The day of the installation I showed up and had to tell them to correct the line as they were going on the neighbor’s lot by a lot. Nobody from the office or supervisor showed up. I spoke to someone at the home office and basically did the job of a supervisor. Then, I keep replacing or fixing boards that are bending. I think that they put the boards to low on the ground. Never again. I don’t recommend this company. They have been in business for a long time and became complaisant. Encourage competition.

I was working with Chad at this business. He came out and took a look at the job and seemed interested. Said he would get back in touch with us on Monday. Never did. Tomorrow is Wednesday. We are now talking with two other gate builders. I guess they just do not want our business. Good for them.

**Update**Piedmont Fence got in contact and assuredus that their materials are covered underwarranty and they will come back out to address our concerns. We now realize that the chipping paint was due to the conditions under which the repaint was done (cool temps and recent rain) and is easily fixed under the warranty. Their customer service is top-notch and we greatly appreciate their willingness to come back multiple times to make these repairs.**Original**The install was great and it looks good overall, but we have concerns about longevity because the black coating is chipping off the gate latches after only a couple weeks. There were deep scratches in numerous posts after the installation and Piedmont Fence was quick to respond by repainting those posts; however, after 2 weeks the paint is already chipping away from the posts, especially around the latches on the gates.

We were pleasantly surprised when our start date was moved earlier than anticipated. The crew worked tirelessly and tackled a tricky corner and some unexpected vegetation. Through it all they did an exceptional job, installing two custom gates. The fence is ram-rod straight and level everywhere. They arrived on time each day and worked long hours. We couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks also to Pam in the office for updating us on our progress on the schedule (we were under some time constraints to have the job completed, which it was!)

I sent a request for quote through their website. Then I stopped by the office to verify that they did receive my it. The lady at the front desk said she had given the request to a salesman and that he would respond in a couple of days.NO ONE ever contacted me!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I saw a beautiful fence in my neighborhood that Piedmont had done. I e-mailed the company and received a call back within minutes by Lynne. I was then scheduled to have an appointment with Tim for an estimate. He called me ahead of time and arrived early. Great guy! I received ongoing and excellent communication from the company regarding every aspect of the job (Pam and Julia). The two workers I met (Rose and Louis) were fantastic. The job was completed in a very timely fashion. The workmanship is outstanding. It’s a very sturdy fence and the gates open and close easily and are hung with top notch hardware. From start to finish I could not be more pleased. A+ to all.

Here I sit in the window watching my friend, Boogie, frolic in our newly fenced yard. What a beautifully crafted enclosure to keep my best friend and the little people safe. My large people dont let me go out because they know how agile I am. There are not too many things that can keep me from exploring the wider world. My folks choose to keep me in the safety of the indoors because I am small and cute. I overheard a lot of discussion around the house recently about keeping Boogie and the small people, who hug me too tightly, safe. I witnessed several people meet with my people about the project and then before I knew it a crew of professionals arrived and turned our backyard into an outdoor living space with walls. Simply Amazing!! Everyone is so happy. Piedmont Fence is a professional fence contractor from start to finish, their representatives respected our property, worked quietly and seemingly non-stop. The family could not be happier. Now, just leave that door open just a little bit longer. I have some exploring to do. I highly recommend Piedmont Fence. Piedmont Fence is by far the most professional and efficient company I have dealt with. From the estimate visit by Tim, who gave helpful suggestions and acted like he had all day to listen to me, to Julia and company in the office, to Norm on the phone letting me know what to expect, to Austin and the team who installed the privacy fence quickly and beautifully and were extremely considerate, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I feel grateful to have found them, and Ill never consider another fencing company.

They were reliable, easy to work with, and did an incredible job customizing a fence and gate for our somewhat challenging backyard space. This is the second job they have done for me and Im as pleased the second time around as I was the first. A first rate fence company who did an excellent job of installing my new fence. Professional all the way around. They did everything they said they would do and did it extremely well, on time and for a fair price. I was very pleased with the quality of the fence and very pleased they got it done in one day and left no trash behind. A little communication issue with staff but overall a good job. I bought them breakfast and everyone was happy. They even finished while it was raining. However, I was very dissatisfied with customer service. The salesman came out to sell me a fence and said he would be out the day it was to be installed. Never saw him. Not once. They put the lock on backwards to one gate and the salesman said he would send someone out to fix it. Still waiting. Well, while they were digging they cut a cable that sent electricity to my backyard shed. I called and left message with the salesman. Never called me back. I called the office. Wasnt their problem. It was a private line and not a public line. I understand that but I feel when the salesman was out measuring he could have suggested I find out where the electric line to the shed went before they dug. Now I have to pay an electrician to get my power back. Will not recommend. Certainly didnt feel I mattered.

Great Job all around!Our little family got a new dog just after the holidays which lead us to move forward with fence plans and we couldnt be happier with the result.Tim Yarborough came out, listened to our needs and knew exactly what we were looking for.The staff did a great job scheduling and letting us know when they were headed out.Super nice crew of guys came out as scheduled and on time, laid out the parameter, got my approval and went right to work. They were efficient, friendly and neat.They werent the cheapest bid but they werent the highest either, I felt 100% confident in going with them and they didnt let us down.My wife and I are proud of the work they did, thats saying something.Thank you.
