Absoluetly love this store and specific location. Always treated great and feel as if my buisness is appreciated. Donna has worked there forever and is a loyal hard working employee. Shes definitely an asset to the company. Treats people with respect and is kind.

Discriminatory, inappropriate, rude, unintelligent front store staff. Require a mask despite there not being a current mask mandate (no problem with that, keep reading) and do not universally enforce this rule (asked 1 customer rudely and did not address the next 4 people who walked in without one). It’s no wonder Walgreens is failing as a company.

I was told to leave for not wearing a mask. Hasn’t the mask mandate been lifted?

Frankenstein Phone Greeting System.When you call this pharmacy the automated Greeting System will jibber jabber at you for over 4 minutes before giving you the option to speak to a person. The automated system even told me my Rx would be ready at a certain time and when I showed up to get it they hadnt even received it yet.

I went there to drop off a Fedex package, I checked the website before going there and this was listed as one of their services. They refused to accept my package with a shipping label and said I have to go to the main Fedex branch. There was this extremely rude old woman with a very bad attitude who did not give me a clear and reasonable explanation. This is not how you treat your customers. I am very disappointed with this place and will not recommend anyone to visit this place.

I went at Rite aid yesterday and I thing they are renewing some things inside. I want to walk in and one of the staff came to me and stopped me right away like if I was a criminal to tell me that I cannot get in because the store was closed until Friday. There was a nice way to tell me this. That old lady is always mean especially to Black people. I cant believe that she is a manager in there.Customer service needs more trainings I believe.

Had to get medication for my infant son. The medication ended up coming in tablet and I explained to the pharmacist that this was for an infant so probably wasnt correct. But the Pharmacist told me that it would dissolve instantly and to just place it in my sons mouth. After watching this pill sit in his mouth while he screamed it became obvious that a) this was an extreme choking hazard and b) the pharmacist had ignored an obvious safety concern and/or was completely unknowledgeable about the medication they were dispensing.

The old woman who seems to be the manager is ignorant and insulting. I wont visit this branch again.

State wide mask mandate, yet the older women manager wears her mask with her nose hanging out and looks at everyone that walks in like they are dirt.

Had to spend an unfortunate three hours at the pharmacy today because the american healthcare system is a wreck and insurance companies are the worst. The staff was super helpful though and explained everything to me very concisely. Im glad to have access to these helpful personnell.

I tried to have film developed here. After 15+ minutes of the employee looking for the price, she said I cant be spending all day doing this. I asked if she could have someone call me with the cost before they did it. She said -Id- need to write down that request on each of the four envelopes. I explained I cant leave my film with her if she cant even tell me the what itd cost (and have her tell me she cant be bothered to find out), I took the film and walked out. Too bad all around.

Became a Walgreens that doesnt accept insurance coverage from one of the big 5 insurers.Thatd be fine for a regional chain. It isnt for a national one.

Paypal advertises that you can add cash to your account at Walgreens and CVS locations. This Walgreens flat out refused to do it. Thanks for letting me know I should take my business to CVS just up the road. Goodbye forever Walgreens.
