Bagels here are always outstanding. Really the best I have had in the Triad area. These are hefty bagels and their cream cheese is always outstanding as well. Place does get crowded and parking lot is small. I always get it to go. They always get you in and out quick. If parking lot is packed go past and you can park on street at first left.

Very clean environment with attentive and polite staff. Bagel case was filled with assorted bagels of every kind you could think of. The menu was big and bright with clear writing in chalk. The bagels themselves are amazing. Some are light and airy with an open crumb. Others are chewy with a thin crunchy crust. They are all amazing. They remind me of the bagels that I grew up with in NYC. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive had bagels all over the country, including New York City and Boston, but these might be my favorite. Theres something about them that is just SO good. Theyre not fancy or gourmet, its just a straightforward bagel spot, but theyre incredibly satisfying. The staff over the years have been top-notch too and really treat their customers well. Definitely give Bagel Station a try.

The best breakfast bagel sandwich Ive had to date. ** Turkey Trot on a cheese bagel w/ Asiago cheddar & avacado, toasted. Absolutely mouth watering. Friendly staff. Enjoyable environment. The bagel station is a weekly stop for me! The staff is very kind and they are efficient in moving people through the line - I am often there at a busy time and I never wait for more than just a few minutes. I almost always get a toasted plain bagel with bacon, egg, cheddar, avocado, and cream cheese - don’t knock it until you try it!

Our normal bagel place was closed for the 4th of July, so we stepped out to try somewhere new, and we were very pleased! Extremely quick and kind service. They offered a decent variety (including red, white, & blue 4th bagels)! I really enjoyed my Sunnyside Down on the Farm -- especially the Five Cheese and Bacon bagel! Definitely considering returning next week.

Grew up in NY... This is the best place for bagels in Central NC. My favorite sammich is the smoked salmon on a salt bagel, absolutely delicious.

Love this place down the street from my job, I’m a repeated customer I always get the lox bagel 🥯 with no caper extra tomatoes toasted with jalapeños cream cheese and they always get my order correct. Love it that they always remember how I like it. Best place to get a bagel, I love the mini ones too but I haven’t seen them lately. I wish the places was bigger I always have to wait a long line out the door before I can get in, but I don’t mind. The facility is always clean, The stuff is always great and helpful. ☺️

Bagel Station is a great spot to grab a bagel sandwich, simple bagel with cream cheese, or a whole dozen bagels! I highly recommend their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a jalapeno cheddar bagel for your morning fix. I was really pleased with the health and safety measures Bagel Station staff are taking during the pandemic: all staff were wearing masks and as of late April, no dining in (very small inside area). Will definitely visit here again.

Lines out the door are a pretty good indication of the quality of a place. Bagels and lox are delicious. They have variety for days. Its a small place though and with the crowds waiting in line it fills up quickly.

We love this place . The staff are super friendly bagels are always awesome. The place is always packed with a line to the door but I’m never in there more than 10 minutes. They also sell sunshine good energy drinks which is fantastic. I’m not sure what kind of coffee they use but it’s pretty good also .... not to be a coffee shop. I need one of these places in Georgia or really probably not lol

Visiting from out of town. This place was recommended by a coworker. Arrived... wanted a pumpernickel bagel.... “we don’t make them” then asked for an egg bagel “we don’t make those either...seriously? Two bagel staples and you don’t make? She was also kind of snarky...FYI.... some situational awareness should come in to play when you’ve got 3 customers trying to grab a juice from the fridge and the employee won’t move out of the way...Walked out, completely disappointed. MacDonalds was a block away. Got a delicious bagel, beverage and was thanked, and told to have a blessed day.Step up your game Bagel Station.

This morning was my first time at Bagel Station and honestly, this was hands-down the best bagel I’ve ever had! Got the Five cheese and bacon bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese on top! Y’all know it’s good because I never leave reviews of places, but it was too good not to share!!

When I went up to the store the lady was very nice, remade my food with zero fuss and a smile. The owner called Door Dash to help me get my money back, then followed up with me by leaving a long, lovely voicemail!

They closed at 11 after I placed my order for pick up at 10:30 not knowing when they were going to close as the hours were not posted. I get my email confirmation and pickup time of 11:09. When I get there I was greeted with a dead pan “were closed”. I told them that I had paid for a pickup order ahead of time. Instead of any apology, the employee scoffed and said “well we didn’t get it”. I asked for a refund and she scoffed again and said “well you’re not getting that today”. They didn’t take down any of my info and just insisted that I come back tomorrow with my receipt which I already had in hand. So no food or my money back??

Great little shop, but expect your order to be wrong.Pretty decent bagels, friendly staff, good prices. We love dropping in for a bagel with cream cheese before starting a road trip or a day packed with errands.Weve been there maybe 20 times, ordered basically the same thing every time, 2 bagels, toasted, double cream cheese, and maybe twice we have received exactly that. Usually the extra cream cheese or the toasting gets lost in translation. Kitchen workflow seems sort of chaotic and the kitchen/cash communication is visibly inconsistent. 5 stars if not for that.

Best place for a quick bagel sandwich. My husband and I found them by chance, we now go once a week. Great selection, great customer service and they are always wearing proper masks and gloves. I highly recommend.

We tried to get bagels from the Kernersville Panera this AM because it’s close to home. At 9:00, Panera was out of bagels. We made the trip into Winston and weren’t disappointed! What a great selection of flavors and everything was so fresh!! We will DEFINITELY skip Panera and head here from now on!!!

I’ve had my eye on this place for a while, and I’ve been pining for a good, traditional, authentic bagel. Thus, it stood to reason that I would go this morning for breakfast. It was the right decision.This place knows how to make an authentic bagel. According to their website, they follow the traditional bagel making protocol and age the dough, boil it, and then bake it. The result is obvious: excellent bagels.I ordered the bagel with smoked salmon, which also has sliced tomato, capers, and red onions. It was delicious. The cream cheese brings it all together beautifully and it is out of this world good. I also ordered a sesame seed bagel, and it was also fabulous.The staff is helpful and friendly. They also have a wide variety of bagels to choose from, and the price is very reasonable: most bagels are $1.09 (no cream cheese). This is the same price as the overrated, overhyped Panera, but the difference is that you’ll be able to eat your bagel from Bagel Station without needing the jaw strength of a leopard.The only nitpick I would make is that I wish the cream cheese had a little more salt, and the sweet tea is not great. But I’ll be honest: I don’t really expect a bagel place to have a great sweet tea. So I’m cool with it.

Not impressed. The food wasnt anything I would go back for. The cheese they use tast awful. The bagel was hard. The chocolate muffin I got...im not sure if it was old or undercooked. I just wont go back again. I wont recommend it either.

I heard such great things about this place so I decided to check it out yesterday for breakfast. I was excited because it was no line and they offer Turkey sausage. Once I arrived to my destination that was only 2 min away, I was extremely disappointed. It was globs of cream cheese on my bagel. I couldn’t even eat it. Very disgusting and a waste of my money. I will never return. I posted a picture of my sandwich.

We have been frequenting this location of the bagel station since we moved to the area in August, 2020. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. The food is quite tasty. However, our last 2 trips have been disappointing. Both orders were incorrect. The first (last week) had the 2 breakfast sandwiches on the opposite bagel choices, and then this morning (3/23/21), to avoid the issue, I order 2 of the same breakfast sanwiches: 2 turkey sausage, egg and cheese. What I got was 2 TURKEY lunchmeat egg and cheese. Come on, Bagel Station, you are better than this!

Best bagels, fresh cream cheese, and friendly staff.Hard to reach via phone so unfortunately you just have to go in or order online for the most part, in my experience.The bagels freeze very well in a ziplock bag and thaw out quickly on the counter and are super fresh still. Cinnamon crunch with strawberry shmear is my go-to. Lines can be long but usually move pretty quickly. Apple Pay available for contactless payment is nice too. Check day old bagels and certain days of the week for discounts too.

The food is great. The service leaves something to be desired. Especially since the pandemic one of the things I value is order. I had never been so going in seeing a horseshoe of xs was confusing. No one really acknowledge me when I walked in depite there being no one else in what I image was the ordering line. Maybe just stick to curbside. A good bagel though.

Been going here for over a year now and usually get a couple of the egg, sausage and American cheese sandwiches. Im not sure if it is new staff but for the last six months or so when we get our order they just keep putting cheddar cheese on the sandwiches. Its a small thing but it truly tastes completely different and is not what I ordered. This is now the 5th time this has happened and today my girlfriend and I waited for over 20 minutes for the sandwiches and it happened again.. I understand it was breakfast rush but this isnt the first time this has happened and it just gets more frustrating everytime lol

Bagels are excellent but service not so much. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you don’t actually bring out the meal, or answer the phone, and then require the customer to go inside and get it after waiting outside for 15 minutes and seeing 10+ people come inside and order and leave.

Had the Simply Sunny egg sandwich. It was simply delicious. They use a good brand of bacon.

I love this place! All of the staff that Ive met are super friendly. The bagels are some of the best Ive had in multiple states. I usually order (whatever flavor bagel Im craving at the time... Theyre all good!), with cream cheese, sliced lox, tomatoes, and capers. Its always fresh and delicious. I also like to get a Dr. Browns cream soda with it.

Has good bagels but would never go back. We ordered a swipeby order and waited 20 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be ready in the swipeby parking space without any service. I was trying to avoid going in because of social distancing. Finally I had to go inside because we had waited too long. When I went inside I was handed a bag that said “Paige” instead of my name. I checked and the food was not what we had ordered. Instead of accepting that it was the wrong order and remaking it, the staff argued with me that it was my food and I was mistaken. Meanwhile, it was clearly the wrong food and even labeled with another customer’s name. I had enough of arguing and just had them cancel the order. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Good place for the money. Not really worthy of 4 stars, but Google doesnt let me give it 3.5 which is closer to accurate.I had the Turkey Trot Lightly (egg whites with a turkey sausage patty on a multigrain bagel). It was good, though they microwave the eggs and patty. I would have preferred it made fresh on a griddle. Given that it was only $4 it wasnt bad though.Seating is limited, and we stopped in on a Sunday morning so there was a line out the door and it took about 20-25 minutes to get the bagel. Thats not unexpected on a Sunday, though.I would recommend it if you happen to be in the neighborhood, but I wouldnt travel across town for it.

I dont remember when I started going to Bagel Station, but I dont remember bagels from other places after I started going. Its a tiny little shop thats usually crowded with a line to (and sometimes out of) the door. The staff move quickly so you usually dont wait that long. Their spreads are the absolute best, some staff are heavy-handed with the spread, some are not. The staff isnt consistently cheery, but the bagels are too good to get caught up on an interaction that lasts less than 2 minutes. My favorites are Scallion and Herb. Their Honey-Nut spread is really good too. The bagels are crunchy, chewy and soft. Some other mainstream bagel places, which shall remain nameless, are simply too hard and too doughy. Bagel Station offers sandwiches, delicious cookies, OJ, milk etc. You can buy tubs of their spread to take home. They have at least 12-15 different types of bagels at any given moment, unless they sell out (they close around 2pm). The bagels and spread are Kosher. The prices are very reasonable. Its more than just a local place that people go to out of tradition or nostalgia, the bagels are really damn good (Ive literally never had a bad bagel from them). Definitely go if youre in the area.

For me this place is more then just a great Bagel shop....its an experience. Me and my brother use to always come here together and enjoy an amazing bagel and awesome convo. My brother passed away in December 2018 suddenly and its been very hard on our whole family. My brother was very loving and happy and the staff at Bagel Station recognized this as well. When they found out my brother had passed away they showed so much love and continue to do so even now. They remembered my brother and remember many of their customers. This is the type of business we need in our community. Thank you to Bagel Station....my brother would have loved to see this.

Best bagels in Winston Salem! As a relocated Yankee its hard to find a good bagel around that can compare to the delis up north. But Bagel Station hits it out of the park. They have a huge variety of flavors and spreads and Ive never had one that wasnt good. It can get kinda crowded in the mornings because the shop isnt that big, but that only means that the secret is out and other people know how good they are.

These are the best bagels and cream cheese Ive ever had. I always get the asiago bagel and a tub of plain cream cheese. I bring them home, slice the bagel, toast it in the oven with the sliced side facing up until golden brown, then slather it in a ton of cream cheese while its so hot it burns my fingers. Eating this bagel while its still warm and the cream cheese is softening from the heat, while it has the perfect crunch on the outside with the most wonderfully chewy, soft inside is one of the best experiences of life. Lol Everything is homemade and kosher. The place is typically packed with an expected 10-15 minute wait. Its well worth the wait. Ive been getting bagels here since my grandmother bought them for me as a little girl, and Im 30 now. I cant speak highly enough about this place. Its one of my favorite places in Winston.

Delicious! Went there for lunch, first-time customer. Ordered a breakfast bagel that was quite amazing, and very filling. Small dining area, so no large groups. Sweet tea was a little off, but not a big deal. Ill grab a soda next time.

If you are staying in the area and looking for a bagel shop this is a great little stop, everyone seems to know each other and the staff were very friendly. We ordered 2 cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese they were okay know they arent playing with the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagels so if you like cream cheese this is the spot for you. We will swing by again during our next visit.

I love it! Everything bagel with cream cheese is fantastic. The only problem is that the parking lot is very small so at peak hours you wont find parking, and the interior is exceptionally small so you wont find a seat. The service is typically blasé because they have to crank out so much volume that they dont have time for pleasantries, but hey, they deliver a superior product, so ultimately its well worth it.

I just love the variety of bagels though I only get one kind with veggie cream cheese. But the people that work there seem to know what theyre doing and dont mind waiting on you. I just like the system they have. Its just way too small for the traffic that they have the parking lot is terrible to try to find a place to park those two are the only things that I can see. But I dont see how they can change that at that location

This is the best place to go in Winston Salem for bagels. They have a wide variety of bagels and can put almost anything on it you would like. They are fast and friendly in the morning when i stop in to grab my breakfast to go and the food isalways delicious. If you have never been and line bagels tou need to go.
