Just had great experience today.. Very helpful and courteous service at a great price. They say you cant get all three: good price, quality, and service. But I did at All Around Auto Repair.

Got an estimate from that Mctire place and All Around Auto Repair crushed that price! They got me right in and got me back on the road same day. They are polite and you really get the feel of that old school customer service and confidence that you just cant get from those big service push the upcharge guys. Ill bring all my vehicles to them from now on.

BEST and most honest mechanic shop in Sonoma County!!! Period!! Dale and his crew are folks of and for the people!! Both visits I had with my nissan he made go so smoothly even when I didnt know he didnt wheel and deal just told me what I needed done what the exact problem is and got it taken cared of same day!! These guys were awesome. We had a minor issue with break caliper bolts being lose . They were able to immediately identify the issue give it a quick fix and have us on our way in 45 mins. Honest, quick and affordable. Thanks guys. Will highly recommend to others in this area.

Dale has helped me over several years with multiple projects on multiple vehicles. He has helped me on everything from an oil change to putting ground effects lighting on my truck. Dale is always easy to work with, flexible, talented and he does a great job every time. Travelling down the coast from Montana the carrier bearing wore out on my 05 Ram 1 ton near Monte Rio. I limped it and the trailer to the Walmart parking lot in Windsor. I was able to take the drive shaft out but my bearing puller failed. I called Dale at All Round Auto and after telling him my situation the man didnt miss beat. He offered and then came over and picked up the drive shaft where I was parked at the Walmart took it back to a shop and prepared it and put the new bearing on and brought it back. You could not hope to find someone more friendly and willing to help out than Dale. If there were spots for more stars out of click that one too. Thank you very much!

I had been using the same mechanic for over 20yrs and then he retired. I was looking around for a new mechanic and was scrolling through Google for mechanics near Windsor. I came across all around auto and read the reviews. Seemed like an honest and straight forward place so I decided to give them a shot. I had an issue with both of my rear windows not rolling down. I had replaced switches and did everything I could with my minimal knowledge. I called them up and asked them if they could take a look and repair it. They were professional and straight forward. I was able to get my car in to the shop quickly and within 3 hours they had the issue resolved and repaired. They gave a thorough explanation of the issue and why it was doing was it was. The repair cost me a fair price and the whole interaction was smooth and effortless. The most difficult part was finding the shop.I am glad I did my research and put my trust into all around auto. I have recommended them to my friends and family and will definitely be using them in the future.

Frankly, I’m not much of a review writer unless I absolutely feel an establishment has earned the right to a positive review. I just had the opportunity to work with Dale from All Around Auto Repair in Windsor California. Because I am an out-of-state customer, I can assure you that I could’ve easily been taken advantage of or at the least, not received a positive result. From the onset, Dale (The Owner/Manager) has been extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. In today’s environment of little or no service, I found his way of conducting business and communication to be extremely valuable. I would recommend this company to anyone and highly suggest you give All Around Auto Repair the opportunity to meet your automotive needs, before making a decision to go to a competitor. It’s refreshing to work with someone that still believes the customer pays the paycheck.

TL;DR: There guys are fast and fair, could not more highly recommend.I am new to town and I was having problems with my car, I called every shop I could, and they where the only ones that could get me in next day. I took my car to them and they called me to let me know they found the problem. They told me they could have the part by Monday and gave me the cost to repair. I said great, lets do it. Fast forward to Monday, dropped my car off and a few hours later they called me. Told me they replaced the part but my car was not fixed, and they didnt know why. They told me they would not charge me anything, nothing at all because they couldnt figure out what was wrong. They wished me well and asked for me to let them know when someone figures it out. I drove the car home, and it seemed fixed. I drove the car around town, no problems! it seems like they did fix it, and it just took the car a little while to get everything out. I called back and spoke with them again. I said that it seems like my car is working perfectly now, and the problems I was having was gone. I asked if I could come back and pay them for their work and he told me to drive the car for a few days to a week, and if the issue is fixed we will work out something for payment. This is how an honorable business is run. If you are looking for someone to look at your car, let me tell you, these guys deserve your business.

I purchased a new vehicle a little over a week ago,and started experiencing a clunking noise when I turned my wheel. They were able to get me in immediately and fixed the issue within 20 mins of me being there. Great customer service and servicing from these guys. Ill be going to them in the future.

They provide quick and convenient service. I brought my Jeep in after the dealership couldnt find the issue and he got it resolved within one day. Price came out to under the quote which is always Plus. Ill definitely be coming back here if I have any other issues. Thanks again Dale.

We have been using Dale to take care of our car for four years now. As a result we have come to trust his integrity as well as his automotive knowledge and experience. We are driving an older car, and we attribute its long life to his regular care. Once when a part he installed proved to be defective he replaced it without charge. I must also mention how accommodating he has always been. He lets me choose an appointment time and makes that time work. In addition, two months age we started out to the San Francisco Airport to go on a long vacation and noticed something dragging underneath our car. In a panic that we’d miss our flight, we called Dale, and he told us to bring it in immediately. We did so, and he fixed the problem in time for us to catch our plane.

Came in for an oil change and it felt like home there! Dale and his crew were very accommodating and upfront. Best customer service I’ve had at an auto shop! It was raining when I went and Dale even made sure the space heater was on so I would stay warm inside. Will definitely come back. Thank you!!

So my truck has 170+K miles on it and I plan to run it until it cant run anymore. With Dales help (and his mechanics) I have no doubt that it will have many more miles to go. With limited resources and little understanding of potentially complicated issues I trust Dale and his team to fix whatever may be wrong. I can be assured of this because my uncle, a mechanic who lives in another state and obviously cant work on my truck, has been able through descriptions and photos to diagnose what likely needs to be repaired. Each time Dale has fixed exactly what was wrong and nothing more when he could have told me it was something else and more serious. The work at All Around is done expeditiously and the prices are more than fair. If you need any work done on your rig take it to Dale and you wont have any complaints.

This place is a classic mechanic shop. It is what you are probably looking for in a repair shop. The guys are knowledgeable, curteous and did everything they could to get my wife car in quickly despite they busy schedule. They were quick to accurately diagnose the problem with her vehicle and the quoted price was not passed. In fact the actual price was around $20.00 cheaper. So why 4 stars and not 5? Take what I am about to say with a grain of salt. I am new to California and their high cost for everything. I am in the Army and move around a lot but have never lived in this area before. But that being said the job cost me around $300. I usually do this work myself and with the part only done it for around $100. And based on the same work done on a different vehicle when I lived in Texas was about $180 this is why I gave 4 out of 5 starts. I do also want to note that the shop gave me a ride to pickup my wifes vehicle and called to follow up and texted. So customer service is superb and it was really hard to drop to 4 stars. I may change this if I find out other pricing in the area is similar.

Used Google maps to find a local oil change place. This business is closest to me and had great reviews on yelp. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and explained that I would be waiting for the car. Fast service! The owner is very nice and courteous. He wants to make sure he addresses your needs and does not want to pad the bill.

Dale is always honest and straightforward. You can count on him to give you a straight shot at a reasonable price. Of course there are quite a few honest mechanics but some are a little pricey. At All Around Auto youre going to feel you got a square deal.

I have always looked for a pain-free dentist and an honest able mechanic. Still looking for the dentist but I have found the mechanic. What ever the need All Around Auto will and can fix it and not do the extra stuff that cost so much and is not needed.

I highly recommend this family owned auto repair shop. If you are looking for a place that will treat you fairly, explain the problem and your options, and not do any repairs that arent necessary, this is your place. Ive known Dale for a number of years and have been impressed with the way he treats his clients.

Went in for a oil change and literally had the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. He let me know what was going on with my car but never pressured me to try and fix everything right now just to get more money out of me. He helped me make a list and plan it out when i could afford to get things fixed. Definitely found my car guys. Not lookin to go anywhere but them from now on.

I brought in a 2000 Ford Explorer with a check engine light on and an engine Id just about killed with neglect. Dale was upfront about the cars condition without making me feel bad for not performing even basic maintenance (although I should feel bad, probably), and after I decided to go through with an attempt at repairs, Dale and his crew knocked out all the issues causing the check engine light, changed the oil, and even took care of a stuck e-brake light for free.Dales fees are very reasonable, he wont jerk you around with stuff you dont need to fix and he and his crew will get the job done right.For anyone like me out there; if you dont do anything else for your car, at least remember to change the oil!

Dale and his team are very reliable, professional, and honest. Ive been going to Dale since 2015, and before that, I only brought my car to the dealership. My engine was rattling, which is never good, so I called Dale. It was a Friday morning and I expected him to tell me to come in next week. He said he could squeeze me in right then! Amazingly my problem was a quick fix and he said that I would have my car back in 3 hours. When I picked up my car, Dale asked about a tire pressure light that was on and asked how long it had been that way. I told him I took my car to Les Swab (where I purchased my tires) 8 months ago and they said the sensor light was broken. He said its not broken! There is a 5th tire called a spare and that too had a sensor! He added air to the tire and changed my oil. Now, my engine purrs like a kitten, and my maintenance and tire pressure light are both off for the first time in a year. Thank you Dale!

My AC was not working and they jumped right on it. I was expecting bad news and after testing the whole system they told me that my on switch was bad. They replaced it in 15 minutes and I was good to go.Excellent service.Great people.

Called to ask if they did oil changes without appointment. They were kind and mentioned over the phone they could squeeze me in 45 min to an hour. When I arrived, a mechanic who looked very disgruntled barely acknowledged me nor asked anything of me and simply pointed me to their office. I sat in the office for 20 minutes without anyone asking why I was there or what I needed. Needless to say I finally left. What a horrible way to treat customers...a simple awcknowledement would have sufficed along with a greeting and estimated wait time. While I was waiting I googled a nearby oil change service in the next town over and left that place. Id suggest just heading over to Santa Rosa and skipping this place if you are considering.

I have always had a hard time trusting auto shop due to all the scams that can be pulled saying they replaced something and find out they never did charging you for things that didnt really need to be fixed or just racking up the prices cause they can and you dont know know better. Well with all around automotive i have never once had to worry about any of that they are really awsome and honest people that stand by there work. They make you not have to worry about what to do if your car breaks down. Thank you all around auto for being there for your customers and not for the money.....

This place is great!!! Dale is very knowledgeable and more importantly he’s trustworthy. I usually do most of my own repairs, and am skeptical whenever I need to take my car in for work. I recently moved, did a web search, and got lucky finding All Around Auto. My car left me stranded and within a day or so of having it towed to the shop it was up and running.
