Took my car in for a check engine light. They were going to charge me to run diagnostics to see if they could find the problem, but when they told me that they were not able to fix the issue they didnt charge me for running the diagnostics. They didnt have to do that and I would have been fine paying them. I spoke with a guy named Mike who recommended another mechanic that would be able to address this issue with my car. Great buisness and I highly recommend trusting your vehicle to them.

I always come here for any maintenance or repairs needed for my car, typically for an oil change. It was a really hot day today and my “oil change needed” indicator came on randomly. In the midst of the crew changing my oil, I started having health issues. Everyone stopped what they were doing and attended to me immediately until the ambulance arrived. These are some good-hearted people with a great work ethic. Great service as well. Everyone is so sweet, thoughtful, professional, and keep your best interest at heart. I never have any issues with my car after they do maintenance or repairs. Would 100% recommend.

Took my m5 here for a state inspection today. Got the car about 4 -5 years ago from out of state and have had 0 trouble passing inspection since. The power tool that inspected my car today decided to fail it for the window tint being a few percent too dark... Funny part is the previous owner tinted the windows and THESE GUYS DID LAST YEARS INSPECTION PASSING THE CAR WITH THE SAME TINT.... then the guy tried to give me some bs about how “tint gets darker over time due to sun exposure” What a joke. I will never be back here. The failed inspection is now in the system meaning I have to pay to have the tint removed as opposed to going anywhere else AGAIN I have been to multiple shops for inspection INCLUDING THEM with no issues.... I will never be back and I suggest you look ANYWHERE else if you require an inspection.

Kiara, Matt, and Bryan are the best. They are so friendly and informative and always do a superb job with my vehicle. Usually car service is a hassle but they make it so easy and my day is always better when I leave! Prices are fair and time is efficient. Only place in Winston Ill go.

Took our 2006 Sonata there for repair. It was rusted on the underside from years of snow and salt up north. They went out of their way to do all of the repairs we needed, even suggesting alternatives that would save us money (thats unheard of with most car repair businesses). Our entire family now comes here for car repair. Theyre honest and do good work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend!!

Oil change was good. The staff is above average. Prices on tires are not the best. But I purchased a set because they helped my wife in her Jeep when she had a tire problem. Didnt charge her anything for the help they gave her. To me that was worth paying extra for the tires. They were extremely cautious while changing my low profile tires and I do appreciate the care given.

I was upset over my car starting to overheat lately...... So i made up in my mind to take a chance and bring it in. On Saturday, i talked with one of the staff (the young guy, Kevin😊) and he was kind.... Explained some things i need to watch out for...... Then that same day it ran hot again!!! Ugh!!!😱 I knew then that Kevin was giving me truth..... So then i was able to bring the car back, today, and another Kevin confirmed the bad news about my Betsy....... I truly want to thank this company for tell me the truth and giving wisdom on how to handle the situation...... I am a new customer with them because of 2 Kevins... Yeah!!😊🎉🎉

Needed to have my auto inspected & to get the oil changed. I was met promptly and when I explained my needs, the reply was “yes ma’am please leave registration & keys on the dash” then he explained that due to the small space the waiting room was closed,but there are chairs here outside the door. I sat down to read my book, gentleman came out an gave me an itemized quote. I accepted . Before I could read a chapter, my car was inspected and the oil changed! These are very essential workers, may God bless them!

They were very friendly and thorough. They checked all fluids and washed the windshield, checked all lights . All included with an oil change.

Never in my life have I intentionally paid good money to make a bad situation worse. Today, however, was the day that I came in with one problem and left with 3 more. The diagnostics test took nearly 3 hours, just to yield the result of “I don’t know if you need this part but let’s start with this piece and go from there.”That’s after the first mechanic admitted that he hadn’t particularly worked on my brand of vehicle but it wasn’t a problem because my brand “is easy to work on.”Upon picking up my vehicle I’m told that the part has to ship from GA (please consider expanding/updating your supply systems) and then I discover that I have 2 new warning lights glaring at me.This experience culminated with the technician explaining that he couldn’t figure out why my braking system suddenly wasn’t working properly, unless I paid them more money.Personally I would have preferred a nice steak dinner and maybe a movie before getting taking advantage of like that, but, so it goes.

Love the fact that you can sit in your car

When I first arrived I was treated with kindness and respect from the very get go. Tim, Chris and Devonte worked extremely hard to help me and carry on conversation with me, too, treating me as their friend. They executed their duties well and worked together well as employees. I was told of all the options they provide without being hassled one iota. If you are looking for the best in car care then look no further than this place. At a time when kindness AND good services are rare, these guys put faith back into the system. Im proud to leave this review and believe others will be treated equally. Well done guys!

What a wonderful experience! The owner was there to meet customers. All of the employees were involved and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about that experience. It was fast, easy, and no hard sale of additional services. We will be back.

The manager was very judgmental and he deals with his customers depending on the mood he’s in that day. Very unprofessional, and only competent enough to do it oil change. And due to the fact he’s so comfortable in his shop he thinks it’s OK to cuss in conversations with his customers.

Had an amazing first experience here. Was greeted on the lot promptly, and brought in immediately. Honoree was very informative and helpful with explaining to me what all the guy downstairs was saying to me. Michael the manager greeted and chatted with me for a few minutes. Once everything was said and done the engire time in the shop was no more than 14 minutes. Will definitely be returning and recommended.

I had an engine air filter replaced when getting an oil change here and could tell that the person changing it didn’t completely know what he was doing, which resulted in the air intake tube to disconnect. I had to get my car towed to another shop because my car safety stalled itself & stopped running, spent 4 hours and more $$ when this could have been easily avoided. Was most likely accidental, but please teach your staff how to properly work on cars! Will never be back here again.

My wife brought our Honda Pilot in to get inspected and as she’s pulling up the guy says that tint is too dark it won’t pass, it has passed every inspection it has ever had. So he failed it took the money treated her like she knew nothing. I took it to another place they did the tint test and it wasn’t even close to failing! Lesson learned never again.

Went in for oil change, Staff is so friendly, professional, and quick. Great lounge with lots of light, internet service, coffee and TV. Could probably eat off the floor in lounge and maybe the service floor as well! Bathroom is super clean as well. I could have stayed in my car while they changed the oil but the lounge is a nice place to take a break.

Speedy service. I came in for a oil change and before I could finish my coffee I was ready to go. Great customer service nice and friendly employees, will definitely be coming back.

They deleted my moms google post after she posted about how they lied when they said they know how to work on Mercedes, but they didn’t, she went there to pay 300$ for a peice that was 80, they said would take her check engine light off, but they never knew what they where doing and now the lights still on, bas and asr light on now and her back lights are flickering in and off, on top of that they took her car for a joy ride, I don’t wanna day too much or they’ll take me off too, don’t waste your money if you have a high quality car because they don’t know what their doing, they even told us their computer sensors could only do so much, you come in for one thing and leave with more problems.

I was accused and warned of trying to hurry service after asking about my car 1 hour and 15 minutes about service that was reported to take an hour. I came at 10:30 and left at 1:45. I certainly did not want to hurry the service and told that to the person who warned me not try.

My mom came in to get her check engine light fixed and by the time she’s done and pays 300 dollars, we leave and find out non of our back lights are working and we have 3 more lights lit on including the check engine light, asr and bas and they didn’t know what they did to mess it up, they didn’t even know how to fix the car in the first place, they threw it around to different mechanic and messed it up, and the first man who caused the problem seemed ill experienced saying my moms car was complicated.
