I requested a quote for a glass shower door. Eric indicated he would get a price and if I was interested he would proceed. I did get a great price about 2 weeks later and advised Eric I would be interested. He indicated he had a job in Dover and would swing by when he as in the area. I did a follow up call about a week later to check on his availability. He said he was just too busy and didnt know when he would be available. I called a week later and Heidi indicated I should go somewhere else as she could not confirm coordinating a schedule or getting a price from a supplier, I indicated I was in no hurry and would be happy to wait when I could be added to her schedule. I called back two weeks later and Heidi had no idea who I was or what I needed. I realized they do not have a handle on managing their business and I would look elsewhere.

Dropped some window screens off to get re-screened, and have some new window screens built up based off the old ones. Quick turn around, just a couple days and I was able to pick them up & be good to go! Very nice & helpful folks!

I used Glass Replacement Company for a mirror replacement on an antique dresser. They custom cut the shape of my mirror and it looks fantastic! Total time was less than two weeks and the price was beyond reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone - customer service was great! Given the many good reviews, I had an expectation of a good experience when I contacted these folks to have a window in a wooden exterior door replaced. Things started out a bit weird, but friendly. The owner told me on Thurs that he and staff were all going to Pennsylvania for a week on Monday, but one employee lived nearby and could stop that very day to take a look at the window and measure. It’s a rental property and I wasn’t going to be there, which was fine because it’s an exterior door. And they may even be able to get the job done before they go....possibly even on Sat. I was thrilled, and very appreciative, and gave him my contact info. Fast forward two weeks....the job didn’t get done, but that was okay, as I knew that might not be possible and I’m a patient person. But after I didn’t hear from him within a week of their returning, I called and was told they had called and left messages. We had no messages or records of missed calls, so checked with them and learned they had the wrong number. Okay. This happens. But it turns out no one had yet stopped by to measure. And now I was told that an appt needs to be set and I must be present. I can deal with that, but it’s not what I was told initially. And it’s winter, and cold, and cardboard on a window can only work for so long. So please have the owner call me so we can set up an appointment. That was a week ago, and no call. So yesterday I called again, and was told they thought I was bringing the window in. I explained that’s not possible as the window is in a large, heavy exterior door and that was known from the start. Once again, I’m promised a call, possibly even “today” but for sure by tomorrow. Tomorrow has now passed, and still no call. We are in a small town, and repair shops are few in the area. So now we are left to scratch our heads in the face of curiously bad service from a company that has good reviews, with a different story coming from each person we’ve spoken with—three in all—followed by no response at all and resulting in a truly awful experience and a window still missing in our door three weeks after our first contact.

I called these guys because one of my double pane windows had a crack and was getting foggy inside. They were friendly and very professional! I was really surprised how inexpensive this project was compared to what I had anticipated. Great service, great prices!

This must be the WORST business I have ever gone to. All of the employees were rude and reluctant to help, one even called me a racial slur. When the job was said and done they charged more than they said it would cost and were laughing about it.
