I recently purchased a used Volvo and brought it here for a safety check and all around service. Tim a master mechanic for Volvo with 30 years experience did and excellent job servicing my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service and the price was more than fair. It was nice knowing my vehicle was in very capable hands who knew my vehicle inside and out. Overall I’m very satisfied with my entire experience!

Took my BMW, which was leaking oil, to these people at the recommendation of a friend who owns a number of older Porsches. Spent $2800 to do the seals on the pan, oil filter, and valve cover, a good price.Two years later oil is pouring out on the garage floor. On taking it back to them, I was quoted 1800 some odd dollars to redo the pan and oil filter (10% discount! - out of warranty!). BMW dealer did it for about the same money and gave me a loaner.The dealer found the following:1) The pan was not leaking, the oil was coming down from valve cover.2) The valve cover gasket had not been replaced (a date code is molded in ) but had been just gooed up with sealant.3) The pan is fastened with aluminum stretch bolts, one of which was missing and one was broken.On top of this, during my negotiations, I was continually addressed by the service coordinator as young man (I am in my 70s), sometimes twice in one sentence, as well as being winked at. He also not only misdiagnosed the oil problem, but came up with problems with rear seal and the transmission!Just my two cents.

Pros:Mike did an excellent job - body work and paint of the quarter panel and door. Flawless!Cons:Be prepared to wait, though. Part ordering took twice as long and body work took three times as long. I had a rental car covered by the party at fault, so it did not matter much.

I am really picky about service. The service here is top notch! They made my oil change experience easy and surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone!

The must go to mechanic! I live close by. Stopped at walgreens today in my wifes car. Came out....car wouldnt start. Im parked on Green Bay, car wouldnt start. Thought Id take a chance and see if these guys could help. I walk in out of the blue for help.Theyre all busy and every head is under a hood. Still....they come out, jump the car and bring it in. I get it back the same day...today....a couple of hours later.I come to get it...spend at least an hour just hanging out and talking about the day.Super friendly, super helpful, super nice guys. Cant say enough.Definately dropping off a little something for christmas.Thanks so much.

Mike is a genius. He actually “fixed” my car while I waited instead of just replacing parts. Repair was 1/15th what the dealership was charging. Never go anywhere else.
