But there is one but !!!! Disgusting food! We only have breakfast included, if you can call it that. Shame on the owners of the hotel. Even in roadside hotels, breakfasts are of better quality than here. Every morning a plate of sausage and cheese slices is served, so the thickness of this sliced ​​sausage can be measured in microns. Even bread is strictly two slices per person. I advise everyone not to spend money on this miracle hotel, but to rent a private guest house, there it will be no worse, but definitely 5 times cheaper! By the way, the private beach is also nonsense, there is a constant lack of sun loungers.

I think that the price is over 6 thousand per night is greatly overstated. Breakfasts are very meager: there are 3 dishes to choose from, from which you need to choose one (for example, oatmeal, pancakes or cottage cheese casserole) plus 2-4 slices of bread and sausage / cheese slices. Of the declared cosmetic accessories, there was only started liquid soap in the room, which I consider unacceptable in the conditions of coronavirus. The gel dispenser was empty, there was no shampoo, no individual soap. The beach was still closed in May, there were no sun beds. The room had beach towels and an umbrella. It is inconvenient to carry an umbrella with you, because after the beach you sometimes wanted to take a walk or go to eat. At the same time, it is inconvenient to return to the hotel every time because of the steep climb. Also, of the minuses, I want to note the smoking staff. In the morning we woke up from the smell of cigarettes in our room. After our request, smoking stopped temporarily, then returned again. One of the administrators (I dont know the name) is rude. The hotel has compliments to guests: pork barbecue, a portion of ice cream. But it looks like the promotion of your restaurant. I practically had to beg for these compliments, it was unpleasant. Of the advantages, I can note, as I said, good furniture, the relative cleanliness of the rooms and the work of the waiters. The waiters were very tactful, helpful and welcoming. Worst hotel in terms of price / quality ratio of all the hotels I have stayed in, and there were quite a few of them. I will not return to the hotel again.

Finishing, plumbing, furniture and materials are VERY high quality. Furniture, custom-made branded doors add charm that is not for sale. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and good-natured. Due to the fact that we were accommodated here, fad things were added to the impression of the whole of Alushta. Go steeply down to the sea, about 7 minutes. But back up steeply takes a little longer. The whole family is happy with the rest, I recommend the hotel.

The only negative for those with sore feet or some kind of health problem is the road to the beach on the steps. Going down is good, but going up is already difficult. This was not a problem for us.

The rest of the staff is simply not friendly, I won’t write anything about the waiters guys, they didn’t serve us, but the girls had to recognize the badges, they just didn’t have them, Elena and a girl with blond short hair, first you need to learn how to greet guests and though- sometimes smile if you wanted to get a tip. We live in a different lane and you got up very early, and if we arrived for breakfast ahead of time to drink coffee (because the rooms did not have coffee, tea, or sugar), then we do not need to run angrily at the guests that we arrived early We are not in a boarding house. And if we arrived in the evening thirty minutes after the kitchen was closed, you could take our order and offer at least what you have left, we are not picky. And do not send us like your problems, go to bed hungry. Something like that . Good impressions spoiled by the staff themselves. I would even think of going back there. But...
