I just received best customer service here. I asked the girl to make me something similar to Starbucks “Medicine Ball” She didn’t know what it was but I gave her the ingredients and she was so kind to make it for me, she even offered to let me try it before I paid to see if I liked it! I wish I got her name but if you are seeing this just now you turned my whole day around! :)

We walked Windsor lake today, it was so hot but our treat was to go get a iced coffee after at the Human Bean because they have so many delicious choices! We pull in and parked because we wanted to sit there and enjoy our coffees! But we get to the walk up window and are told because we “parked” and didn’t walk or bike up to the coffee shop we wouldn’t be served!! We jumped back in our car and headed to Starbucks and sat on there patio!! This made us so mad. You lost not only our business but with my big mouth my circle of friends too. Poor customer service

The line here is terribly mismanaged. If you are up for waiting 40min for an overpriced cup of coffee this is your spot. Otherwise do yourself a favor and drive the 3 min into Windsor and get a better cup from Dutch Bros and take back 30min of your day.

This place is fantastic. We have recently moved to Severance and this is one of the closest coffee places to our new home and the staff couldnt be nicer. Theyre quick, polite, the drinks are great, the price is very reasonable, and the espresso beans are awesome. One time when they took a long time, they gave us extra punches and when we gave a confusing order, they even gave us a free sandwich, even when it wasnt really their fault. We visit at least once or twice a week, my wife and I love it.

We were very disappointed today when we walked Windsor Lake, and headed over to the Human Bean to get an iced coffee and sit under the umbrellas. We’ve done this before and it was HOT so it was our reward for walking. They refused to serve us at the window because it’s only for people who “walk or ride their bikes.” There were two cars total in the drive thru. We were turned away. I frequent this business and will no longer and will also make sure everyone I know, knows what happened. We went to your competitor and sat on their patio instead. Not cool!

Make sure to get a handcrafted rockstar lemonade smothie. Definitely killer!

I moved here from Washington where coffee is part of life. This place makes me feel like I have a bit of home here with me. I love the chocolate covered espresso beans they give out.

It drives me crazy how busy this place is but its literally because the coffee is the absolute best in town! Worth the wait any time! I wish they were open earlier on Sundays for my before work coffee literally my only complaint! Haha keep up the hard work!

Service is good here and I like their coffee and roasting but the variability in the brew from visit to visit is very high and I rarely stop there now. With the other coffee places in town consistency is much higher.

This Human Bean is consistently slow and today was the last straw. I pulled into the line at 830am with 3 cars in front of me. By 8:50am only one can had been served. At 9:05am I had to make the call to leave or be late for work. You have permanently lost my business. Unacceptable (and honestly surprising) that it would take 30-45 minutes to serve 4 cars in a drive thru.

The coffee is good...very good! The drive up is professionally and quickly serviced. And theres a chocolate coated bean that goes along with any served coffee or beverage... yummy! Very friendly service as well.

I really like you guys, and Im all for this change that you are making with plastic straws (even though the cups and lids are still plastic), but for drinks that are blended with java chips the metal straws just dont work... for these drinks I would recommend double blending, because it is hard to enjoy the drink. I will still come here but I might just have to go out and buy straws if I want to enjoy my usual drink which defeats the purpose of this change.

This is my favorite coffee place! I was so excited when it opened. The staff are always wonderful and the drinks always great. Unfortunately the wait times are at least 30 minutes or more. Then trying to get out of the crowded parking lot can be a huge pain. I feel bad for all of the customers that I have seen turn away and pull out of line. While I understand covid has changed so much for all of us, there has got to be a solution to getting better and faster service. I don’t notice this problem with any of the other coffee places here in Windsor. Maybe a mobile ordering service at one window where you can run through and pick up your already paid for and made drink? Something. I miss my HB!!

Finally found someone who sells Bhakti Chai!! I became addicted to this Chai while living in Longmont and no other chai compares. Service is really slow here so I dont go often. Staff also always asks if I want my scone warmed.

The most amazing coffee shop ever! Every staff member that I have come into contact with has always had a smile on their face and makes the coffee experience that much more memorable! After only a couple of visits they would remember my name and know that I have a Tuscan Sunset with extra whip cream. 😉 I would 100% recommend this place and will continually visit here. The Windsor Human Bean girls are absolutely outstanding!! Make sure to visit them often as I will!

Been there twice. First time had black coffee, light roast. Second time plain cappuccino half foam half steamed milk. Both items were very good and the employees were very friendly. I like that they asked about what ratio foam to steamed milk I wanted in my cappuccino because some places just want to sugar up the drinks and dont care what the coffee itself tastes like. Thats not the impression I get here.

Human Bean is so wonderful, you can grt all kinds of treats and breakfast items as well as a wide variety of coffee, smoothies and hot chocolate. Every single barista has been nothing but amazing for me too!!

This place is the most consistent establishment I have ever encountered. They are always nice and fast. My red bull smoothies are always of high quality. The human Bean has tea that I love! Im only giving 4 stars because sometimes I sit in line for quite a while waiting for a drink! Today I actually had to pull out of line so I wasnt late to go get my kids from school. I definitely have to allow myself extra time than usual if I want to go!

We love the Human Bean! Their flavor combinations are a fun mix up in the coffee business. We have gone multiple times already and have enjoyed every option tried. The baristas are super friendly which puts a special touch on your experience. Friendly staff but the wait is SO LONG. Every time I give this location a try I always end up either waiting 15-30 minutes.This has always been a problem, even pre-covid, so they cant say its due to cleaning protocol or limited staff. I used to do the walk up window to save some time but theyve blocked it off since they reopened after covid...This morning I pulled in as the 4th car in line, waited 20 minutes, got my drink and drove forward before taking a drink....then realized they didnt put the flavor in my breve...it was gross. 😔

Very nice we order 2 drinks it took about 10 minutes.there were about 7 cars there.BUT THEY GAVE US 2 CARDS THAT SAYTo show our thanks, enjoy a free 16 oz drink on you next visit! what was nice for a 10 minute wait.Star bucks would never do that.

Never dreamed that I’d enjoy somewhere serving coffee besides Starbucks, but I have to say that Human Bean-especially this newer location-is quickly moving toward the top of my list. The staff are so friendly and helpful when you need help navigating their selections. It’s truly a pleasure to visit with them during your order. Now the finished product, is of a high caliber. Wonderful flavors combining to result in a true heaven on earth....or at the very least, in your mouth! Yum!

Fantastic drinks and really nice staff !!! Managers have done a great job training and keeping things moving. I have to add that if you want a sugar free (skinny) drink, these are the best. I am amazed at the great flavor they have.
