I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for my experience with this store and the customer service. Rita is amazing at what she does. She helped work with my fiancé to make my dream ring come true. It actually came out better than my dreams! She went over and beyond to help us pick the diamond, band and setting. She made sure we were 110% satisfied each step of the way. We never felt like just another sale or customer, more like long time friends. It was a beautiful experience that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you to all the sweet staff at Helzberg and especially, thank you Rita♥️

The sales associate was very helpful. She made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable, and helped us sort through several rings without being pushy. We decided not to buy that day, and they werent pushy or upset. However, when I came back weeks later they still remembered me, had the same ring at the same great price, which was much, much better than the other jewelry stores we tried (cough *Jared* cough). They did an excellent job of resizing the ring on a short notice too. Everything about my experience was positive, except that after I bought the ring I felt a little pressured to also buy the lifetime care package for the ring, which is why I only give four stars.

The staff were great. No high pressure sales pitch. Very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. All around great team.

I have been going to this store many years now and have bought many different items. But don’t think I will be returning after the visit I had today. Employee was very rude not willing to help with my situation. Long story short I guess if you aren’t spending a ton of cash at that very moment they don’t wanna deal with you.

Sometimes it feels like they need more staff, but when you are always in for a present experience once you are! Pretty good selection, but other places have more.

Phenomenal customer service! If I could give them more than five stars I would. I am so impressed they remembered who I was both times I went in (several weeks apart). They worked with me to help me create the perfect wedding band that actually ended up costing me much less than if I had bought the first insert I had looked at in the store. I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not love and felt encouraged in doing my own thing. The band is beautiful and complements my engagement ring perfectly. Seriously cannot say enough good things.

I ordered a ring for my boyfriends daughter for her 13th birthday. I paid in full and was expecting the ring to be shipped to my house. The order said sent to fulfillment but I never received it. I waited over an hour to talk to customer service but no one ever picked up. I called the store and was suppose to get a call back about what happened but never did. Two days later I called again to get told they do not even have the ring in stock. They never notified me about this because as the lady said they are trying to decide whether they want to give me something else or a refund. I will NEVER shop at Helzberg ever again and do not recommend anyone else to.

I went here earlier today to have a necklace repaired and all of the female employees in the store were rude and extremely disrespectful, to say the least. As soon as I walked in one of the employees instantly started staring at me and giving me the most hateful look Ive ever had. I assume its because I didnt have a mask on at first. Then not to my surprise the woman asked if I needed a mask. I then immediately put my own on to avoid problems. Then one of the female employees that were taking care of me at the end became extremely rude all of a sudden for no reason almost as if she were better than I. As soon as I and my brother walked off three of the female employees began laughing. I cant recommend this location based on my experience.

Non consistent pricing, 149 to size a ring and poor customer service. 3 trips because credit cards werent working. Way over priced, not worth the headache

Fantastic service. Months ago I was browsing for a new locket. Zales and Kay to one look at me (dressed goth) and either outright ignored me or were very curt/rude. The associated at Helzberg were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went back a few days ago and received the same wonderful service (and finally bought a locket) as well as another nice piece of jewelry. I recommend them over the other jewelers in the mall.

I have been going here for a few years now...Staff is very friendly. Its nice to go in and see the same people that remember you (even though im not a big spender). Today I worked with a new sales person who did an excellent job (Josselyn). She was very helpful, friendly and worked really hard to find what I was looking for not what she might want to sell me.

I have bought all of my jewelry from helzburg in hands mall. Never had an issue except for one time. They were EXTREMELY helpful in resolving our issue. They spent genuine time trying to fix it for us. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a 14k gold rope chain find out it was actually gold plated. I also purchased 2 Ruby and diamond rose gold rings. The gold was real but the rubies and diamonds werent. Customer service was okay. But I would recommend anyone to make sure they check the authenticity of their purchases

We had the BEST experience with the team there. Rita, Billie Jean, Dakota and Hydiah went way over and beyond for us. We got there late, they took my rings to the jewelers home and got them sized for me. They worked with us after hours to make sure we was taken care of. What a great experience!!!!! Traci was the most fantastic sales person I have ever dealt with. I am in a same-sex relationship and was looking for engagement rings and in the past when dealing with jewelers, I have felt the judgment and always felt like what I was needing wasnt important. With Traci, that was the complete opposite. She was very open, wanted to know exactly what I wanted, asked me questions about my partner, showed me multiple rings (some a few times), and helped me for almost an hour. She even asked that I please come back with my partner after the proposal so she can meet her and see the ring on her. She went above and beyond my expectations and I am so glad I chose to walk into the store and that she was the one who helped me!!!!

Carolyn at Helzberg is so amazing!!! She helped my husband and I with our purchase plus cleaned my other jewelry for me. She truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Helzberg for all of your jewelry needs extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable I could not be happier with our purchase and all the assistance Carolyn provided.

Customer Service is terrible. Long story short, My fiance and I was profiled as if we didnt have enough money or credit to spend in their store. We was not greeted upon arrival and when a sales rep did greet herself to help, she wasnt as friendly after learning a set price my honey wanted spend on my diamond ring for Valentines Day as I just got a ring for Christmas. She took out rings she wanted me to see instead of letting me see the showcase and pick what I wanted to see. Nothing caught my eye so I told my love i was ready to go. She asked him if he wanted to possibly open an account and receive a free gift (necklace) rather an account was opened or not as if we was a charity case or needed a necklace. He agreed against my opinion. I asked her a question related to pulling credit, she rolled her eyes and said she didnt know and would ask someone. She asked two women who seemed to be sales reps also, they all began to laugh very loud and she never answered my question. I looked around while he was doing that. When i came back over, her tone and body language changed as she asked if I saw anything I liked. I told her no and told him I was ready to go. She then tried to talk him into telling me to look around more to find something due to the fact he was approved for an account limit well over 3k. I said again no, I was ready to go. She gave me a sad look with her lipped poked out as we walked off. We went directly across the way to Kay Jewelers. They were exceptional with customer service and meeting our needs from start to finish! I find and he purchased my beautiful ring and we also purchased two beautiful pieces of jewelry for our daughter as well. It felt great walking back by Helzberg and the same rep saw that smile Kay put on my face and my loves face as we carried our small bags from Kay. We plan on going back for our jewelry needs and to upgrade my ring later on!!! Thanks Kay!!!

I have dealt with them for years and have Never been Treated the way that I have been the last few months. I have been without my wedding ring for almost 4 months, had a anniversary and no ring. When I call out there to ask about my ring I’m put on hold and others are served while I’m on hold I know because my husband went into the store and told me to call on there and I did. I received a call from the store week before last and the salesperson said my ring was going to be in the store last week, so I called and no ring. I just need to talk to someone and let them know how I am being Treated.

I am absolutely displeased with what they did with my ring. I took in in April of 2018 to get a small diamond replaced, gold added to the band, and new prongs for the large diamond. I had to take it back TWICE because the center diamond was crooked and they messed up another part of the ring. They eventually fixed it. Now, only after 8 months of wearing it, my center diamond and its prongs completely fell off, and the band is cracking. Unacceptable.

My mom had bought me a mom necklace for Valentines day since I am expecting my first child, however within the first week it broke at the clasp I took it in and they gladly exchanged it for a new one because the other had been poorly made. I appreciate their time so much and how well they treated me upon my arrival. I am so glad they could help because this necklace means alot to me.

Just a bad experience. No one knows what they are doing, always get a different answer every time we go in or call . I have been waiting for a month for my Husbands wedding ring only to be told they have no clue when it will come in, then they call and tell me its ready for pick up only to get a call when we are walking in the store letting us know it was in fact not ready and on top of all of that they sized his ring wrong!!!. Dont waste your money here, staff has no clue what they are doing and they dont care.

Bad experience with rude representative, I had been a long time customer love the jewelry but not so much with some of the staff. Went in for a free necklace and was going to buy the matching earrings to go with it, I had been in twice this month and they didn’t have it. While talking with a sales representative a different representative came by and told her not to bother with it and waste her time to look for it, she completely disregarded me and was completely rude to her co-worker. I have delt with Helzberge in the past and have spent thousands of dollars in this store, however I will never go back due to rude representatives they have now. Customer service should be a first on their list and it is not.

Bustling but not overwhelming

They are expensive but they have beautiful jewelry and its good quality.

This was my second visit in about a month. Bought some 1/4ct diamond studs and subsequently decided I needed slightly larger; called Helberg and was assured by Billie Jean (shes not my lover, shes just a girl who thinks that I am the one...but, the kid is not my son) that I could do so. *NOTE* on Sunday, the store does not open until noon. And, Hanes Mall is not that exciting on a Sunday at 11:15 am so, killing 45 minutes is a drag, so check the store hours before you go. Anyhow, I went back at noon, met Billie Jean (The Manager) who was helpful and engaging and kind and we managed to find what I wanted. There were only one pair that would work for me, the stock seemed a bit light. End of week, end of month, I suppose. I would have liked to have a few sets to compare, but it wasnt crucial. The transaction was smooth; you can (and should) look at your stones thru their equipment to check clarity, etc... which, I did. I paid the difference and was on my way. I am told that I can upgrade again if I choose. And, I might just do so. Honestly, I felt like I was in control of my purchase; you get a bit of a sell but, face it: thats their job. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and a DAMN sight better than the other jewelry stores in the mall. Because I checed with EVERY one of them before I went back to Helzberg. And, I will go back again. Gold Star!
