Super Amazing food for a reasonable price. There wings are delicious and super saucy. The pizza is not to greasy like other pizza restaurants. And the crust is buttery and soft. I would definitely recommend the honey bbq wings. And I would definitely order here again.

Oh my god, avoid this place at all costs. We ordered a pizza, and it was made with literally no sauce at all! When we called to ask for a refund or replacement, the man on the phone was nasty and refused to do anything... will never go back here.

Just beware. They have most items on their menu which are not HALAL. If you are lucky you will find that out by accident or they will keep on making people consume haram meat. Although they can clearly guess this person is clearly Muslim but they just keep on making money by giving themselves benefit of the doubt.

These are bunch of most unprofessional people. They took an order. Before the order we asked them if you deliver to the address and he said yes. We waited for an hour and then the guy calls and tell that we are sorry we won’t be able to deliver and abruptly hangs the phone.

This place rips you off in fees. There is a fee to pay by card, a delivery fee, and they expect a huge tip. My friend and I placed two orders because we were both paying by card and they charged us two separate delivery fees even though they were being delivered to the same location at the same time. The pizza time staff were very rude when we asked them why do we have to pay twice. We do a lot of business with them at our job, and they do not care satisfy basic customer service. They should be grateful that they are still in business during COVID times. There are many other restaurants that will happily provide good food and customer service. As frontline healthcare staff Nurses fighting in this pandemic we are disappointed how we were treated.

Im here on business and thought Id try something local but couldnt even give my order. Thats fine, I will simply take my business (money) elsewhere, there are way too many other options in the area to choose from. I dont need special treatment, but being kind and respectful goes a long way.If youre like me and dont have a problem spending money on what you want but require at least a touch of respect, look elsewhere, you wont regret it.

Been ordering for a year now and I love their food never had anything that wasn’t good. Late a few times but the delivery guy is really nice and that makes up for it. This is always my go to on my lunch breaks.

We have ordered here and always have a great experience. I just got a delivery tonight. My food was really spicy. I called right away and explained it. The manager or owner who was on tonight was very friendly and offered to remake it and delivere . I absolutely love them

New management a few years ago has made a big improvement in quality. When walking in to place an order Some staff doesnt speak English which means u sometimes have to repeat your order or wait until a bilingual employee( not many) takes your order. Pricing is decent for what u get. Delivery times are good. Large variety of items on menu.

I could stop this review at stuffed crust. I wont, but I could. The folks at Pizza Time make awesome food. Their wings are thick and juicy- way better than 90% of other pizza places- and their halal pizza is some of the tastiest pizza Ive ever had regardless of toppings. The staff is super friendly and gracious as well.

The chicken wings are very good and halal. The customer service is terrible. The guy behind the counter talks to you like you’re stupid. We asked what kind of wings they had and he said it’s on the menu, then we asked what kind of sauce and said it’s on the menu. I told him I looked at the menu and can’t find it and he said, it’s there. He was very short with us and rude. I don’t plan to come back.

PROS:1) The food is really good.2) The food is always ready very fast.CONS:1) Twice they have delivered to my house when I ordered to pick it up.2) I order the SAME thing every time, but it is always a different price.3) One time I picked up my pizza, which I paid $12 for (I didnt question this since the price is different every time). On my way home they called me and it turns out they gave me the wrong pizza. I was nice enough to drive back there and exchange it for the correct pizza. My pizza was $18. They actually made me pay the $6 difference!....even after they inconvenienced me by giving me the wrong pizza.4) The building itself can probably use some renovating inside.

Food is good. Staff is non professional. Rude customer service. I usually go there in my lunch break. The guy (named zak) behind the counter doesnt know how to treat customers. This type of person represent a restaurant is a shame.

Great customer service and delicious food

An hour and 15 minutes for delivery on a Monday. Food was ice cold. Ordered a meatball grinder and a sausage grinder. Both were disgusting. Both had ground meat !! The sausage was black it was burnt so bad. Surprisingly the chicken wings were really good. Online promo give me a free large pizza for spending more than $13.00. Good thing it was free because it sucked. Stay away !!

The management is super stingy. I order several times a week. One day they deliver for 12$ the next want 25$ minimum order. I always tip drivers 3-5$. I only live 1/2 mile away. all the drivers complain about management. Other then that. they mostly make good food. However sometimes we get skimpy garbage. I have asked for managers to make good and they get mad and cuss me out. I do not ask for much. Just for consistent product/quality. Oh and 1$/per chiken wing. !!!!! Even if u order extra. I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible food. We got the burgers and they were terrible to the point of our manager throwing up. Then the delivery driver said Thats it when we have him a tip of over 18%. Then after I called to complain the employee answering stated that no one ever complains and begins to argue with me on the phone. Will never go there again and will also be contacting my friends at the Health Department to go over there. TERRIBLE and there were hairs on some of the food as well. Do yourself a favor and dont give your money to these people.

My boyfriend ordered from them around 6 tonight, they said it would deliver at 7, it’s now almost 9:30 and still nothing. Phone just rings, no one picks up. He should get a full refund or a free pizza. This is really ridiculous and horrible service.

Always the worst! Food made incorrectly, with a refusal to correct it! They say next time we give you discount but i just spent $19 on food that cant be eaten due to an allergy... They hung up on me when i said that... And the flies are everywhere when you go inside!! I never knew because i do delivery- which, the inside of their cars are nasty as well...Ill never order from this dumpster of a facility again...go look for yourselves...

Very bad service and quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My experience was terrible. First I ordered multiple things from them and they took over an hour and a half to get here and when they did they only brought us one of our items and it was cold. We called them back and they brought us our chicken an hour later. We opened it and it was cold and bloody. We called them back a third time and it took them another hour to get here with our refunded money. Oh and another thing to mention they charged us for delivery every time they came to my house. I will never eat here ever in my life again, and it isnt the first time something like this has happened to me
