one person working behind the counter. Today was the breaking point for me as I waited for 30min to send out an overnight envelope. By the time I was next in line there were 10 people behind me and guess what? There was one person working the counter. When I am finally being helped, I am told the address for the IRS that is on the IRS form is no good and they couldnt ship my envelope - told me to go to the post office. I walked without saying a word and will never go back.

Worst experience ever with any shipping company. Couldnt deliver after 3 days, called them to reroute to a closer location. Never contacted me. Get a letter in the mail saying they will hold onto package for 14 days or something similar. Called the next day and the package was on its way back to the shipper. Driver didnt even try to deliver. Ran to the door and stuck a blank sticker on my door. And customer service on the phone did not follow through. Also, I could barely understand them. Avoid if possible. I will never buy anything that uses fedex again.

This was literally the worst experience Ive ever had in a place of business for all my 18 years of living. I went straight there to pick up my package because they got my address wrong . I waited two and a half hours because there was one worker processing a ton of packages. He didnt even try to attend to the rest of the customers (a lot of us had been waiting for 2+ hours). There were three other workers there who didnt do anything. The other lady who finally did something searched for peoples packages and after waiting two and a Half hours told me I couldnt get my package because there was a trace on it. After giving them the correct address yesterday, my delivery date has been postponed to four days later, all b/c of the incompetence of Fedex.worst mailing service ever. dont even bother trying to pick up/ship packages here

Short staffed. If you are.picking up you must wait 1/2 hr or more while they take care of all of the people comming in after you to ship packages out. There was no one ahead of me and I waited 35 minutes. The entire time they kept telling me Ill be with you in 10 minutes. When they got around to me it took 2 minutes to walk back to the shelf and hand me my package that was shipped over night that took 5 days to arrive. Next time UPS or USPS.
