I’m from out of town and my check engine light came on over the weekend. They got me in right away Monday morning when I called and ran a diagnostic for me. Thankfully it was nothing serious. The very kind mechanic then insisted on checking my tire pressure because the tire sensor light lit up while I was there. He topped off my tires and sent me on my way, no charge. These guys deserve their high ratings!

Ever been driving and all of a sudden you hear a cachunka sound coming from your vehicle? This happened to me. I took my vehicle to Windsor auto and they were not only able to tell me what the sound was, but they fixed it at a realistic price. I havent had to bring it back. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicles here even if yours doesnt make a cachunka sound......

So I was quoted at toyota for just the part that needed replaced $1700. I got the part replaced, an oil change, and new filters for $1012. These guys are amazing from price to service, I will always reccomend them!

I am so pleased with my experience at Windsor Auto Repair. I needed a few things looked at on car. This shop instead of running up my bill looked at everything and determined that there was still life on things like my breaks and tires and to wait to replace them until right before winter so that it was fresh going into inclement weather and safer. I will bring my car back here for sure for future repairs. What did need to be done was done and it was very fairly priced. Great integrity.

I just moved to the area and had a hard time finding the right auto shop and i needed an oil change. Through a promotion I received in the mail I was encouraged to try Windsor Auto and i am not disappointed! The guys at Windsor Auto are awesome! I went in for my first time today and they helped me out with a speedy oil change and informed me of a leak in my tire and helped patch it up so I could make it down the road to Family Tire. I will go here from now on to get my car serviced!

Had an intermittent problem after my car was serviced by the dealership. Windsor Auto Repair worked hard to ensure nothing was wrong. They also tweaked the timing and topped off the air pressure in the tires. They refused to charge me since there was nothing major to fix! It was a pleasure to work with them and will go to them for all future auto work.

These guys have always gone out of their way to do right by us, above and beyond. Without going too deeply into it, they regularly saved us money and stood by any issues with their work. Im no longer local, so they cant be my go-to shop anymore, but they are the only place I would take my car in Windsor.

If you tell them what to fix they may or may not fix the problem depending how much work they have but dont expect them to find the problem.

Brought my truck into them thinking it had a bad fuel pump which would cost me a fortune. Got a call back 2 hours after I dropped it off letting me know it was just a bad coolant temp sensor and I saved a lot of money. Fast service, good prices, and honest guys. Will be taking my vehicles their for service in the future.

These guys are the most trustworthy, hard working mechanics we know.Our family delivery business depends on our vehicles. Whenever a truck breaks down they go above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Their prices are great and they work hard to get your vehicle back to you quickly.I randomly took my personal vehicle to a dealership for an oil change (we moved towns, it was down the street, bad idea!) and I was told I needed $4000 in repairs! I took it over to Windsor Auto in a panic the next morning and they found absolutely nothing wrong.I would never trust another shop to fix any repairs, not quite sure why I thought I could trust someone else for an oil change. I learned my lesson and will never go anywhere but Windsor Auto.Thanks guys!

In an industry that is known for taking advantage of people, Windsor Auto Repair stands out in integrity. I took my vehicle in to get the A/C fixed which they did in a timely manner and even gave me a ride back to my house while they had my car.About 2 months later, my cold air stopped blowing and I took it back for them to take a look at. Without going through all the details of the situation, these guys went way over and above and fixed my problem which didnt have anything to do with their previous work.Bottom line, I am going to use them for all my repair needs. They are TRUSTWORTHY and that is the most important thing when you need your vehicle to be fixed.

We took our 2002 Honda Civic in for some minor repairs. Not only were the repairs done quicker than quoted, but it came in cheaper too! Fantastic customer service from drop-off to pick-up. I dont want my car to break down again, but I will definitely be going back here for repairs when it does happen!
