Wow. What a great experience. I usually have really bad experiences with mechanics, with few exceptions, Falls being one of them. Theyre respectful, quick, professional, and good quality. I couldnt believe how quickly they fixed my car. Nothing like driving away in your car with a huge smile on your face because you know its been taken care of. Prices were super reasonable. Ill be taking my truck to Falls for everything from now on.

Falls mechanic is the best in town. Im a college student with very little car knowledge and have had a few hiccups with my car that they have repaired beautifully and very kindly. I always know Im getting the best service with them. I love how close they are to the School of the Arts since thats where my car has broken down both times.

Every other auto repair shop I went to before I found Falls scammed and scammed me until I couldnt take it anymore.Found this place, and everything has been fixed perfectly and quickly. The customer service is fantastic - it was small, but I tried using the vending machine but it wouldnt accept my dollar. One of the women working there threw a few quarters in and said it was on her. Like I said, its only fifty cents, but it goes to show how kind they are.
