I always enjoy coming here shopping for my shoes. New balance is the only shoes I wear, so this is a must stop in shop for me. The staff are always friendly and courteous, professional and caring and always patient. Its really enjoyable you come and shop with no pressure. They are always correct with their info and insert their knowledge. Its hard not to buy shoes weekly or when a new shoe or color of a shoe comes out. I definitely recommend coming here to get your shoes. You will not be disappointed at all!! Kudos staff and management..

They were busy when we first got there, but worth the wait. Dee helped us find exactly what we needed. She is knowledgeable, personable & amazing. We had some interaction w/Travis as well, he was great too. We saw that competency and teamwork with the whole staff. Won us over, well be back!

I wasnt expecting the service I got when I went in this store. They staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They worked with me and made sure I was satisfied with the way the shoes fit me. Its done by computer to check what size foot you have and one to show how you walk, where the pressure is placed on your foot while you are walking.

Great store. Very knowledgeable staff. I never had my feet scanned before. Tells you size and width more accurately.

Bad customer service. I had to wait my turn which was fine EXCEPT when they called Linda she had left to shop in other stores. So they took the next person in line. Just as they called my name Linda came back in and they let her go in front of me. I should have left then but didnt. The male employee I got seemed not to care like the other employees. They watched their customers walk & all sorts of others things. The employee helping me seemed only concerned to sell the insoles. I heard one lady say she forgot her coupon but the employee told her no problem she would give her the 20 percent off anyway. And I heard EVERY sales clerk who rang up a sale offer the customer the same discount. But when I asked Craig (my sales person)could he give it to me he would not. He even looked on computer and saw I had purchased baseball cleats for a grandson a few weeks ago. My discount would have been over $50!!!! I WONT BE GOING BACK. And my son was going in next Saturday for shoes is going somewhere else after he heard how I was treated.

Awesome experience getting new shoes with/for wife. The assistant, Chanaye, was extremely helpful in determining the best shoe/insole option for her using their equipment and experience. Wife is very happy. Happy wife, happy life.

Bad customer service. Went to return an item for my wife. I did not have the original credit card so they would not refund, even though I had the receipt. I had another card linked to the account, but they said they could not do it. They had fraud one time so they have a store policy. Seems like they should review this policy again as it will cost me about 30 mins to return back. That will be my last time at this store.

Travis was a great help! He took all the time needed to help me find the right fit. He was patient, asked questions and made personalized recommendations. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back to this location when it is time for new shoes.

I want to put a HUGE shout out for my man Travis at the store! He is absolutely fantastic and made shoe shopping for my lovely 4E feet an absolute breeze. He is very knowledgeable and is super patient. He juggled myself and my 3 year old son very well. I am so pleased and thankful for him working with me.

I have tough feet. Narrow and long with very high arches. After returning a couple of pairs purchased from a big box store, I decided to get an expert involved. Kurt from New Balance was super helpful. He took the time to assess my feet and my gait, and he encouraged me to take the time to really walk around in the shoes I tried on. He was patient even though I did not have an appointment (I recommend you make one; the store filled up right after I arrived). He even taught me a lace-tying technique to help reduce slip on my ankle. This store guarantees their shoes, so there is no risk. Worth the extra cost. You only get one set of feet. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly kind and helpful.I would absolutely recommend everyone to shop at this store.They were very sanitary and throughly disinfected equipment before use.There was no pressure to buy anything unnecessarily .but the salesman suggested products to fit my needs which I appreciated.

They really know their stock which makes shopping so much easier. Its a great place to go if you have big feet. I recommend getting the shoe inserts for whatever kind of shoes do you purchase, theyre well worth it.

I have worn New Balance for years and bought from Shoe Carnival. Came to this store just to look and they told me that the shoes they sold were better quality and newer brands. I paid $125. for shoes & $45. for an insert. Shoes and insert lasted only 9 months, I have always gotten at least 1 year from all my New Balance and sometimes 1&1/2 years. Went back and told them, and young girl that waited on me could have cared less !! No one did !! I bought another pair, came home, and e-mailed New Balance Corp to let them know, didnt care about their customer enough to even answer! I went to store and told man what happened, and he replied, sorry you had a problem, I returned new shoes! I wouldnt waste my time to go in that store and if you wear New Balance go to shoe carnival or shoe show, they carry just as nice of shoes and priced far more reasonable. Oh yea and much more friendly!! We all have opinions, this is mine !! Some reviews are good, but what will happen when there is a problem ??

I wear only New Balance shoes for all of my exercising. This store has terrific people who take the time to find what you need. The running shoes I buy are top quality, at what I consider a fair price. As long as the folks here stay true to their mission and continue to provide high quality products, I will be a loyal customer for life.

Love ordering shoes online, but never know what size to get my growing boy. Took him in today to get sized and the guys working there were so knowledgeable and helpful we left with two pairs of shoes and one pair of cleats. Very good experience. Will go back when we need to size up.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I bought new shoes a couple of weeks ago (NB 870) and they are great. However, in the mornings I would have foot pain. They explained to me that it wasnt actually my foot but my calf muscle causing the pain and what to do.

I showed the guy a pic of what I was looking for and he went right to it. I tried the shoes on and walked around in them for about 5 minutes and left with them!! Now when I wear them to work I dont come home sore or wake up feeling beat up thank you so much!!

I went to the store on Saturday after Black Friday it was busy. So I browsed around and shortly Alicia came over and asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and why.it had to be a certain shoe for my knees which have arthritis and tendinitis. we looked at the styles and then she measured my foot not just one but both and doubled checked the width.. She went in the back and found exactly the shoe I wanted in the right size. she also showed me the additional innersoles for different problems with your feet i didnt need those so no problem. no heavy sell tactics. The sales staff was wonderful especially Alicia and Adam whom i bugged with questions over the phone while researching my shoes.. I am very happy with my 928 and wore them all weekend and to work on Monday and for the first time in months I was able to walk with no pain all day. YAHOO FOR NEW BALANCE. thank you again.

Average shoes, average price, mediocre service. There isnt much diversity among their shoes and their sandals are just plain ugly. The store uses older technology. I forgot my wallet but always have my phone. If I cant pay with NFC at least let me type my credit card number in. Id recommend shopping elsewhere.

Awful! Awful! experience in this store. I came in for a pair of shoes for my daughter and the guys in there took forever to even acknowledge that we were in there. Finally they said something and kept walking to the back, we waited for awhile before we were even assisted. I just think they run the store the way they want to. I know I wont shop here again. I like new balances but i wouldnt shop here again.
