Great customer service! Sam the manager was very helpful and very mindful of what I was looking for. Very friendly staff, store smelled very good and was very clean! Would totally recommend anyone looking for rent to own payments.

Any furniture that I need I always go to Rent-A-Center and they always deliver my furniture in a timely manne. Staff is always super friendly in store and when I call in payments.

Don’t even waste your time. They want landlords and all kinds of stuff. Woman was rude and refuses to rent to us just because my landlord don’t want them calling him. It’s fine I’ll never rent another thing from them again.

I called to ask about renting a washer/dryer and was provided all the information I needed. Went in the store, filled out the proper paperwork and was out of there with washer/dryer quickly. Everyone was super nice and it was much appreciated!

Staff is rude, constantly given conflicting information depending on the employee and the day. Extremely overpriced and horrible quality of products. They wouldnt allow us to change the item out for another, despite the website advertising that you dont lose anything you have paid towards something if you switch it out or have to temporarily return it. The couch we had was so uncomfortable and had multiple problems from day one. After thousands of dollars wasted in payments we lost every cent. Karina is the one shining star at this store. She made my day by showing genuine kindness every single time we spoke, and went above and beyond. Horrible experience overall.

They only have one girl thats really polite the rest of the workers are so rude that I would not recommend anybody to go back to that store again

Do not use them they will prolong your pick up date so they can attempt to charge you extra... do not do it.. use any other company but them.You make a appointment a week in advance and don’t show up and not call to let you know and when you call them they say they have nothing for a extra week but you have to pay.. not gonna happen... will never use them or recommend them...

My family has done business with them for years and have always had issues. For one the manager is rude and will talk over you. Two the phone calls and sending people to your house on an almost daily basis. We are almost done paying off our items and yet the harrassment for what? For starters we didnt even start with them we started with another company and was onu approved for $1500 then somehow got switched to this company and suddenly we have to pay almost double. And now sending people to my house almost an hour after closing the store. Thats unprofessional. The sooner im done with them the better.

I have used rent-a-Center in several areas as I move around for work. This store had the worst service I have ever had. I rented a drier. First thing the delivery man hooks it up wrong and burns the floor behind the drier. Then the drier starts to take two or three full cycles to dry a small load of laundry. The store picks up the dryer and gives a loaner. After a month the loaner starts to have issues. The manager says my original dryer is fixed and sets up a delivery date...... the delivery never happens no show no call. This happens agian. As I work and can not be at the house I had to make sure someone was home both times they did not show. After calling the manager and being told I would get a call back and not getting the call in two weeks I refuse to pay. The store finally after over two months finally returns my original dryer but wants immediate payment. What a joke. The service at this store and the attitudes of the people are the worst I have seen. I am taking my money elsewhere and I advise everyone to do the same.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!😡😡😡 If I could give no stars, I would. I pay my payments on time, never late, yet they call on the due date before you can even get your mind together and continue to harass multiply times throughout the day. Vary rude for no reason at all. As unhelpful as possible. Also gives you used things that are/will messed up with bugs in it. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION PLEASE! Will be calling corporate with my complaints.

This is not a good store to rent from. They forced me to use their auto pay system and they continue to over charge my credit card. When its brought to their attention they really debate back and forth with you about the charges only to be wrong when going through the account. After my merchandise is paid off I will NEVER rent from them again. Crystal doesnt need to in charge of processing payments. This is by far the worst experience Ive had with any company

This manager is the biggest POS I have ever met at RAC. He lies, he threatened me to come up in here and say that to my face when I confronted him about why his employee (who took quarters from my son for payment when I wasnt home) did not pick up the appliance as I instructed. Two of his employees have complained about him to us. He is a tool and needs to be fired.

They are the most unprofessional Rent A Center I have ever been to. They overcharge, debate back and forth, harass you with phone calls and try to hide corporates number. They also make new policies and threaten you with lawsuits if theyre policies are not followed. They deserve no stars and needs better management.

Make sure you know everything that is needed very bad Communication

I wouldn’t recommend this store to ANYBODY service is terrible, they sold me a table already use and the legs where loose i told the MANAGER to replace it and he keep making up excuses I finish paying it off and he said he had place an order for a new one is been 3 months and nothing every time I call apparently he’s “NOT THERE” !!!!
