Truck drivers, I did delivery at this place . Lady driving the forklift was driving over my load bars and the styrofoam to secure the load.When I ask the guy who bring my paperwork if that was necessary and wouldnt be easier to put it on the side of trailer so she will not damage the bars and make a that much mess I been told :Is your trailer and I dont care, we paid for the load and you deal with the rest. This gentleman set he is the site general manager, which I dont believe, but if he is, they must be really short on management stuff if they have to give this position to this manager.

Great place! A growing team that seems to improve everytime I visit for the supplies and plants I need which feels like everyday! Highly recommend as the spot to get your trees and shrubs.

For a truck driver who makes delivery to places like this one it was great. Main entrance of Harmony Rd but if you driving big truck you have to go to S/R gate of Latham Pkwy ( Hwy 40) Plenty of overnight parking by the gate. Great and fast unloading service by friendly employees...

We spent well over $1,000 here. One spartan juniper died almost immediately after being planted. It was only $60 and we didnt expect it to be recompensated in full. We called, no one answered. We left messages requesting a call back that were never returned. We had to drive in there and then the employee quoted policy at us. They didnt offer us anything. We would have settled for like 50% off a replacement. They offered us nothing.

Katie was OUTSTANDING! The tree we ordered and picked out was not the one they planted today. Not sure how this happened? I can tell you Katie called us right back and fixed the problem. Superior customer service.Thanks for turning the disappointing experience around for us to a positive one!

Laurie Rodfong went above and beyond to help us. She checked the computer went out in the field to make sure they had enough pvc pipe, and when they didn’t she called Brookfield to see if they had some there. She had them ship it to the Windsor site. And will have it for us on Friday ! Laurie is a pleasure to work with and gets right back to you. I am looking forward to meeting Laurie and thanking her in person! We will use this company for plants and trees because we had such a great experience with Laurie! Set up delivery of one tree for today 5/27/21. Paid $115 for delivery literally 1 mile across Harmony Road from the nursery. Around 4pm today I called to find out what time tree would be delivered. Was told they spoke to my husband to let him know it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, 5/28/21 and he was fine with that, which was not true, they hadn’t called at all. I have been home all day, and my husband has been too, and no calls and no voicemails. Then they told me that ooops, your name was very similar to the other person’s name (really? look at my name how many people out there with similar names?) and that the truck went out late but the tree would definitely be here today. It’s now almost 7pm on 5/27/21 and no tree. So thanks for lying to me instead of admitting you all screwed up.

The service is really hit or miss. When we picked up our tree we kept having to remind them of supplies we needed. They sent us with extra supplies but with no instructions on how to use them.

The best, friendliest and most helpful place around Timnath. This place is amazing! They have everything and lots of it. The grounds are very well kept and very clean. They are located right off County Road 74 or Harmony if your coming from Ft Collins. You have to check this place out. Very nice place. 6 stars.

Horrible service. The new location is a mess. No one willing to assist you with anything. Unanswered phone calls. Wont help with irrigation questions. Refused to do design assist after telling me days earlier thats what they did best, only to price shop and figure out they were 100% higher than Ace in Eaton.

March 2020- They were experiencing some pretty bad growing pains at the new location. Ive gotten some unhealthy plants and / or incorrect plants in my orders and its been extremely difficult to get someone the phone. Im sure by late this season or next season they will have the bugs worked out. Major projects never run on schedule and Im sure COVID slowed their progress down even further so much of this is beyond their control.June 2020- Lately things have improved and their inventory is filling out. Now that I have Rachel and Katies cell numbers I can get through to someone when needed which is a big help. Im sure theyll be up to 4 or 5 stars in a few months but not there yet.

After reading Site one Covid response I thought they would have things in order. Only two people in interacted with and visually saw working there had a mask on. Granted there is a lot of space so distance is fairly easy but EVERYONE who is helping a customer should be sporting a mask. The two people I talked to did not. The one guy who actually found what I needed and completed the transaction did not wear a mask, did not even have one around his neck that he might slip on. I spent several minutes with this guy trying to stay apart but still having to get somewhat close to find the parts I needed. This was the ft collins/windsor site. Service was not that great even though the place was pretty empty.

Ive been doing business with these guys for 3 or 4 years. Amazing bunch of guys. And Mike always goes above and beyond to find any products I may need and answer any questions that he might not know the answer to.

Slightly more expensive than the online shops, but for a novice like me the willingness to walk me through every step of the project is invaluable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

A good place to buy large bags for grass seed that won’t break the bank. They also have all your lawn care Products.

As a medium sized landscape company, the folks at site one really do it best. They have a great selection, amazing staff and even better prices. Check them out!

I wish I could give it a 30 star rating because 10 out of 10 is WAY TOO LOW let alone 5 out of 5! The staff is incredible and their service unbeatable!! A MUST go if you need landscaping supplies other than bulk earth materials. If youre planting grass you have to come here; if doing any sprinkler work - you must talk to Lori - shes the best!

We had a challenging situation with one of their suppliers, but the folks at SiteOne in Loveland went above and beyond in following up with both us and the vendor. Especial thanks to Laurie for the many calls she made to follow up with us and the vendor. Well definitely be back!

I recently shopped around for some paver stones and block to use on my landscape project at my home in Loveland, CO. My experience with the few places I went were mixed. I finally settled on Site One in Loveland, CO. for a few reasons.My first experience meeting Mike Krumdieck was an excellent one. He was very helpful and accommodating in answering my questions about the different products that were for sale, was very friendly, and also made me a couple of different estimates for the two types of product I was interested in, and did so in a timely manner. Mike and Site One exceeded my expectations and delivered my pallets as soon as I needed them making the work we were doing at my home go almost flawlessly. Any questions or concerns I had about the product, delivery, and invoices were replied to sooner than expected as well.I am very very pleased with my interactions with all the people I spoke to at Site One (Loveland), and will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
