They were great! Came in and gave me clear understanding of furnace and a/c options. Set up a date to come install. Were here on time and installation went great! Cleaned up behind themselves and were done quickly. Explained how to use. I am very happy with both a/c and furnace. They even filled out forms for rebates for me. I am very happy with service.

Schneider was honest and fair. I had Schneider look at my house a year ago about excessive humidity; they were kind enough to tell me to install a bathroom fan first to see if that would help with my humid house. I called a year later to have an air exchange put in. I went back to Schneider because of their honesty and fairness upon their initial visit.

This project to install duct-free split unit air-conditioning/heat pump has been smooth and prompt. From the first visit by the office manager to the completed project I was confident that this system would fit my needs in my ductless house. The office manager is completely knowledgeable about home construction and the product he provides. It was installed quickly and professionally. The slight wrinkle in the project was it had to be spread over two short days because the indoor unit was not delivered to the installer with the outdoor unit. Didnt seem like an issue that Schneider had control over, so I was glad the adjustment in scheduling install could be adjusted to fit with my schedule as well.End result is I am completely happy with the system. My house is cool! The recommended install site on a west wall is perfect. Cool air flows the length of my living space and to the bedrooms. I was told to expect quiet, but was amazed that both indoor and outdoor units were extremely quiet. Summer is now more enjoyable as I can retreat to the quiet cool; I know Ill be happy with the heating ability as that season rolls around.

Technician (Brady) was pleasant and professional. Brady went above and beyond by taking the time to explain aspects of the HVAC unit to me that will help with future maintenance. I appreciate his thorough explanations.

I was very pleased with the service from Schneider as they installed a new boiler for our in-floor radiant heating system. Rich from the Winona business location is an excellent representative for the company. He is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem on a Thursday morning and installed the replacement boiler the next day!

Called after hours needing emergency service. Showed up within the hour and had our heat back on. Decided to replace our 30yr old furnace and they installed a new one while we were at work and came home to a fully functional new furnace. Great people to work with, helpful and understanding.

Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning maintained my old furnace for years. I managed to get two more years of use out of it than I expected thanks to their excellent care. Then, when it was finally time for a new one, their sales and service staff were right on top of it. Dean took the time to explain all of my options, pros and cons, and financing. Installation happened exactly as scheduled. There was one minor issue with installation, but they responded promptly and fixed the problem immediately the next day. A great company with great staff!

Burnt up multiple parts of the heating and burnt the thermostat and where it was on wall. Almost caught the house on fire.

Took a bit of time for my parts to arrive but not the fault of the company. My fireplace had been discontinued and they found a company to build the part needed and put it in after hours for me the day after the part finally came in. Highly recommend Schneider Heating and their fireplace guru Bill for your fireplace needs! Thank you for getting my fireplace working again. Our furnace was installed by another Carrier dealer/servicer and I’m glad I have experienced the service and professionalism of Schneider Heating. Wish we would have contacted you sooner. Thank you for making a very aggravating situation (no heat in 15-degree weather and our original installer only willing to come same day if we paid after hours fees even though it was mid-day when we called) and turning it into a great resolution. I hope I don’t need to see Bill again anytime soon but I will be calling you again if/when we have furnace trouble. Probably sooner for routine maintenance!
