Worst curbside service I’ve ever seen! Ordered yesterday and called twice after waiting for nearly an hour, I was informed they were still shopping for my items after waiting 30 minutes. Once my items were brought out I was told three items were substituted for items I’d never buy. However, since I was annoyed with the wait, I just took them so others didn’t have to wait for them to fix the wrong items.

Not only was our order a day late (we had to come back and we live out of town) but more than half our order was not bagged and thrown in the back of our car...they are short staffed and short serviced. Not usually like this but today was not good! The employee refused to give us our receipt so I cant tell if we have everything...he stated you can just look online. Big Halloween boo!!

I use grocery pick up as I am not able to physically shop right now. When I arrived tonight, they told me they didn’t have enough people to fill orders for my time frame OR the time frame before mine.. I drove all the way to the store without being alerted of this situation when they knew ahead of time.. Now I have hungry mouths to feed and no groceries for dinner tonight, or breakfast/lunch tomorrow. I’m not one to get irritated or post negative reviews but this was a HORRIBLE experience. Don’t rely on this store for pick up orders.

I have noticed a worker by the name of Drew, he has an amazing work ethic. i work close to this store so i am there often and this young man is always working. he is polite as well. kudos to Drew and to King Soopers, keep this hard working young man!

Terrible time with their app getting an order set for pick up. I have gotten home from surgery so I was grouchy & hungry. Luke, the manager in delivery was not helpful, not professional....not to mention I spent bunch of time on hold trying to get them to put me to the right person. Would have been nice if they had tried to accommodate or at least be professional. I sent my order to Fort Collins where I know Ill be taken care of.

They have what i am looking for 90% of the time. Large store lots of options. Great health pharmacy section. Great fruits and vegetable section, almost everything is always in stock.

Well stocked. Deli has prepared foods hot and cold with sliced to order meats and cheeses. Okay bakery, not much day to day differences. Not much fresh seafood with a good choice of beef, pork, chicken and some lamb.(ewwwwu). Good pharmacy and good fresh fruit and veggies, and a large frozen food area. Overall a fairly typical grocery store for this area.

Newer King Soopers. Clean, fairly well organized. Small critique: cheese is all over the store. Otherwise, good place to get groceries.

I’ve purchased chicken here twice that spoiled before the expiration date. The employees are great but a lot of the customers are rude and entitled.

They were low on a lot of freezer foods. Other that that it was great.

This location is always out of fresh and frozen produce. They are always super busy and its always a fight down the aisles. I find that I spend more money on the same grocery list at this location compared to other king soopers locations... but my biggest complaint is their inventory. They need to better manage their inventory because theyre always out of everything.

Very clean and the staff is super friendly. Natasha went out of her way to accommodate us. Highy recommended!!!!

Since moving out to the Windsor/Severance area my experience at this store has been terrible every time. Im a long-standing King Soopers shopper, but this store is always out of everything so I end up going across the street to Safeway to get the rest of what I need. They never have enough cashiers open and never have enough baggers either. Frequently, I find that they have plenty of people working, but they seem to be fairly young and congregated talking to one another up front and ignoring the customers. Today I was in there on a Friday afternoon before the big after work rush, and they had stockers in every aisle blocking the pathways. It seems like they could work out a better system for this. Also, my bagger today was flat out rude when I asked her to put my milk in a bag. Usually I will travel into Fort Collins to the King Soopers on Timberline (which is awesome) to shop. This place is just not worth the trouble.

Clean and cute! They fricken gave me a ten dollar coupon off of an oil change at grease monkey on the back of my receipt!

I just moved to the Windsor area from out of state, and my first shopping trip here was awful. I’m come from the land of Publix, so I don’t know if the bar was just set too high for me, or if this visit was a fluke. The aisles are so close together that it was hard for two carts to pass each other. The produce section is very cramped. I tried to use the app to help me find what I needed, since this is a new grocery store for me, and all of the aisles were wrong on the app. I ended up having to just go up and down the aisles and ignore the app, so that was very frustrating. There were people restocking the shelves and boxes kind of everywhere, and that made it very hard to navigate. This is unfortunate because of how close this store is to my house, but I’m going to have to try other locations to find something better than this one.

Cindy at u Scan on 3/27/21 was the best thing that Windsor King’s has done EVER! She was the nicest and most gracious person I have ever encountered in the 15 yrs that I have shopped here. If you did Employee of the month, she should rein for the rest of the year. She changed my experience at your store at checkout while I was checking MYSELF out. She was that good. Kings went from a 6 to 10 today because of her

Patty, a long time cashier of King Soopers in Windsor, CO, is a wonderful person and cashier. She is friendly and efficient. I will stand in a longer line any day to have her check me out.

Pick up is an absolute joke. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a parking spot. Took an additional 42 minutes to get groceries. Would not recommend this location.

This location is ALWAYS out of most selections of frozen veggies, always out of fresh Strawberries, they never have ice coffee and creamer. I think they are too busy to keep up with the demand in the area. Their sales are pathetic compared to other kings locations and its always a mad house. Youre always bumping into people and every isle is crowded. I drive an extra 20 min to ft Collins to shop there because of these complaints. They need another location nearby or their ordering manager needs to learn how to order based on demands.

Was busy restocking shelves, everywhere! No room to go down any aisle. Starbucks could not make any cold brew on Mothers Day!!! One person working at counter. Not organized at all!

Always clean and everyone is friendly. I dont like that they often try to get you to use the self checkout since Im terrible at using it!

The pharmacy usually has rude employees. My least favorite being Regina.They are usually out of stock of common items. And since the pandemic began have always been relaxed on the mask mandate. Went here on Mother’s Day to find the store jam packed with plague rats. The employees usually at least have half their mask on correctly.Have mostly been using their curbside but will switch to a different store after seeing this today. Really sad.

I have no complaints from when I shop in the store, but almost every time I do a pick up order they claim to not have half the stuff I ordered. Only maybe once every 4 times do they actually notify me about my substitutions ahead of time. Just tonight we did a pick up order that included milk chocolate chips. And what did they substitute it with? Coco Roos! How is a cereal a substitute for chocolate chips?! You cant tell me you dont have a single bag of chocolate chips or literally any other type of candied baking pieces to substitute. I dont feel like the shoppers they have actually know how to shop. It doesnt even seem like they know anything about grocery products. Maybe we are just really unlucky with our orders every time but Ive completely lost faith in this King Soopers pick up services.

While purchasing a few groceries there yesterday I noticed there were many people in the store ignoring the mask rules, even though the sign clearly stated masks are required. Shortly after leaving the store I received a Covid exposure alert on my phone. Way to go!

I mean, its King Soopers, right? MUCH better than Safeway even at its worst, BUT this one is arranged horribly, and the floorplan/grocery locations are backwards from other King Soopers and dont make a lot of sense. The layout is much better at the FOCO location.That being said, thats really my only complaint, and the other attributes and positives give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars in my book.

Miss this place. We moved out of Windsor and it seems were we have relocated is a Safeway kinda town and they are to pricy. king Soopers is good with their prices. Definitely miss it and he got out of my way just hit the store up. Nice staff and all.

Excellent produce, very clean store. And safe too, this is not the one that got shot up for no reason by a muslim - that was in Boulder

The store is too small and the isles too narrow. It does not take much for the place to be crowed. Online order is hit or miss as most of the time we are usually missing an item, so do so at your own risk.

Oh my. The store is huge and very well stocked. There were several employees on the floor busy but happy to answer any questions. The store was clean and the checkout process quick and efficient. Very enjoyable shopping trip!

Why are you drizzling chocolate on every donut? We eat maple and others because we dont like chocolate. On a typical day, maple is the fist one gone, that should tell you something. I dont see strawberry and maple, bacon bits on the chocolate. Just stop already.

The man That works in the butcher block should not be dealing with the public. I mean I know its the holiday and I know its busy but I was looking through the roast to find one that weighed what I needed it to weigh as I shop for a delivery company that delivers groceries I dont want to mention which one. And. And he started grabbing things out of my hands and throwing them back onto the shelf and screaming at me like I was a disobedient child. Hes told me to get the F out of his meat department Then proceeded to tell me which roast I was going to take. Im not the type to leave things a mess I planned on putting everyone of those roasts back Exactly how I found them. I dont normally complain online not my thing but I am appalled at how that fully grown man handled that situation it was completely uncalled for. So if you need meat I highly suggest you pick a different king soopers. The one on jfk never lets me down and neither does the one on timberline.

Love this store but it is overcrowded. KS needs to build another store in Timnath or US 34 area where Loveland, Johnstown and Windsor intersect. Take some of the pressure off this store and reduce long lines at checkout.

Literally always out of cilantro. Other than that, which is a huge problem lets be real, great store. Would have been 5 stars if they actually had CILANTRO!!!!

The spots were all full when I showed up right on time for my order. I waited 40 minutes just to get a spot, then waited 45 minutes more. While I was waiting, someone came out and told me 10 more minutes-they were still shopping for some items. I saw multiple people who arrived after me get their order first. I asked an employee to check on my order and they never came back. I called back in and they said the order was only 65% complete. This was now an hour and 15 minutes past my pick up time. I told them I would just take what they had, they brought it out and told me it was all complete, although when I got home noticed they missed some items. I’m usually very patient and know they are really busy especially right now, but I’m 8 months pregnant and rely on curbside pick up. If they say the order is complete between 1 and 2 then it should be and if it’s not they should tell you right away. They should offer less slots for each time period; they clearly can’t keep up. I won’t be using pick up at this location again.

Have been sitting in the parking lot for one hour to pick up my groceries. Still don’t have them. Called twice to say I was here and checked in online. Not the first time they have messed up. Have also arrived after getting email saying my order was ready to be told they had given my order to someone else.

Probably one of the worst king supers Ive been to the staff in the evenings Is unfriendly not helpful and rude to older people . Their selection also sucks.

Friday Nov 20 waited over 3 hours for my scheduled pick up at 3 pm at Windsor KS only to be told my order was accidentally given to someone else so went home without.Returned Monday and service was back to normal which is usually great. Apparently they had a system failure that Friday.

One of the few King Soopers Ive been to that has a fresh sushi bar! Otherwise, pretty much your typical grocery store - it is a bit dated looking interior wise...

I ordered a cake 3 days before a birthday. It was the most disappointing of all cakes I ever ordered!!!It was $25 and half the size of my normal 1/4 sheet.It was so tiny and very short. About 1/2 the size. It was supposed to be white cake but was yellow. I will order my next cakes somewhere else. Never ever again will I get a cake from This KS!!!!!!’

Honestly, I was super disappointed when I picked up my sons birthday cake. I had heard great things about the bakery and I was excited to order from them. But the cake that took 2 days to be ready, looked like it had been decorated in MAYBE 10 minutes. And it wasn’t cheap either. We haven’t cut into it and tasted it yet. Hopefully it tastes a whole lot better than it looks.

This is your typical King Soopers store, but I did notice that they have more items stocked than those in Fort Collins. This makes me think that management is better at rationing the amount of stock displayed than other stores. For example, they might be putting out only 4 boxes of an item and continually restocking throughout the day to subconsciously control hoarding, instead of putting out all stock of an item and people going crazy to buy more than they really need.

SUPER RUDE! Went into the store today to pick some kitty litter up. When i went into the isle to get the cheapest possible litter I could, I found a bag of letter located RIGHT ABOVE a price tag saying $4.79. When I scanned the bag at the register it rang up at over $15. When I pointed out the price discrepancy to the lady working the self check out she said she would have to have an price check done. I said that was fine, so she went to get another employee to do this price check! A extremely rude young lady named Sam came, went to the isle, came back and said the price of the litter I had chosen was $15.99. I told her that the price tag under the bag I had picked up said $4.79 and that there was not a $15.99 price tag anywhere NEAR them. She again argued with me so I said let’s go look. We both went back to the isle and I showed her EXACTLY where the tag and the bags were. She proceeded to “explain” to me that the $4.79 tag was for the bag of litter NEXT to mine. So I asked her, “So the price tag directly UNDER the product I had chosen was NOT for that product. She said nope and that was that.I picked another brand of litter and went back up to the front but I was still upset. I was not upset not only about the wrong pricing, but about the attitude that Sam gave me about it, so I asked to speak to another manager about the situation. Another manager came up with, no surprise, Sam. I told this new manger that Sam was extremely rude and that after being in the customer service industry for a LONG time I wanted her to know. She, of course, defended Sam saying that the price was correct at $15.99, to which I said I get it, but the rudeness was not needed. Sam then interrupted saying, “I was just explaining to you how the price tags worked”! I KNOW HOW PRICE TAGS WORK! Not only that but since I could tell I was getting no where, I said “well I guess you’re going to defend Sam’s actions and it is what it is”, to which Sam said “yep, it is what it is” just to get the last word in.Long story short, very very VERY bad experience and I will be either going across the street to Safeway or drive a little further to Walmart. I have shopped at this King Soopers for YEARS and have never been treated so badly. Disappointed to say the least.

This is the second time I’ve had to wait for over an hour for the Clicklist pickup, first time was an hour, this time I’ve been here 2 hours already. If they can’t get the food out to you, they should let you know when you first call and let them know you are here. Will never be using this King Soopers again. The lady in the car next to me has also been here longer, she was waiting before I got here. Called and told them my name and spot number at 5:40, it is now 7:40 and they said they will gather my order as quick as they can. What does that mean? That’s terrible service, if you can’t provide the service then don’t offer it.

When I have picked up groceries, using the pickup option, I have found that the produce is often old and sometimes even moldy. I had ordered a creamer and was provided with a huge, 1.89 L container. Despite these complaints, this service has been a lifesaver! Everyone in the store has always been very willing to help and very polite.

Store is too crowded with stuff. Too much stuff in aisles, plus was hard to get around all the boxes left in the aisles by stockers. Most of them didnt have a person nearby. Produce area smelled very moldy. Deli looked like the food was old.

Too crowded, extremely frustrating to shop at. They are stocking shelves and filling click list orders during prime shopping times. Not enough checkers. Severance needs a King Soopers to distribute but I guess its not cost effective to King Soopers to do that so....

This is a decent grocery with a large selection.One star because in these times of Covid, there is very little sign of social distancing and little attempt to encourage by the store management that I saw. Lots of people without masks on. Nobody even bothering to wipe down carts.Might get a little something extra with your groceries here.

Click list, Horrible, ALL OF THEM IN THIS AREA. this makes Three times they have completely messed up our order to the point where we have gotten a bunch of items we did not order and did not get half of our order. Only a few times it has gone 100%. They always claim to not have items in stock and I have gone in and found them just fine. From now on its Safeway for us.

Click list. You order certain products, they give you whatever they feel like giving you, especially if it’s about to expire. Oh, no hesitation with substituting more expensive products for your choices either. Scam. Buyer beware. Well played Nestle. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My honest opinion of King Soopers? Im not happy! Every time I purchase a KS gift card, the rules change!!!! Wait 15 min. To use after loading, even if done at same register! REALLY? WHY? Never been that way before! Now have to use ID # on back. Minor inconvenience but still putting customers through hoops!
