Good selection. Wont find everything, but they seem to do a good job carrying lots of local stuff. I wouldnt suggest buying any of the today special meats though. Ive tried a few times and its always already spoiled. Guess thats why it was on sale...

I love Lowes. They have exactly what everyone else doesnt have. Its the best. A little expensive. But worth every penny.

Selection of products are wide and the pricing & deals are fair for what they offer. But what leaves me with a bad taste almost every single time, at this location specifically, is the customer service. At the self checkout, when I was doing something incorrectly, I’ve had on multiple occasions where they would yell from the opposite side telling me what to do rather than taking the initiative to fix the issue. Which then was followed up by the group of associates socializing, as if we interrupted them? LolEven just today, I was just trying to make small conversation with the check out associate which we started conversing, and then he literally ignored me. (Granted, he had a LA Lakers mask on and I said sorry about your team 😂) And then after he scanned everything, there was four associates chatting when obviously there is someone who needed help with having items bagged. I ended bagging half of it as well as the checkout associate.Sorry for the rant but something has to be said. This is on multiple occasions. Lowe’s is my number one choice but the more I come here the less I want to....

Lowes Foods has everything for all cooking needs, great fresh meats, great hot deli, great sandwiches and salads, bakery is the best for desert needs, and everyone is so friendly.

Employees are useless and rude. Fiance had to bag his own groceries. When he was ready to pay he looked over at a group of 4 employees just standing there talking to each other by the door amd asked if one of them could bag his stuff for him. And they just turned around. Other customers noticed this and agreed the employees are useless. I didnt know lowes foods paid people to stand there and talk to each other. We will buy our groceries elsewhere from now on.

I stopped in to get some lunch let me tell you the food was wonderful and service was number one keep up the good work.

Excellent selection of local craft beer!

Overpriced compared to the competitor across the street. My biggest issue is their fuel points system which is half that of their competitor, and next to impossible to set up. I guess the extra cost goes to paying for their horrid store decorations and themes, and the dumb effects their credit card machine makes after checking out. Go home Lowes foods youre drunk.

They were Very profesional and had a variety of good vegetablles and meats. I would srtongly recommend it for everyone.

This Lowes Foods is down the street from my house and I visit this location frequently. I think my favorite part is the produce section, I love being able to cut my herbs fresh from the selection they have. When it comes to freshness you cant beat them in the deli and bakery. OMG the CAKES ugh SO GOOD! This is the best place to get cake from and yes I say this when they sit beside a Dewys. I would say one draw back is the prices are a bit above average.

They have a wonderful bakery! I bought my husband cake the other day there, it was a little one, so pretty, and fresh, he loved it!Please, try them out.

Its indescribable. However, Ill give you a fevered impression of the burning man experience I get when I shop at Lowes Foods. They have everything I need. Its easy to findIts not too much. Its a good brand. The cashiers are friendly. Service is quick, but not rushed. Conversation wit staff is easy. The carts and the store are in great condition.

Wonderful Winston Salem NC based grocery store. They have the best selection of local foods, produce, amazing fried 🍗 chicken and fixins and deli items. They also have pick and prep 🥕 veggies, cut and prepared to your liking. Love the 🥩 meats, sausages, and take and go smoked meat items. Great 🍻 beer selection and even growlers. Drink while you shop. Friendly staff, you can order online for pickup, and they also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

As far as Lowes food goes this is not their best store but they do an okay job selection is somewhat limited in comparison to other Lowes foods close by. However with all those foods the staff is always friendly and youre able to get in and out.

I should have given it 2 stars. Today is the 1st time Ive seen that the Reynolda store is going downhill. Not as clean and neat as Lowes is known for. Lowes is far more expensive than other stores. But Ive reconciled shopping there because the customer service is a cut above the rest. Im getting better customer service across the street at Harris Teeter and paying less.

This is not our home store, but Ive never been disappointed with Lowes Foods. Their staff is always courteous and helpful, if I cant find an item, someone almost always approaches me first to offer assistance or even order it for me if they dont have it, the deli and bakery are great and the Sausage Works items are on our weekly menu. (The Firecracker is amazing.)And I like that they sell and feature local foods and produce all the time.

Coinstar is very handy during covid season. Lots of variety in organics and condiments and pasta.

In my opinion, you cant go wrong with the new Lowes Foods concept. I love the meat and produce sections now. This store has a exceptional salad bar, I often come here just for that. I was told once that if something on the salad bar looks too old, you can tell management and they will immediately replace it. I have never had a chance to test this because it is always immaculately maintained.

The cashier that assisted in the bethabara register really sucks and tried to be tricky to me as a customer.Didnt say hi or nothing and cant help but notice that she isnt even capable of redeeming coupons like its supposed to, by trying to do it her way manually. When those coupons actually working just fine on her register.Aside from keeping the coupons that followed automatically after my receipt came out in the register she was supposed to give it to me with purchased of sponsored product I just bought for reward next visit. I keep in mind with this like of people doing the ways shes done.

It didn’t seem like anyone was taken any precautions. Thankfully one of the employees that was at self check out kept her distance. But when I’ve been in there before it wasn’t that way. They ran the floor buffer right at the checkout spreading germs all over the place. And I have yet to see anyone cleaning they check out machines that I touch.It would be nice to see employees wearing mask, in case they have the virus.

Not as nicely staffed or stocked as the Lewisville location that we used for 5-6 years. But it is close to the house. I think it really comes down to the staff. Most of the staff throughout the store are really nice. Some serious let downs with the cashiers at times. Probably because there is quite a bit of turnover up front.

Never fails to have what I come to buy that a lot of other stores dont carry. For example, whole grain PREMIUM saltine crackers topped with sea salt! Delicious!

My client needed some items and it was decided that we would shop at Lowes Foods, which was conveniently located near her home. Our cashier was very friendly, and she had excellent customer service. The isles were clear of boxes, and the floors were clean. We will certainly shop again at Lowes Foods.

This place is super clean and everyone is so nice. I like the fried chicken that they make at the food court.

Beer den absolutely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Anne has been consistent each time I have randomly popped in for a beer ( light weight). Normally a lover of stout or porter, she took the time to educate me on Belgium Trippel. Loved it! I live near Kernersville but I prefer the consistency of the friendly customer service here when I want to treat myself to a beer. Anne is wonderful.

Had excellent service from the stock boy and cashier. Had issues with digital coupons however. The sale item was not available to be clipped as advertised.

Everything is easy to find and reasonably priced. Always fun yo shop there.

The customer service here is awful. I came to buy some tomatoes and got racially profiled instead for speaking my native language by one of the associates instead. He told me to “Speak English” I politely spoke to the manager and she didn’t do anything about it. She just told me that I would speak to him, and did nothing. I will never come back to this Lowe’s in my life.

Poor experience at Customer Service. Clerk had no knowledge of problem solving. Called someone 3 times to get direction. Taking my valuable time and all I wanted to do was exchange rotten food.

Fresh departments are nice. Beer Den is great, they even have root beer on tap for kids.

This is the second time that Ive tried to order a fruit basket and got less than what is considered good customer service. Both times I was left unattended and then wants someone showed up they act like I was supposed to be doing their job. From now on Ill give my money to Food Lion; the quality of food is different but customer service goes a long way.

This Lowe’s has been going down hill fast lately. The cleanliness has not been what it used to be and on my last visit and again today I found multiple expired items on the shelves. Last time I brought four past date boxes of cereal to one of the managers, two of which were torn open from being crammed onto the shelf. When I went back today, the two unopened ones were back on the shelf. Yes, I realize that ‘best by’ isn’t the same as expired, but I don’t want to spend my money on something that is subpar. I also found nine bottles of seasonal iced pumpkin spice coffee on close out sale, all actually expired by three days, and two bottles of drinkable almond milk yogurt that were expired and marked down with the red sticker, so they knew the date on them. Disgraceful. I won’t be shopping here again. Harris Teeter across the street is cleaner, and when something is brought to their attention, it is corrected.

Overpriced, generic food items. Meat selection is the cheapest quality. Store layout looks more like a circus or disney display. If you like looks and dont mind wasting your money, this would be a good quiet place to shop and stop off at their mini bar for a beer.

Ive always enjoyed this location, more now that I see they have sxpressed the symbolic gesture of centering a locally-salvaged table in the deli.

SO RUDE!! I dont know if its because Im fat, or have a Working Class stench, but every single checkout employee that I have come into contact with, have been EXTREMELY rude. Either they dont speak, or on the very rare occasion that they DO, it is with contempt and condemnation. I have yet to have one of them make eye contact with me and it is hurtful and infuriating, quite frankly. Yes, I realize it is a choice I make, spending my money there. But one would think that when you service the public, you would have a modicum of respect and desire to interact WITH THE PUBLIC.
