Stopped to get the air checked on my dually f350 that Ive just purchased because normal gas stations dont have the pressure. Sean aired me up and discovered a tire almost flat. Aired it up and took a quick look and didnt see anything. Offered to put me in line to check on further. I didnt have time but will be back in a few days. I will also be back for 6 new tires later this year. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. Sometimes it is all about the customer service

One of the best tire shops and dealers in the area. If you need new tires for your 🚗 car, have need of an alignment, rotation, balance, or other minor oil changes or ⚙️🔧🔩 repairs these guys have you covered. The staff are friendly, helpful, dont overcharge and they get you back on the road fast. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible parking area, seating and 🚻 restrooms.

Over 10 choice brands of tires. Service center on site. They also sell rims and other accessories. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Ive been to this location multiple times. Id say 2 out of 3 they were kinda busy. They do have a waiting area inside thats really clean tho.

Discount tire came through for me once again. I had a problem with my TPS on my car and North point Chrysler on the charge me $165 and said it would take 2 hours I went to discount tire they charged me $70 and it took about 20 minutes. Hard to find great service at extremely good prices in these days and times. With money being as tight as it is Glad to know where they service can help you they come through.

Had to get lug nuts replacement that were damaged during tire rotation and balance.

Came in after a 12 hour day with TPMS lighting up every five weeks. They asked a few questions and within 10 minutes found a nail i never noticed, patched and got me out the site again.Great attitudes and teamwork among the crew and kept me updated at all times.Happily recommend this store

I’ve changed enough tires myself to know it helps a ton to use tire grease installing the tire on the rim. But they should at least clean it off. It’s so bad I can’t tell if they scratched up my rims until I get home and clean them myself. Its like this or worse on all 4 wheels. Prices are not good for such horrible service.Update- got home and all 4 wheels have scratches on them. I took pictures before going in. I don’t know if it’s even worth going back to complain.

They didn’t put my valve stem cap back on & I had bought special ones.

They put air in my tires for free without complaint. I try to give a modest tip when I go.

Every time my family and I need any tires or tire maintenance, we come to this Discount Tire because of their customer service and knowledge about anything with a tire. From maintenance to brands, they are a ton of help. Josh assisted me with getting new tires and was full of useful information and recommendations. I always value quality over quantity and I fully trust everyone there to help me out with everything I need. Would 100% recommend this business to EVERYONE.

Bought 4 tires and received a phonecall the morning of my service letting me know a bay with my name on it was waiting for me when I arrived. I was in and out within a half hour. They where extremely busy and slow but did a great job. The building was clean outside the building was cleaning all in all I stick with rating 5.

Awesome service but can be very busy so to minimize wait time its best to call ahead if possible.

I made an appt for 1:30 and called ahead to tell them I couldnt make it until 1:45. They said it was fine but I got out there and had to wait 45 for someone to even check me in, then they saw my 1:30 appt and said I was next. I wasnt next they let 2 people go in front of me and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while my spot was ready for me to pull in. It only took like 10 minutes to change the tires though so the actual service was good but the wait and customer service sucked.

Good staff here. I almost always call around before buying tires and the past several occasions have maintained the cheapest prices. One of the few places i know that will sell me white wall tires and give warranty protection. I highly recommend getting a warranty Especially if you buy a set of 4 at once. I would also recommend making an appointment before having any work done. An appointment almost always assures that your car will be in the garage within 15 minutes.

Nice clean store. The employees were very helpful and eager to meet our needs. Their were several guys working the registers and ready to help customers. They made my visit as quick and painless as possible. Also, they sold me what I needed... nothing more and nothing less. They did not try to push anything on me to buy. Good place for your wheels and tires.

They were great. There was a nail in my tire and they took care of it promptly and at no cost. Also I had a wheel lock on my tire but no key, they were able to get it off and replace it with a new lug!!!!

I had a tire that continued to deflate. I love in Greensboro and had to find a tire shop quick. Grateful I found this place. They found a screw in my tire. They were super quick and they didnt even charge me. I wish I lived in Winston so I could always bring my car here. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Dont take your care anywhere else! Thank you, guys!

Dude at the counter at NTB said it was two hour wait and walked away, come up to discount tire and they got us taken care of immediately. I needed a tire patched and they did it at no charge. Highly recommend their service.

This location was fine but the company as a whole has an issue with how they sell. Often feels Im being sold something I dont need but scare tactics into warranties and services. Might work for grandma but not for everyone else.

Had an appointment for 11:15 my car didn’t get started until about 1:00. Why have an appointment system if you’re not going to follow it?

Wow I love this place! It is staffed by the nicest most down to earth people. You never feel like a hassle when you come here. Everyone is effecient. I never have to wait to long. Great prices on tires, and the service is blazingly fast. The also installed new pressure sensor hardware so my cars computer stopped complaining that the sensors need to be serviced. Staff is knowledgeable and they will work hard to find the right solution within your budget requirements. I recommend buying tires from Discount Tires.

Great experience every time I go to this place!Juan and the rest of the team always find a way to match any price out there and back it up with very good service.Unlike other places Ive been in the past, they seem to be focused on my needs, and follow thru the end.For example, after driving on new performance tires for 2 months and 2K miles later, I realized than when engaging my car in Sports mode, the tires slightly rub on the inside while taking fast turns.No problem, got the same tires in new sizes mounted on different rims for basically just mounting costs.Another happy customer!

Came in today and spoke to Matt at the University location, came to get 2 tires for my girlfriends car and Matt was very helpful and suggested a higher rated tire with a higher mileage rating so that we could have the same tire size on the car all around and gave us these tires for the same price as the lower rates tires. Matt spoke with everyone that came in the same way, with kind and helpful words. Matt has been one of the most helpful representatives Ive had. I have aftermarket wheels on my truck and have run 31-10.5/r15s on them for more than a decade. Went to buy new tires and they refused to sell me the tire because the data tag on the door didn’t match to the wheel and tire size I have currently on my truck. MORONS

I bought my tires with Discount tire back this summer. The guys working are professional, courteous, and FAST. They recommended the type of tires that would be best for my particular vehicle and they werent outrageous, actually told me I did NOT need the more expensive ones. Today I came back for a tire rotation, on a Saturday with no appointment, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Awesome service!!

While I do feel Im usually told something is wrong with my tires each time I go (minus one star), the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I love how I can make a reservation online to save the wait time when I get there.
