This place is horrible. Ive spent 3 hrs trying to call and verify whether or not my prescription has been called in. Since no one answered I took the 15 minutes drive to check personally. When I got there they said my doctor hadnt yet called it in. The next morning I had asked my doctor if he could call it in for me me and he informed me that it was done the previous day.It seems that customer care is not CVSs primary focus, which is very discerning. NEVER GOT TO CVS in Windsor...its the worst pharmacy ever
The pharmacy has been understaffed for about a month. The poor pharmacist is doing everything. The phone isn’t answered, people are waiting in lines for up to an hour just to ask a question. People with online covid appointments are being turned away. It’s really becoming critical as some medicines shouldn’t be stopped suddenly and they are 8 days behind in filling. It’s appalling. Where is their manager? Could a manager answer the phone or ring a customer up???
The pharmacy in this store works so hard and is so kind and patient. Its not the fault of the hard working staff in this unprecedented environment that its slow. The higher ups need to help this store, a central location for so many people in this area. They are the only ones nearby for us and they need help, and deserve help, for all the assistance theyve been giving us for all these years.Blame corporate, not the staff!!
My prescription was ready early, went in at 7:30p and there were no other customers in line. Got everything I needed in minutes. Greeted by a couple of employees, it felt like a nice atmosphere
Save you money and time! This pharmacy is the worst I’ve seen! People are being told they are a month behind in filling prescriptions! The associate was telling everyone to find another pharmacy! Horrible store!!

The pharmacy is the worst! The clerk up front is horrible .. Was there today stood in line for about 5 minutes while the clerk was talking to someone about dieting ect.. never acknowledged me. Watched me as I put down my would be purchase and walk out, still continuing to socialize with someone! Never going back !! If the store manager sees this review look at your cameras it was around 9:15 am 1/30/2020, clerk was thin, long hair in ponytail.
We have been using the pharmacy here for years. Nice friendly staff. Always ready to help with insurance issues.

Horrible experience, our NP called in a prescription for my boyfriend and I and they wouldnt fill it until they spoke to the head doctor. The short pharmacist then said he couldnt even transfer to our actual/usual pharmacy. Mind you this is a prescription that we receive monthly, not something new. If you dont want to be hassled dont come here.
The worst customer service EVER!!!!The girls up front never acknowledge you. The photo department is terrible!!! I dropped off a roll of film 2 months ago and every time I go in to pick it up it’s still not there.

Worst experience ever. Waited in life 30 minutes w RX for strep throat, pain meds for it. Very very ill. Told they could not fill it, too busy. Suggested I come back in 8 hours. I suggested they post a sign so those of us in pain did not have to wait that long to be turned away. It was Memorial day weekend but from seeing similar posts they need to staff properly. Hire people that care.

This has to be the slowest, understaffed, unprofessional pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. For the past 4 times Ive come here to have my prescriptio filled there has been an issue. Either they cant find the prescription or they say dont have anyone to fill the prescription or they cant find me and Ive been going there for over 1.5 years. I called and had to wait 1 hour on the phone for somone to answer and I even drove there and waited another 25 minutes for them to say we have your prescription but havent filled it. what?? Its now 5pm and I had it filled at 9 am sent over directly from my Dr. Very irritating especially when youre 8.5 months pregnant. Will be changing pharmacies after I get my prescription. Very unprofessional.
Huge store with lots of selection but we always end up in a very long line at check out.Weve never had a prescription filled here so I dont know about the pharmacy part.

Terrible experience, NEVE R going back- waited over 5 minutes for a checker to come to the counter-only two employees present and they weren’t helping anyone, and did not receive my promised 32%discount with no signs indicating why.
