Customer service by Amber involved numerous phone calls and E-Mails to coordinate the exact design and dimensions of the furniture, and she stayed on top of the entire order from the beginning to the end. We expected the job to take a couple of months, but took them less than a full month to manufacture it and deliver it to us. Everything was expertly packed for shipping. Both pieces are absolutely beautiful and heirloom quality. Incredible woodwork using high-grade teak. Now we are thinking about what they can build for us next. Amazing business.

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, quickly changed the order and did not charge me for the slight increase in dimension.
