Winona, MN location.I stopped just to look at styles of Lazy-Boy recliners and ended up buying one. I got help almost immediately from walking in the door, providing Labor Day sale price and how long it would take to get into store. Customer service was great!

Terrible experience. Table came broken. Had to call multiple times to talk to someone. Then finally talked to a manager after arguing with a parts associate. Manager wouldn’t refund the delivery fee wanted me to take pictures of the damage and serial number. Even tho the delivery guys wrote what was wrong on the invoice. Not compensated at all would only order a new part no apology nothing! They don’t back their products blame the manufacturers. Wish I could give this a 0.

Matt does such a great job. He helped us find the perfect bedroom set for my son. When the lead time was longer than hoped, he was able to find an almost identical set that my son liked better!

We were shopping for a loveseat for home. We were pleased with our experience at Winona Slumberland. Amanda greeted us and showed us all the choices we had to choose from. Amanda was informative and new her furniture. She could tell you exactly what each piece entailed. She was helpful and gave us time alone also to look and make a decision and then we proceeded to make our final decision with her. She helped me with the color choice as it is nice to talk to another woman about color. Looking forward to our new lazy boy loveseat. Winona Slumberland I would highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However our bed that we purchased didnt arrive until 2 days after we were told it would be there. This was very frustrating, we had already gotten rid of our old bed and moved our schedules around for the week to pick it up. Nothing was done to make this issue right. I am sad to say we will not be shopping there again.

Matt gave us excellent, honest, no-pressure service in furnishing our new home today. His suggestions were pure gold and I will insist to any of our friends and family, as well as anyone reading this, to seek him out personally for their needs. I also feel that we got a great value for our $3k- a sectional, recliner (loveliest thing to ever have caressed this bum), entertainment center, bed frame/headboard, dresser, protection plan, and delivery/assembly, all of seemingly great quality, for 0% interest full term and average credit. We are extremely pleased with our experience all around.

I am very happy with my pieces of furniture. However, I did not receive the throw pillows that I was told came with the sofa. The employee that helped me mentioned that the pillows were included with the sofa. I was very disappointed in this discrepancy. I hoped that they would satisfy me by correcting the issue by sending me the pillows. After all, I did spend a lot of money on my purchases.

Black Friday deal was a Get you in the door deal. 1 item available with no information on restock or tracking number. I was told the following Monday that it may be a few weeks or a few months, Ill get a call. This isnt how you get repeat customers. Its 2020 we can track and update to the second for any item from any country. Not mad, disappointed.

The store staff was friendly and was willing to answer my questions about the purchase I was making. After she took my order, she told me the next steps for the home delivery and who would be contacting me when the shipment was in process. Excellent customer service.

Slumberland Winona is where I’ve bought all my mattresses and a lot of my regular furniture for about 15 years. It’s a pleasant place, never crowded, and they can answer all your questions or they will look up the answers. They never trash talk or neg other stores or suppliers, and they’re very low pressure and patient if you need to come back a bunch of times to finally make up your mind. They’ve also got some great deals and sales for various holidays too, and unlike some places, they’ll actually TELL you if something’s going to be on sale in a week or whatever, instead of just saying they don’t know if it’s ever going on sale. I’ve not had any problems with anything I’ve bought there. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for furniture that’s a step or three up from IKEA (I’m so done with put.it.together.yourself furniture) but not so fancy-schmancy that you need to be a multimillionaire, either.

Was glad to deal with mat@slumberland, the sofa that I got was a great value and we arrange a reasonable delivery plan under the circumstances. During this time I prefer to deal locallyAnd I was happy to give them our business.

The sales person was fine its just some of the policies I dont care for. 1 I received a rebate card in the mail for $25 off from my next purchase, but I cant use it for clearance items? If its no good for what I want to use it for then dont ever send me another one. 2 When I go to s store to buy something I plan on walking out with what Im purchasing, this waiting for something to come in is absurd. My time is valuable maybe not to this company but it is to me. And the only reason I purchase clearance items is because I get to take it right then and there dings and all.

Sales manager Ginger Mruz was helpful and very knowledgable about the different styles of living room furniture. She knew which ones were the most comfortable which is what I asked for as my first concern. After the style was chosen she was patient with me while I flipped through the fabric choices and helpful in making my selection. The only downfall is waiting 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

I found what I was looking for at a price I could afford. Good service - helpful, but left room for me to browse. A long wait for delivery (they said about 6 weeks) but due to COVID, this is what we can expect everywhere.

The salesman was very professional and helpful. We had just struggled with getting a sectional up to my second floor apartment from HOM furniture and were a little upset about their customer service since they did not try to find a sectional that would meet our needs. The man from Slumberland greeted us right away and was happy to find us a 3 piece sectional that would fit into my apartment that was in my price range. I was impressed with this mans customer service! We feel confident that we will be happy with our new purchase.

We popped in to look for a chair, and found out they were having a sale! Yay! Amanda was very attentive, showed us some really nice choices and we ended up buying a coffee table.
