Item came as described. I ordered a new shifter, and it actually turned out to be a nicer model than the one I had to replace! Shipping took a little over a week, but that wasn’t their fault. They had to special order from California, and their shipping policy said shipping can vary depending on availability and special orders sometimes. I sent a question about the status of my order one night at 10PM, and Lee got back to me early the next morning at 7:30AM with a response! So, they responded quickly, too. I love my Subaru, and will be sure to make this my designated shop to order from for any future accessories, upgrades, or replacement parts.
I ordered on Saturday. Flow processed the order and shipped it Monday. I received it midweek. Although I would like to have the part sooner, I am happy I received it in the time. And the price was fair: less than list price.I asked First Team of Roanoke, Virginia for a quote, who priced the part at 10 percent above list price. I find First Team’s quote very disappointing because we bought our car new there.
Went there with a girlfriend. She is thinking to trade in her vehicle for a Subaru and we were helped by a Ruben H. So cordial, upfront and made the visit pleasant with no pressure. Highly suggest asking for him.
Process was easy but it more than a week to get the parts. If you have no rush it is good.
Absolutely horrible. Online part order took over a week to even ship, i canceled the order before they shipped it and got the same part at another dealer the next day. Never recieved a refund and was bounced around on the phone between departments because nobody could give me answers. Was always told I would receive a call by the end of the day and have yet to hear from them. Im about to just give up. This is ridiculous.
Great parts but ordering online takes 2 weeks min to receive parts. 1 week to process then another week to ship it out.Parts ship out within a day or two when you call the parts dept and speak to someone. It is nice to actually know you are ordering the right part when you order online, but the process/shipping time is rough.
First off, part that I order took over two weeks for them to ship. I had to contact the parts/service department before anyone ever acknowledge that my part never got shipped. Finally after two weeks they shipped it. Still waiting it’s arrival

Took about ten days after order to receive parts, as expected for special items. Had issues but they made it right.
Very pleased with all my dealings with Flow Subaru Parts. They were helpful and friendly and their prices were very attractive.
I wouldnt give them 1 star but to comment i had too, I brought pat from them and wasnt the sizes and I send them back and didnt get any money return. Dont buy from them, fasle ad.
It took an entire 7 days just for my part to be shipped, even though the product was in stock. Would not recommend if you need a part soon.
Only purchased parts that were shipped to me. Parts prices were reasonable for my 2002 Subaru WRX. The shipping was OK - price was a little high and some more fragile items (Gasket) could have been better protected but all arrived in acceptable condition. Will use Flow Subaru again for my parts needs.
The recently moved to the end of the parking lot with the sale department. Much more convenient than being half the parking lot away

Don’t order online if your not shipping to your billing address. They can’t tell the difference between them.
