GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend Signarama in the Winston-Salem area. They knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered it with dedication and professionalism. I am extremely pleased with their work and super impressed with their incredible customer service. I will use them over any other sign company in that area. After speaking with Nader, I had no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision to go with their company. Im extremely glad I did and called them back for another job I have in the area already. Im located out of state and need to be sure I hire reputable companies. You can trust Nader and his team will do a great job!

The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable about all types of signage. Also, excited to learn that they can also provide branded (logo) promotional items that fit all budgets (big or small). Think Travel cups, t-shirts, banners, even labels for water bottles that work for company giveaways, marketing “gifts”, labels and basically all items that are useful for work, school, fundraising activities. They went above and beyond to offer guidance on sign design AND took the time to answer all of my questions. Not only that- the owner made sure to work within my budget and worked tirelessly to meet my timelines. Definitely will call them again and use their services!

Top notch service and the staff really knows their stuff. The designer in particular was really able to really pin down all the elements I wanted in my new storefront signage. Nader, the owner, from quote to the guys showing up to install answered all my questions and was very transparent about the whole thing. None of that fast and loose mess you get from a lot of sign guys.Im doing some rebranding here in the fall. These guys are definitely getting a call.

After paying for our signs in full I was promised that I would get them by Wednesday but Wednesday came and gone and no one called to inform me there was a delay. I called to check on the item I was told there was a delay and that I couldn’t get my money back and that my signs would not be ready when promised. While on the phone I was yelled at and talked over the owner didn’t even respect me or my business. Once I got the signs days after promised the signs were done wrong and they didn’t have the number of signs I paid for. Because of this I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SIGNARAMA AGAIN.

Very poor customer service, signs came out wrong owner still had nerve to blame others for mistake. The owner needs to get more involved with his business and get all his managers trained.
