Been getting my meds here for years, in the past year the service is horrible and try calling to speak to someone the phone hangs up on you.Will be looking for another Drug store, I just spend over $6,000.00 a year in meds a lone not counting other I money I spend on other things.Dont take care of old customers!

Its very centralized, convenient, and like other CVSs. The staff went out of their way to help me.

I have had wonderful service with most of the employees but 2 were very rude. I have a problem just about every month re using the Care Pass

Heather is the BEST employee! We came in to look for fans, after driving up from Florida and getting to the Embassy Suites and being told their A/C has been out for a while and won’t be fixed for a week! It was hot but there are no other rooms to accommodate 6 of us available in nearby hotels. She offered for us to borrow their box fan for the night since they didn’t have any for sale! A+ service, unlike Hilton!!

Heather and the staff were incredibly sweet! A friend and I went in looking for safety pins due to a clothing malfunction. They didnt have any but they let us use a sewing kit they had so I could fix it! Extremely helpful staff!!

Why would you close at 8pm? It makes no sense, my girlfriend did not realize that she was out of her depression med’s and I just got off work. I drove all the way there from the opposite side of town because it says online that they were open til 9, so now I’m screwed. Thanks CVS

PAZ!CVS PHARMACY is a great chain, however this particular location was dischelved and in need of additional sales associates during my visit. The reapresentative, JAQUAN(CSHR#1691032) [although wearing a name tag that said Jay] completed my transation with a horrible demeanor and attitude! His nonchalant customer-service, rude chewing gum popping and general appearance, caused me to reduce the total amount of my purchase significantly. Were it not for Heather, the manager on duty I would not have purchased anything at all! INSTALL SELF SERVICE PAY MACHINERY AT THIS LOCATION!

Pharmacy staff puts up with alot i am sure. But they really need to work on patience & customer service. Theyre are friendly for the most part.

We were told there was no bathroom. Really CVS? Items left at the counter, no purchase.
