I had my iphone serviced, not only were they prompt and friendly. They also did it for lets just say a very reasonable amount. You wont go wron using these guys to fix your phone. They fixed my phones charging port in lightning speed!!

Dropped in with an Iphone that wasnt charging well. A few minutes later, they were able to pull some debris out of the port and clean it and then its working great. Rep was super friendly and didnt charge me for the work he did, which I wasnt ready for. So overall a great experience.

Set up an appointment for a Saturday repair, was told an amount and expected time frame. Called 2 days prior to appointment to confirm everything was good and was told the screen was in stock and would take 2 hours. Arriving at my appointment time Saturday, was told it would take 4 hours and they didnt have the screen. Wont be returning. Your mileage may vary but this was a very unprofessional way of handling a customer.

I got my Pixel 4 XL RMAd back from Google because of a front facing cam issue, of course the issue still persisted so I decided to try uBreakiFix. Did a great job resolving the issue and fixing and repairing issues that Google themselves messed up. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again for future repairs!P.S. both techs William F. and Im sorry cant remember the other techs name but both were very professional and very helpful!

They called me within the same day to tell me what was wrong with the playstation4. It was not worth to get it fix. The USB port and the hard drive= $249 to get it fix.

Why does this store exist?The only positive was the employee was nice. That’s the only nice thing I have to say. In case people don’t know “ubreakifix is SUPPOSED to be a VERIFIED Samsung provider. In the same way apple obviously specializes in it’s own products.So I come into the store to do something extremely simple. Get a new screen protector for my SAMSUNG PHONE. I was informed they don’t do that at this location….. how can a tech store dedicated to Samsung not offer something so ridiculously simple? I drove all the way to Greensboro and they put on a new one at their store for 20 bucks.I was so excited to see that Winston finally got a store that didn’t require an hour drive but sadly it’s useless if basic services aren’t included. Will definitely be contacting management to ask what the heck they are thinking

Long wait, raised prices on beef, out of green tomatoes, mixed drinks weak, waitress was great, food was, decent...buy but not $60 decent.

My replacement screen was put on crooked, pressing on the left and right of the screen, it would give a little and you could hear the adhesive sticking and unsticking, and the metal side of my iPhone was deformed from whatever prying tool they used. After picking out the extra adhesive squishing through the frame and screen and gently massaging it into place to stay, I figured I was being too critical and hey, the price was right so, whatever. Well, the screen cracked by itself right next to this spot less than two days after the repair. I called in and was treated like a liar trying to get a handout. Told me I could pay for another screen replacement.

I dropped my phone one too many times and the screen was no longer working. I own my own business and cant go days without my phone. I didnt get her name, but the employee that helped me was not just nice and knowledgeable but honest. Honesty seems like such a fleeting trait these days. Her prices were the best but she was going to have to order the part. After stating my urgency to get it fixed same day she called a local competitor and asked all the necessary questions to make sure I was taken care of. Thats right, she literally sent business to her competitor because she didnt have the part in stock. I went to the competitor and the part they used was defective and Im still without my phone. I really wish I just waited the two days for her to get the part she needed, but was blown away by her honesty and willingness to help me that she earned a customer for life. The competitor not only didnt fix my phone same day like they stated, but there was somehow miscommunication to fix the back glass as well (even though it was clearly discussed). Mobile Phone Mechanix will be fixing my phone correctly on Wednesday.

Great place and great people!! Was having trouble with my tablet holding a charge and thought I needed a new battery. Took it in and paid for a new one to be ordered. Got a phone call that afternoon from Mandy stating she had plugged it in and charged it for only a few minutes and was able to get the tablet to come on (I couldnt get it to power on). Called me a few days later and she had fully charged the tablet and played YouTube videos and the battery was fine. Suggested getting a new charging cable and gave me a full refund. Did not charge me anything for her time or trouble. This is the best customer service I have ever received and I will do all my repair business with them from now on!!

The employee at the time, she was awesome had took about 30 min or less had me in and out. Professional Service with the best price. My iPhone battery started to die and rather than panicking and buying the next upgrade, I looked into replacing the battery. Going to Apple in Greensboro was going to cost me almost $100, and the other local repair places were nearly as expensive. Mobile Phone Mechanix replaced my battery in a half an hour for basically half the price, and now my phone is good as new. Im so grateful for this local company and I will be returning next time I need them.

Bar none the best place in town to have a phone repaired. My first visit I was expecting an $80-$100 repair because the charging port would not work. They were nice enough to clean the lint out of it for me for no charge. We had already made arrangements to leave the phone for a few days and they could have easily charged me full price but they were honest and nice. I have had multiple devices repaired with them since this visit and will gladly tell others about these folk. Trustworthy, quick and cheaper than other estimates from local repair facilities. I originally sent 2 requests to 2 different repair stores to find out what the cost would be to repair the charging port of my LG phone. Mike at Mobile Phone Mechanix responded within a few hours with the price and the time frame it would take for the repair. We even exchanged a few more emails about the details. I have to say they are great people who care about their customer. The other ( you can easily figure out who they are) sent me an auto response that they received my query 3 days later but even now 7 days later never responded directly to me on the request. Wow, while I was not happy to be without my phone for a week, I understood that the phone needed to be sent out for this particular repair. The phone was returned to me in perfect working order, undamaged and at the price that was quoted. I highly recommend them.

I had an awesome experience with Mobile Phone Mechanix today. My phone had not been wanting to charge for a while and, then, finally it stopped charging at all. I hesitated taking it to a repair place fearing the cost of what it would take to have it fixed. I finally decided to take it here after reading all of the positives reviews online and Im glad I decided to do so! The lady who works here was super friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Im not saying every phone problem will be this easy but this experience was as great as one could hope for!

Mobile Mechanix is a highly trustworthy business with wonderful customer service. My wife and I had broken iPads within one week of each other (ouch!). Upon calling Mandy, she gave me a reasonable price, and they fixed our devices quickly. About 2 months later, part of my new screen failed due to a defect (a rare thing) and Mobile Mechanix stood by their warranty... They got me going the same day for free! I couldnt recommend a business any higher than Mobile Mechanix.

Mandy and Mike were really friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I went in to the shop with a screen shattered into 4 dozen little pieces and walked out with a screen looking as good as the day I bought it, and so quick! Really recommend. The ONLY downside to this business is its difficult to turn left out of the parking lot! Ill return here with all my broken devices, maybe even some old ones.

About two months ago, I brought in my iPhone 5c for screen repair, and though the boy was very nice, Ive had issues with the screen ever since, and today it is actually popping out of the shell. It was incorrectly installed and this is an issue. I did not pay $95 for a faulty product.

Awesome, knowledgeable staff was able to fix my phone that I clumsily dropped into a toilet. After going to AT&T to see my options and learning a new one would cost me $400-500, I was at a loss.So glad I went to these guys (located in the old George K Walker building on Stratford Road) who not only fixed my phone but it only took her an hour and a half (if that) to fix it.
