Unfortunately we are all going through hardships. From the phone call to walking in California Embroidery 🧵 you feel you are meeting up with friends extremely friendly professional family owned business they make you feel your part of the family. I needed some embroidery work done everyone was very helpful as to what would look the best. They were extremely accommodating willing to ship the item to my Granddaughter.
