Brian and Heather were VERY helpful, understanding and patient with me, helping me to navigate from poor, unreliable cellphone service to count-on-able connectivity, saving me $20 a month in the process. Moreover, we now have a local, knowledgeable team with the authority to advocate for us with our provider, should the need arise. A great deal all around!

I have had page plus for almost a year... I like the people and the service... I had trouble with my first phone that I bought from him and he made it right... It took a few times but he was kind and professional until the problem was fixed... I am on my second phone due to me leaving the first out in the rain... the switch over to my second was fast and painless... The service I have is good for in town... Roaming charges apply pretty fast out of town.... If one travels a lot go to a different plan...

Great deals on affordable used or new phones, very helpful, knowledgeable staff and several wireless carriers to choose and they can get you all set up with a new number-or transfer your existing number, data, photos, and accounts from your old phone right to your new one. They back up their used phones with pretty good warranties and are willing to walk you through any issues you might be unsure of. You can set up auto-pay directly through them for whichever carrier you get your service with. They will do trade-ins and credit the balance of your new phone. They can repair damaged phones as well. I have made several purchases with them through the years and have been happy with each one, and they process my auto pay for several years now and I never had any problems. Even if you buy a phone elsewhere, they will get you all set up with sim cards and service quickly and affordably. No appointments needed. I highly recommend them if youre like me and refuse to pay ridiculously high prices for phones or service!

Long Wireless Communications provided me with excellent service in a difficult situation. Brian provided a loaner phone with the new service and convinced Total Wireless to allow him to put my phone number into the loaner. This became necessary when Total Wireless would not allow him to replace the faulty TW SIM in my new phone with a TW SIM he had new in stock! When the replacement SIM arrived Brian made a next day appointment with me and got my new phone and service working right away. He really cared about meeting my phone needs and doing so quickly and at a good price.

I had a cellular data problem and I called Apple and Pageplus before I called Bryan and I was on the phone with Apple and Pageplus for almost 45 minutes in total, the Pageplus guy was really rude too, I couldnt understand a thing he said. I called Bryan and wasnt on the phone 5 mins, he helped me that quick! I rather talk to Bryan than anybody!
