I am absolutely delighted with my new windows by Window World! We had a large project (nearly 30 windows plus 2 doors), and we’re very grateful that the scheduler accommodated our request for a 1 day installation. The installation team was top notch - very professional - and the products themselves are of excellent quality. This was a big investment for us, but we feel that the value we received was well worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Window World and would definitely use their services again, should the need ever arise.

The rep was a delight to meet and speak with. He had all the answers to my questions. He presented the history of Window World of the Triad, which was very interesting. He was very thorough and I signed a contract and can hardly wait for the installation of my new windows.

Everyone was extremely easy to work with. A minor issue arose when the installation crew were short on siding materials. Management responded promptly and presented a plan that was far more in my favor than theirs! All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again myself!

I went into the store on Stratford and I inquired about a glass sliding door for my client. We needed a quote and to place the order. We didn’t mind the 25+ weeks out. The ladies in the front office advised me to have my client call and schedule the appointment. My client calls and Sarah says they aren’t just going to do a door and therefore they aren’t interested. Why wouldn’t you just say that when I was there and not make me look like a fool to my client. I can assure you I won’t send any future clients here as I wasn’t treated professionally or apologized to from Sarah for miscommunication. I was referred to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I absolutely had a great experience with Window World. From the no pressure salesman to finished install, everything was awesome. I was able to get period appropriate windows for my Craftsman bungalow. The difference in road noise is amazing. The installer was super nice and efficient especially since I have some issues due to settling. They even tackled the window sitting off square where the foundation is sinking. I highly recommend this company.

I was happy with the windows but not with the timing. I ordered the windows in January and was promised that I would get them in May but did not get them until July. I asked for a discount because it was so late but I never got an answer. But again I was please with the windows. Thanks

The installation in April 2021 was quick and easy. By the end of May, we are unable to use one of the windows in my sons room. I and my husband called and requested for a service technician to come out. One of the reason was that the person in charge of scheduling service technician was sick and nobody else can do her job. After numerous phone calls and follow ups and promises, and its already June 25, we have not seen a single service technician. Meanwhile, the charges does not stop. I spoke with Robin this morning and she said she is working on it. Fingers crossed.

Our installation was a bit different than the norm, but WW did an excellent job and our windows look like new!

This project was the second time I have used Window World for replacement windows. I have been very happy with results from BOTH jobs. Latest job was on my personal residence and I have nothing but praise for the company and crew. The only minor negative was a COVID related holdup on the production of the window units. I personally dont think it could have gone any better.

Kirk was our sales person. Very professional, knowledgeable & personable. Have used WW for new doors & windows & wow what a change!From selling point to installation it went flawless. Both my daughters have used this company for their homes along w Kirk as the professional guide. Everyone happy w product & pricing. I totally recommend Window World.

Gutters look great. Only problem is one side of the carport was angled wrong direction so water doesnt flow to the down spout on that corner. Just need them to come out to fix that one corner and were all good.

From start to finish everything was handled professionally but also in a very courteous manner. We are very pleased with Window World.

We had a door that was under warranty that Window World offered to replace for us:- No showed multiple times, late to appointments, and generally unprofessional- After nearly a year of waiting found out the order wasnt placed- They tried to to get out of the replacement completely, but settled on changing the terms from door replacement to panel replacement**Update**Window World finally came today with the replacement panel and turns out they ordered the wrong panel. I also found the leak that had caused the rot in the first place, and it was the result of the window above (also window world). Window World guaranteed me it wasnt that window, but I was able to find a roofer who could both identify the leak and fix it. I do not recommend Window World

I have been a Totally Completely Satisfied. . . Client / Customer / Fan of this Window World. . . I was referred to them in 2009. I replaced some Florida Style crank outs, on 2 enclosed porches. Then in 2017 the rest of my home. Just twice, I have needed to use my Lifetime Warranty, and that process was seamless. . . Thank-You Widow World, definitely one of my Best decisions. . .

I was grantee that the workers would be masked while working at all times. I had to ask several times for them to put on masks. I even kindly supplied them with ones. They still would pull it down over their chins exposing their entire face. I had to ask several times to keep masks on while in the house due to my partners immune system deficiency and he WILL get sick from them. This was stressing me out and as kind as I was trying to be explaining the importance it was clear they didnt care. I too have a line of work where wearing a mask is difficult but we do it anyways. I think given weve been in a pandemic for over a year now this should be an no brainer. If you are someone who cares about you and your loved ones safety Im not too sure this is the place for you. Not mention I was repeatly told this would be a 30-40 mintue job. It took them 3 hours and 4 different workers. I was highly confused by this.

Good window install but poor experience with the customer service. Took nearly 5 months to get windows installed due to bad initial measurement which was discovered once the crew came to install the windows. Once it was discovered they were the wrong size, we were told they would start the process over and would contact us soon. 2 weeks later we called them and were basically told our order was never put in and that once the install was done, we should call a certain individual to discuss a reimbursement comp for a portion of the window. 8 weeks later, the windows were finally installed. Install was great with the exception of the interior caulking, which some small spots were missed and other areas where the bead was put on but never smoothed. That was not a bad fix though. We called the individual and left 3 voicemails and didnt hear back. Finally, we were offered just $75 off this large job which wasnt even worth the 3 phone calls. Seems like our experience is uncommon, but wish it was handled better from managemens/customer service aspect.

A wonderful experience in replacing 21 windows. Timing was exactly as promised. The job was a bit involved removing and installing paladium windows, etc. but was handled very meticulously and professionally - never hurriedly nor carelessly. Our windows were installed by Juan and his son, Eric, who were THE BEST! Great care was given to ensure insulation was in place and an extremely professional caulking job was received. Clean-up was immaculate. We could not have asked for any more consideration than was offered and given to us from the initial contact with the sales rep, Kirk Sherwood, through the finished product. We are a VERY SATISFIED Window World customer and highly recommend their products and service!

We had windows, entry door and Storm door, vinyl siding, and gutters installed. All of the installation crews were courteous, experienced and always on time. They did a fantastic job. I had been a long-standing, happy customer of WW until now. First, I called in to discuss new windows. It took 3 wks and another phone call to get sales guy out to my house. Then, when I tried to apply a coupon that they sent me, they acted as if the coupon had come from Mars. They did Not appear to know of it. Then, though the sales guy did tell me they were behind due to Covid, it was 3 months and 2 more phone calls to get the installation scheduled. I waited 2x most of the day before I called in to find out where the install guys were when they missed the appointment only to have them cancel. Then, on the actual day of installation, they told me 8am but didn’t show up until 1045. I ended up having to leave at 12n, leaving them at my house to complete install. I get home that evening and find each of the 2 garden windows installed broke upon initial opening. The cranks to open/close both windows is off so windows will not close all the way. To make things worse, the window screens were missing. It was a total rush job, proving they never tested the operation of the windows and obviously didn’t see that the screens were missing. This was the day before Thanksgiving so that Monday I called and reported my dissatisfaction and was told I would get a call to schedule an inspection but it’s been a 2weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone. Things were moved and not replaced, and they left a mess including a calking gun that was discarded in my back yard. Used to be a quality company but not any longer.

I had them come out about a little over a year ago and install windows in my house. I wanted to wait to do a review so I could be as honest as I could be. Starting off the gentleman who came out and did the quote was nice and very informative. He was also patient and gave us time to think over the quote. We did shop around, but window world was actually cheaper then other quotes we got and offered the best warranty. It took about 2 months before they could come out due to being busy which was fine for us because we were not in any hurry. The installer, who had been in the business with window world for many years, came out and was super professional. He was respectful to our home and me being a DIY person he took the time to show/explain how to remove a old window and install a new one which is good info to have for the future. The real art is in the flashing work done at the end. That alone is worth the cost of having them installed by a pro. So, after a year we have had 0 issues with these windows. They are strong, durable, and insulated very well. Window world really has top notch windows and they do top notch work. We are very happy with the purchase and I will be using them again very soon for more windows in our home.

I usually dont leave reviews, but I really had to on WW!!!1st I started w/the salesman (cant remember his name) Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable!!!2nd I spoke w/Stephanie Extremely Pleasant, Very helpful, and attentive!!!3rd I spoke w/Sara in finance, I had planned to just pay off the remaining balance when the windows were in, but the bathroom remodeling bug hit me, so I decided to finance the rest, i applied and was only given a fraction of what was needed, all that did was lower my credit score, I spoke w/Stephanie and she suggested I speak w/Sara in finance, I did,Sara got me the rest of what I needed!!! What a team!!! Now lets discuss the magic that Roberto and Julio created during there short time at my house...Im not sure which was which but one of them entered the house and began putting up plastic, the other began popping out windows. I was truly impressed w/there work ethics, time management, cleanliness!!! Then came trimming out the window frames, thats where the magic really happened, it was Art Work, those 2 really killed it!!! I had 15 windows replaced, they got here at 12:30 and was done by 5:30. I had 30 min to look at there work, then I had to leave for work. Did I forget to mention the only trace that they were even there...was Brand New Windows!!! I Highly Recommend this Team of Professionals!!!

Once they arrived they were very fast and professional. They did leave a couple lower quality finishes that I will have to fix to some molding pieces. All in all the products and installation is very good.

The windows look great! My house was built in 1938 & I still had the original windows. These windows help with the street noise & drafts for sure. I replaced 24 windows so it was a little pricey but, still far less than the competitors. The reason I gave 3 stars is NOT because of quality but because of expectations that were not met by the install crew. Crew was about 3 hours late showing up to install & then had to come back on another day to complete. Im still picking up nails & pieces of metal & plastic out of the yard. I also thought they would wash the windows to remove dust from install & finger prints but, that didnt happen. The office staff was extremely helpful & polite. Financing was good with good terms.

I was not told the thick thickness of the window was different and I had to get a Carpenter to finish The job, that would have been good to know ahead of time.

We have used Window World for multiple projects at our home . Every job was completed perfectly and with great results . Customer service is superb from the sales person who comes to your home to finance your job and price and measure what you want done, to the installers and the office staff who works with you on scheduling. Weve had siding and windows installed and love the results. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

Its been 3 months now. Still no windows and still not on schedule for instalation. This stinks!

I have used Window World to Install windows in two homes. One was in Arizona and one was this location, in Winston-Salem. I have only positive things to say and Im very pleased with the product, customer service, and price.I had 11 windows to replace in this house. I had them replaced in groups of 3-4, so installers were out 3 times. Every installer was courteous and professional. They always do a great job cleaning up (very few pieces of glass found. Lets be realistic, windows break sometimes, especially old ones. Its not a big deal to run the vacuum after they leave.)They also show you how to use all of the features on the windows.I recommend Window World to anyone I know!

We replaced every window in the house back in 2010 with Window World windows. Great quality, good price. Just had the first issue, 9 years later: a mover damaged the mechanism in the window frame that counterbalances a window. Dean from their service department came out and fixed it, under warranty, in 10 minutes. They clearly stand by their products. Fast, professional, and polite.

My wife called few weeks ago to get an appointment. We were told a technician would call us in a couple of days. We never got a call back. Ill give my money to a business that wants it.

Guys showed up on time had the old windows out in less than 2 hours and then had the new windows in and trim work done in about 3 hours cleaned up their mess and was real professional about everything. Would highly recommend this company and will diffently use them again

We were referred by friends to WWofT. Their pricing was fair. To be honest, they had a better range of prices than others we checked with and while I found a better price from a guy and a truck, I wasnt sure that the job would be done within a week or even a month. So, we went with Window World. Our contact was Jack Guiler and this dude was awesome! He answered a ton of our questions, guided us to our options and didnt sell us, just left it up to us to make a decision. Windows came in and were installed in 1 day (19 windows)!!!!!!!! We opted for the financing and after about 15 months, we had an issue and Window World and Jack specifically went to bat to help us. Overboard, above and beyond is how I would describe my experience, especially after the install. They could have just said theres nothing we can do, but they did and I REALLY appreciate it. Dont forget the windows have a lifetime warranty! I send everyone to Jack and Window World!!

Window World did a great job replacing two doors and a window. There were some problems that were pointed out by the installer during install. I was contacted the same day by WW and appointments were made to replace all issues. The installers were here right on time, do a great job installing the doors and window, worked the amount of time that was quoted, and cleaned up afterwards. The window and doors have exceeded my expectations in quality and beauty. They have changed the whole appearance of my house. The sales person did not pressure me to buy more than I could afford at one time. I look forward to finishing my projects with Window World in the near future.

Installation team was great! Ran into an issue (proved to be user error on my part) a couple of weeks after the installation was complete. Sent an email to my sales rep Jack, 30 minutes later he was at my home and resolved the issue. I cant ask for any better after the sale support than this. I would do business with them again.

We had issues with the color of the door and some problems with the install, but the company came out and resolved the issues. The color looks great and they addressed all our concerns.

We had new windows, gutters and siding put on our house. Our house looks great and we have noticed many people looking as they walk by our house

These people subcontract out the work. I bought windows and gutters from them.Bad mistake. Gutters leaked and had bird nest in them from the first week. The subcontractors first came out with a cracked window and tried to convince me that they would be OK to put in. They are a bunch of con artist. Do business with them at your own risk. What gets me is he stands there with his entire family on the commercials and promises that they will stand by their work. His wife even says that you have their word on it. Yeah right! Nothing but a bunch of CROOKS.

Windows look great, but they took the blinds down and hung the windows. Now the blinds wont go back up where they were. They said this was normal, but my sister has the exact same window inher home and the blinds went back where they were. Have called several times and was toldsomeone from the office would call. I have never heard anything!!!!!!!!

When you find a local business that has a quality product and backs it with a guarantee, it’s worth your hard-earned money to give that business a try. Before using Window World, we replaced a window with a company that advertised their guarantee and the quality of their product. It was more expensive and a couple of years later, the salesman tried to pressure us into buying more windows.Instead of using them, we tried Window World. For six years, we never received a call to pressure us into buying additional windows. In that sixth year, one of their windows that we bought needed to be replaced. Their customer service was wonderful. The young lady verified our info and ordered the window during my initial call. The window was replaced for free without the hassle of going through red tape! Window World does stand on their word!

The windows these folks installed seem to be working out well -- but I am worried. Their guttering, soffits and gutter covers are HORRIBLE!!!! They continually leak, get clogged and have problems -- and when you call for the lifetime service they offered at purchase, they tell you that there is maintenance you have to do before that service is applied -- none of this was mentioned on purchase. I am stunned by the poor customer service these people offer. As for the commercial about standing by their work -- dont believe it for a second.

I got windows years ago and if anything happens to the Windows they replaced them. Very nice people.

I would not ever buy windows from window world they put some sketchy stuff on the estimate I went to home depot found the same window for about 100 dollars left because window world wants to charge you for something that all windows come with and its the low E argon gas they tried to charge us 1106 dollars for that and it come with dont buy from these people go to home depot and compare before you buy dont take my word for it do the research .
