The staff was great here. I came in looking for something specific that they unfortunately did not have, however, the employee who helped me there made sure I knew where to go in order to get what I needed.

Its extremely close. When Im in a pinch I run here. Staff is good. No issues there. Store is clean just feels very cluttered and dark.I really wish that they were an FFL. That would make sense with your location. Other Aces are as well.

I am frequently running in and out of this Ace Hardware. Today I had many questions and a list of items to grab. I was unsure of what I needed and was helped through every item on the list. All of the staff are extremely helpful, and very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and will help you however they can.

I was going to go up to that big hardware store on 30, but I have been having great luck at my ACE.I usually feel like anyone working at that place on 30 hides whenever people come down the aisle.Now the ACE on Randolph has been the opposite. Very helpful. Great coffee in the morning too.thanks to all the employees that make the difference.

I really enjoy shopping at Ace. The staff are really helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help and if a product is mispriced, they charge the lower amount. I honestly cant imagine any of them being rude. I find the prices very competitive and the product choices excellent. Thanks for being so helpful! We shop there several times a week and enjoy the consistency and friendly hellos.

In November I bought an Ego battery powered snowblower.Since we didn’t have any sinificant snow until mid February, I didn’t have a chance to use it until then.The snowblower was excellent on powdered snow. But on heavy wet snow it was useless. It would continuously clog; and all it did was push the snow.I talked to Kristin the manager; and she understood and returned my money with no hassle.This kind of honest understanding, is what I’ve always encountered when buying anything from a Gus Bock Ace Hardware store.

I love that this ace is right out the back gate of lofs and their prices are very comparable to the other stores up on 30 but no bigger turn off than terrible customer service. The lady ringing customers out needs to learn how to politely tell the customer no. And the girl I almost ran into as I walked in the store was very polite but a little to anxious and right in the face as you walk in. Your doing it right just back up a little so you dont make the customers fall trying to avoid running into you when they walk in.

Store was better before Gus bought it Staff needs to be more friendly

Here on a bi-weekly basis. Rarely need to go anywhere else due too these great people not having the product I need. I find the prices to be easily comparable with big-box stores.

Manager doesnt know what customer service is. Came in on Fathers Day just to browse. I found hanging solar lanterns for $7.99. Decided what the heck...ill get a few. Got to the register and they rang up $12.99....manager checked and realized someone signed it improperly. But she said there was nothing she could do....and basically said $12.99 take it or leave it.

Ive been coming to Winfield Ace since they opened,went in to get a key cut, I bought a GM key because they did not have a GM key, they said they would not cut it because of the liability ?? but the truth be told its because I didnt buy there Chinese, thin key.I went to Hobart Ace & they saidsure no proplem,,DONE!!!

I aways hated ace until I moved out to hebron. These people are awesome best most friendly people ever. Every one is well rounded in what they carry. Mangement is awesome. Type of people I would invite over for a burger on the grill. I ust to drive past ace to get to home Depot. But not anymore
