Update: after posting this review and filing a complaint with BBB they blocked my ip address from their site. BUYERS BEWARE!!Ordered 2 packages of the Frostino Icing Sheets size 11x17. One of the packages that I received is unusable as there is a 4 length hole in the package. Being its a food product I explained to the company that I either need a refund or a replacement sent out to me as I am not going to use a package that I received basically open with a hole in it as that is unsanitary.Email I received back from company:It must have been torn open during the shipping process, all packages are inspected in the facility before their departure. It would be wise to insert these into a different bag to avoid drying during storage.Really? Um common sense you wouldnt use a product in the grocery store if the seal was broken or open as that is very unsanitary. HORRIBLE company and customer service as they expect you to use a food product that you received open doesnt matter if it was during shipment or not which I cant see how it happened during shipment with the way it was packaged but either way I shouldnt be told to use a food product that was received opened.FYI also operates under the name KakeWalk

This is my 3rd time ordering edible prints from this company! I just put in an order on Wednesday and it came to CA in 2 days with no expedited shipping! Came super quick and the prints are always high quality. Would definitely recommend Ink 4 Cakes and I can’t wait to order more :)

I have bought so far 3 custom edible images/toppers (8x11 in), and have loved them all. I have always purchased the expedite process and delivery and have not being disappointed.The quality is quite high: colors are quite true, flavor is good (kind of neutral), and the sheet is super easy to use.In prior years I used other vendors and their product just doesnt compare, others will break, wont easily detach from the plastic, wont have good resolution...Ink4cakes checks all the boxes.Do consider them for your needs, I know Ill always go to them for mine, Ill still by some more this year :D

Wonderfully quick turnaround and shipping! I ordered customized images to apply to cookies using an image I sent, and the order came almost a week earlier than anticipated! They sized my image and centered it perfectly within each pre-cut circle. And the logo is black--from experience of using edible image printers myself in the past at bakeries, I was worried that the color might lean more to greenish (as I have seen lots of times). But Ink 4 Cakes got a beautiful true black, so the logo looks just as it should!Highly recommend, and will use them again next time I have need!

I ordered drink toppers for an event I had this past Friday. Unfortunately they did not work properly, part of the topper would sink. I have ordered from them previously with much success I must say. But unfortunately I got a bad batch this go round. When I contacted customer service to discuss my issue, I spoke with a young lady named Pamela who never apologized, showed no empathy and was not convinced after I showed her 2 pictures. Finally after 3 conversations with her she transferred me to a gentleman named Van. He was very pleasant and issued the refund within 3 minutes of conversing with him. He did a great job but I am shocked it took a total of 4 conversation in order to get this done!!

Ive been a loyal customer for a few years now. Recently I ordered a new edible printer that did not work. They sent me out a new one which turned out to be broken also. I was definitely FRUSTRATED and ready to throw in the towel. I called customer service and Van the technical support assistant really came through. He tried to help me get the broken one up and running. After several failed attempts Van issued me out another printer without hesitation. The new printer came quickly and is working perfectly! I couldnt be more thankful for the assistance I received from Van!

Dont use this company. I needed expedited shipping to ensure the item I was ordering would get there in a few days (its 5 days to our event but over a weekend). The cost of which was several times the price of the item I was purchasing. I asked that they use my Fedex account number - a simple thing to do and would save me about 50% over their shipping charges - and they refused. Not because they couldnt do it, because they have a policy not to do that for small orders. Its the owners policy. Im just following the rules, I was told. Essentially they have a policy to charge you more money via shipping expenses. I asked to speak with the owner and was denied any information. I did not place this order. I do not do business with companies that have policies specifically to not do what is best for their customer and that purposefully cost customers more money for nothing. Plenty of groceries and bakeries use edible printers - call around locally, youre destined to find someone who can help you without having to deal with this impersonal lack of customer service.

I placed and order and needed expedited shipping and expedited processing on a Saturday morning. They shipped it out Monday morning then blamed me because they are closed on the weekends. That should be info there on the check out page as you are opting to pay extra money to process your order the same day. I called to cancel my order, they sent me an email that my order was canceled that same day. A week later I still had not received a credit so I contacted them again and was told I have to speak to my supervisor tomorrow and we will email about the credit. The next morning I got the same exact email that I got before saying my Oder was canceled but it mentions nothing about my refund. So I contact them again and they say we already sent the email. Then some one else gets on and gives me the refund info, and says this is the same info in the email. No there is no mention of my credit. Then when I said this was a bad experience they argued with me about hot it was my fault and no other company in the US ships on the weekends. (Not true) Everytime I had to contact them they were rude and had horrible customer service. A simple “I’m sorry we forgot to issue you your money back would have gone a long way”. Very rude I will be buying a new printer from a different company.

Last week I was ask to make something for a school bake sale with the image of the junior class logo. In the past I had ordered from another company that went out of business. I found Ink 4 Cakes through a google search. I ordered from another state on Friday and had my ordered by Monday. The school colors are black and gold and I was impressed that the colors were true to the image I sent. I have ordered from other companies in the past and received images with washed out colors. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the near future.

I ordered from this company, trying to make sure that the products that I ordered would arrive on time. Checked and doubled checked. Guess what ??? No they were late, which I understand can happen. When I contacted them they didn’t even apologize for the delay. They were very unprofessional, and I will inform all of my company, and family to never order from them again.

**UPDATE** Apparently now I am being subpoenad for posting reviews on their website and on various review websites. When I called them to talk to them they told me that I had posted under a fake name (i.e. internet handle) on their website and that is illegal (which it is not). When I asked them if it was legal for them to punish me for exercising my right to free speech the supervisor told me, Well this is our site, our company, and we can do what we want with our customers.Absolutely DO NOT do business with this company. MULTIPLE ISSUES BELOW AND THE END RESULTS IS THEM BANNING MY WIFE FOR WRITING A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THEIR COMPANY.Lets start with hardware issues. So this company uses third party printers (in this case a Canon) and then a third party software suite (SureThing Officer Labeler). However if you go to their website, the still offer a software program literally called, Ink 4 Cakes. Its not until you dig down into the reviews that someone from the company says they decided to go with SureThing bc they felt it was a better fit for their product... Then why are you still offering the other software? Next, I called in because my wife and I could not get the 2 circles to print properly. The printer, the software, and their baking sheets basically all use three separate sets of dimensions. So we wasted several (expensive) baking sheets trying to align the printer. I called customer service and they told me that I needed to play with the margin and print settings in the SureThing software. Now, when he says play he means, Where it says .35in, adjust that to .30in and then try printing a new sheet. Many many wasted sheets later the printer was getting closer but would still not consistently printer properly (the logo was in many cases printing outside of the pre-cut circles.)THEN I WAS TOLD THAT, ONCE I GOT THE DIMENSIONS CORRECT I WOULD NEED TO REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR EVER NEW PACKET OF PRINTER SHEETS BC THEIR EQUIPMENT IS NOT PRECISE ENOUGH TO CUT THE SHEETS EXACTLY THE SAME. Then the customer service rep hurried off the phone with me without the issues actually being resolved. He LITERALLY said, Okay, it sounds like youre getting closer so just keep playing with the numbers and youll be fine.Ultimately, my wife (and I), who had a 200 cupcake order to fill ended up having to go out and sheets from a craft store, print 15 logos per page and cut them out by hand because of HOW GARBAGE their setup is.Now for the best part, my wife called them to discuss the issues, and she was told they couldnt help her. So, she writes a negative review and SO THE OWNER BLOCKED MY WIFE FROM HER REWARDS POINTS AND BLOCKED HER FROM RECEIVING FREE SHIPPING.What kind of childish, pathetic excuse for a business owner BLOCKS their customer base because they did not like the words that were said about them on the internet.I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING the hell out of this company and instead go somewhere else. They are absolutely terrible and should be ashamed of the sham product that they are putting out. We literally went through four packages of baking sheets JUST TRYING TO ALIGN THE PRINTER before finally giving up and doing things the manual way.

They helped me figure out which ink my wife needed for her printer and created an account for me. Everything arrived in only 2 days and my wife was ecstatic. AWESOME!I had some edible UNO cards images printed. It was printed just like I wanted it! The image was bright in color, the “cards” was a little smaller than the original Uno cards (just the way I wanted them), and they was very clear (not blurry at all). I love your custom edible images! This order was my third or forth order from them. Each time that I’ve used your services, the images have came back exactly like I’ve uploaded them. I can remember one time I uploaded a blurry image and this company emailed me back, to let me know that the image I uploaded was a little blurry and asked if I wanted to upload a clearer image or to continue with the one I’ve already uploaded. We sent an order out more than a week ago. It was not until the day before we were expecting the order that we had to call THEM, only to find out that their computer system/website crashed. We spoke to multiple people (even the owner) and were told that they lost all contact information as well and were not able to reach us. The owner asked us to send an email with our information, order number, etc and they will overnight our order to us at their expense. We received a phone call from them saying they never received an email. So, I sent another one. We get another phone call saying that they finally received it but we will have to pay $15 for shipping because its going to cost them $58 to overnight it. We got it down to $6 but it wouldnt arrive until 8pm the next day. We refused to pay this as this was not our fault. They had a terrible attitude and even threatened to cancel our order if we didnt pay the $6. We are extremely disappointed at their customer service and their attitude towards their paying customers. Wouldnt NOT recommended. We wouldnt have written a bad review if we werent treated so poorly. And because of this review, they cancelled our order. So petty.

I couldnt be more pleased with the service. When I ordered my edible paper cake topper, I had no idea where Ink4Cakes was located. I ordered it the same week that Hurricane FLorence was to hit N. Carolina. But the people called to see about expediting the order and, when I wasnt home, they went ahead and sent it out and I got it before the hurricane hit. I was so shocked and surprised and pleased and my granddaughter couldnt have been happier or more surprised to see her own psychedelic selfie on her birthday cake. It made the day!

**SCAM**Horrible company! My daughter bought me a printer for Christmas. Starting in January I could not get the printer to accept the ink cartridges. I called their customer service and we continue to try to do several different things. By this time it is late February. She sends me regular ink cartridges to try to see if that will work. That worked so if she agreed to send me new edible ink cartridges. By this time its the end of March, I call her and she had forgotten to send the cartridges. She sent him out again. Beginning of April before I receive them. I call her as to install them per her instructions, and the Machine still would not accept the ink cartridges. Upon speaking to her supervisor, he asked me to send the printer back at my cost. I insisted that the company paid for it he finally did agree. I send the printer back. Two weeks later and I get an old used printer with somebody elses pictures still in the scan part of the printer. I sent back a brand new printer never used and they send me a used scratched up one with picture still in it. Insisting that its a brand new printer and I should be happy because my printer was out of warranty. It was only out of warranty because of their team took too long

I received a product with streaks. I was told it was from my image but they were clearly printing drag marks as I work in the printing industry. I tried to put a review on the product I purchased but it was kicked back . Pretty funny how they only have 5 star reviews because their site will kick back any review that is not 5 star. I will spend my money else where. The customer service was the most horrible I have encountered in a long time .

Please stay away from this business!!!This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with in my 53 years of cake decorating!I purchased 96 edible icing sheets (supreme icing sheets).Nowhere in the information that they provided did they say these icing sheets did not work in all printers.(Actually If it did it shouldve said most printers)Needless to say they did not work in any of my three different printers.They cost me hundred and $125.00.24 the sheets got jammed crumpled and stuck in my three printers.They refused to reimburse me for the 96 sheets.They said they would only reimburse me for the unopened unused portion which was 72 sheets.I paid around $20 to have them shipped back to them.They lied and only reimburse me for 48 sheets .This transaction cost me almost $75 for nothing but a really big headache, a bunch of lies, Excuses and attitude.This jerk had the nerve to tell me I shouldve bought a sample pack instead of 96 icing sheets.If I knew that There icing sheets didnt work In most printers I wouldve gotten a sample pack.I still cant believe I paid to have 72 sheets sent back still unopened and they had the balls to only reimburse me for two thirds of them 48 sheets.These guys are very unprofessional liars Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
