UniFirst is a top-notch company that provides us with carpets and anti-fatigue matts so that we can work in safe and comfortable environment all day long. The products are constructed of the highest quality material and always arrive clean and fresh, ready for the abuse we give them. These products are brought to us by our driver Will, “The Rug-Man”, on a clockwork like schedule. Will has an amazing amount of product knowledge when it comes to rugs, as well as a vast amount of knowledge in other areas. Just the other day we were installing a stripper pole in our break room and I decided to show Will what we had done. Right away he noticed we had used the inferior hardware that came with the pole and suggested, for safety reasons, we might want to go with some better hardware. He mentioned that with this particular model of pole, although the unit itself was of the highest grade, but the attaching hardware was cheap and not up to OSHA standards. I had no idea about “shear strength” or what “Grade 8 bolts were and how to identify them. It was as though he had done this a thousand times before. When I asked him how he knew all this stuff, he just looked at me with a sparkle in his eye and said “I wasn’t always a Rug-Man.” With his guidance we were able to create a workplace that was not only safe and fun, but OSHA compliant. Thanks UniFirst for your superior products and service, and for hiring such high quality employees!

Will Strickland is our guy for weekly uniforms! He is always friendly, reliable and personable. He is helpful and always wins us over on sales of Unifirst products. We have 12 technicians who get uniforms from Will with no complaints. He brings us fresh rugs every week and sold us on very good smelling cherry hand soap.
