They say you never know how good a company is until you have a problem. Manweiler Appliance stepped up when I had a problem. I bought a new refrigerator from Manweilers. About 30 days after the refrigerator had been delivered I opened the door and it came off the hinges into my hands. I cant get it back on. I call the store and they immediately sent out two repair men. they were at my house in 10 minutes. They put the door on but stated I had a bad hinge. they returned to the shop and came back within an hour with a new hinge and put it on. It was amazing! I can only imagine the headache and problems I would have had if I had purchased this appliance from one of the big box stores. I would have been holding the door for weeks! This company is the best. I wont buy appliances anywhere else from now on.

I am so impressed with Manweiler. Great customer service! First I called just to get advice on a malfunctioning microwave. To my surprise, Charlie spoke with me at length about the issue, just to help. He had a lot of knowledge that no one else I had spoken to about the issue had provided.We ended getting a new microwave and a freezer from Manweiler. Their prices were competitive and their service was outstanding. They came in the window of time they said they would, were efficient and professional. One of the installers even helped me move a piece of furniture from the garage, which was so kind and helpful.I find it rare to find such great customer service and to have consistent people to call during a purchase and installation. They take responsibility and deliver!

Our microwave went out so I called Manweiller Appliance. The service gal that answered the phone was very helpful guided me thru my options. I purchased a new one and it was installed within a few days. The installers did a great job removing the old microwave and installing the new one. Sales people were great until we had a problem within the first 30 days and went back to discuss, then nothing. made a coupe attempts to discuss the matter with the sales side of things and a complete stonewall, they did not even try to help with the multiple problems I had with the appliance I had just purchased. It was you own it your problem. Even though I always try to support the local Windsor business I will NOT be buying anything from them again. But do want to note that the repair side of things there has been outstanding to deal with. They care about helping me not like the sales side of things.

Our 20 yo washer could not be repaired. After looking online we were very confused about which brand to purchase. We went to Lowe’s and they couldn’t tell us anything about the features of the washer/dryers. The people at Manweiler’s are wonderful to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about everything they sell in the store. We purchased a Maytag set and the washer was just delivered. The delivery men were great and had it hooked up in no time. It’s not only beautiful but has so many wonderful new features I can’t wait to try. The quick wash they did to test it was very quiet. We will definitely go to Manweiler’s when we remodel the kitchen.

Worst customer service ever. I saw and heard the “salesperson” scoff at me under his breath. When I confronted him, he of course denied it. When I approached one of the managers, she humored me and asked the “salesperson” about it. Long story short she said the “salesperson” doesn’t normally lie but she wasn’t accusing me of lying either.I did not buy from there, I won’t ever obtain their repair service, nor do I recommend them.Their excuse...everyone is under a lot of pressure right now. You are right lady.

I’m prompted to write this because of the unfair criticism that has been lobbed their way because of this current cancel culture. Manweiler puts its customers first. When I go in they are always talking to an o vinous long term friend and customer. They have been in this town for decades and you can tell exactly why. CUSTOMER’S FIRST!!! Their sales staff were very nice. It was an easy experience. Then...So Im sitting here, waiting on the 3rd service visit from a tech for a washer that is less than 2 months old. We have had to make numerous calls, left numerous messages, and had exactly one call back to date. That has been very frustrating.The tech just left. Apparently, the previous tech had stripped the screws and then tried to tape (Im not making this up) the shield on. The tape failed (in 4 days) and that was the clattering and rattling, as the shield bounced around under the washer.While I am relieved that the tech today was able to fix it (drilled new holes, so I hope it lasts), I dont think I could be less happy with the overall service experience.

Awesome service! Our fridge broke and we needed a new fridge ASAP! Other places told us it would be a month to get a new fridge we called them they said they could deliver it the next day. We went in found one we loved and bought it they said they would deliver it between 2:30-4 the next day and they showed up at 11:00 to deliver it! Love them! Will always buy from them!!

My appliances came with my house when I purchased it. I need a service call on my fridge, but Manweiler wont service anything that is not purchased at their store. Well, when it is time for me to get new appliance, I know I wont be shopping there.If they are that busy that they cant take appts, maybe they should consider hiring someone else. Short term gain with a long term loss.Update: it appears that buying from your store doesnt give the peace of mind of getting it serviced from you. I see a recent complaint about you not returning phone calls about items purchased from you.

Had my washer go out- called in and they recommended someone that they trust (don’t service LG). Washer was done for. Went to Manweiler and walked out with a washer, dryer, and grill. Bought high-end Jenn Air appliances (range, wall oven, dishwasher) and received a low-end service. I am glad I held off on the refrigerator. The purchase, delivery & installation went smooth.One burner of the range has an intermittent problem causing all the burners arch.I give them credit for sending the tech promptly twice to repair the range. He replaced the same part twice but did not help. They claimed they have called Jenn Air and that was the solution.They stopped returning my calls. This is where I have issues with them.I had Columbine Appliance come for repair. They contacted Jenn Air. It was subsequently determined it is a high altitude problem. Jenn Air bought the range back. Yes. They sent me a check for the full amount+tax.

Great prices, hometown service. Forget the big stores stay local where it counts. They even installed on a Saturday for me the same day I called. I highly recommend!
