I am not sure why this company is getting so much negative feedback regarding their customer service. I ordered 5 custom pint glasses and when they arrived 4 were in excellent condition and looked great, the fifth was in a million pieces at the bottom of the box. I reached out to their customer service team and was assisted by Sonya, whom upon receiving pictures of the broken glass, quickly put in a re-order request. Fast forward several days and the 5th glass arrived in perfect shape. Yes, I wish that the glasses were all in tact when I first got them, but I think that UPS are more to blame than this company. They did all they could in a quick manner to ensure that my order was fulfilled!

Buyer beware. I dont normally write reviews like this.Just got off the phone with customer service because my order was duplicated and I was charged twice. I was informed that the glassware had already shipped and word for word it is what it is. I have not received an email with tracking info and the customer service rep said that wasnt their problem. For a company that makes custom pieces, this is quite a poor customer experience.

The engraving on the glasses I ordered was substandard. Areas of missing engraving, engraving so shallow you could not read the text, and a small mark on each glass that looked like a clamp mark. Tried to reach customer service but no response. Do not use this company for your engraving needs. You would think a company would be concerned with the quality or lack of quality for the products they are shipping. Shop elsewhere.

Ive been purchasing from Quality Glass Engraving for years and Ive probably gotten a half-dozen types of items: beer mugs, shot glasses, wine glasses, you name it... and theyve all been phenomenal.Theyre extremely willing to help design items and have never steered me wrong. Quality is excellent and the engraving will last forever (unless you break the glass, of course)!

Best to call them first if one intends to go in person. You wont find them otherwise! Great folks and they did a good job on my custom engraving project.

DEFECTIVE DECANTER....RIGID CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a Decanter for our sons 40th birthday. It arrived and turned out beautiful, but after only using it less than 6 weeks when he picked it up to wash it, the whole bottom came out. It was obviously a defective decanter but Even though I contacted the company several times they refused to replace it or even offer to discount a replacement more than the already in place 5% Winter Discount. A QUALITY Glass company who lives by that name should stand by their products and they should certainly last more than 6 weeks.

I contacted Quality Glass Engraving with a very tight deadline and they rose to the occasion and surpassed expectations. I highly recommend working with them. Im sure my company will do business again. Kudos to Ron and Sarah in particular.

Placed an order for ten glasses with a corporate logo, Nick was very helpful with getting the order set up. When our order shipped after the two weeks he advised as a lead time, it arrived quickly. The glasses are exactly what I requested and are great quality. I wont hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very poor customer service. They do not stand behind their work and just want your money. Look elsewhere for engraved glasses. They will not respond when you call or email them about an issue. I am local to NC and really want to help out a local company. Unfortunately, their work is terrible.

Worst customer service. The quality of my glass was terrible. I requested a refund. It took weeks to hear back. Once I finally heard back they offered to send a new glass which I did not want since this was supposed to be a birthday gift and by this point that birthday had come and gone. The quality of the replacement glass was also terrible. I sent 3 follow up emails requesting a refund and never received a response. What kind of customer service just never responds?? I just wasted $60 and hours of time. PS: YES, $60 for just one wine glass with a tiny engraving.

Excellent products & FANTASTIC customer service!

Dont waste your money. I ordered 6 beer mugs and paid extra for a proof. Never received the proof, and the mugs showed up without my approval. I contacted customer service - left 5 voice mails. Finally talked to Nick the manager who basically told me there was nothing he could do. I have emailed 3 times - with no response. There is too much competition out there. Look around before you buy. I wish I had.

I have yet to receive my product and will update this review once I do, but the customer service I have received through this company thus far has been incredible. Quick, polite, and helpful responses. Their 5 dollar fee for proofs is absolutely worth it and I would recommend it. The person on the other end has been working with me to make sure I get the model which best suites what I want as well and has spent at least an hour working with me on this as I changed my mind once I saw the initial proof. They have been nothing but helpful.

Sales team was responsive, flexible and accommodating in my custom request of 300 pieces. Fall out was about 5% for the order. Approx 15 units werent usable, but I understand that its part of the process. Nevertheless, Quality Glass was communicative and quick to produce and deliver my order.

Our customized glasses look fabulous! We placed multiple orders with different designs to try and decide on which design we liked best before placing a full order. The etched glasses looked so great we are still having trouble picking just one design! Our order was delivered faster than expected and arrived well packed. We love Toms Glass Works!!

Excellent customer service. Great communication and quick problem resolution. Ordered an engraved decanter which was shipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately it had a scratch on the glass on delivery. Resolved by email and replacement sent within 24 hours with expedited shipping that ensured we received before our event. Would recommend and will use again.

Wonderful company!! Ordered things for my wedding and everything was perfect. Then just yesterday I ordered a wine glass with engraving as a gift, honestly I was worried if all the writing would fit but I trusted them. I got an email today that it shipped I replied to the email and asked if all the writing fit and they actually wrote back and said yes and It would be to me in 1 to 3 days. Wonderful company and amazing prices.

I have ordered from Toms for both personal and professional use and always been very impressed by the quality of the final product as well as the customer service. Recently I ordered 200 tumblers as a thank you present for Princeton Reunions committee members and when the event attendees saw the glasses online I was inundated with purchase requests. The folks at Toms helped us fulfill these additional orders and allowed us to raise some incremental funds for the Class.

OMG....This place is the BEST!!! I ordered on a Thursday and they had it to me Friday night. The extra charge to ship overnight was not expensive at all. I ordered a decanter and they engraved the front and the back and it was perfect. This decanter was the hit of the party (it was a birthday gift, that I put Crown Royal in) I had to give out the company name to five different people! The glass is thick and very classy. I will be ordering here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly fast, great prices, my custom logo and text came out great on glass! Thanks! I even asked them to expedite ($25 fee) but they said they could get it to me on time and there was no need to pay the $25. I will definitely buy from them again.

I order awards for tournaments several times throughout the year, and Toms Glass Works remains the best company I have ever dealt with. Their responses are prompt, their customer service is outstanding, and the shipping times are prompt. One of the glasses we ordered from them a few weeks ago got bumped a little too hard during shipping. I emailed them, and within a few days had its replacement in hand, without any extra charge.

My order arrived yesterday completely incorrect and now totally unusable. The instructions that I filled out were not at all adhered to in font or style. The gift is ruined now and I cannot get ahold of a person to correct this issue. No one answers the phone or emails. I am incredibly disappointed with the work and the lack of service.

This is a unreptable company that provides anything but quality products. I ordered a dozen etched wine glasses and when they arrived they were nothing like the ones I ordered. The glasses were distorted, with lumps and bubbles in the glass. Two of the 12 glasses shatter when ice from the ice maker dropped into them. After contacting the company they were not willing to replace the glasses and said “they purchase these cheap glasses from a third party and are not responsible for anything but the etching on the glasses”, thus they would not replace them. I contacted the North Carolina Better Business Bureau and Quality Glass would not respond to them on the complaint.I would not do business with this company....

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced, the operations person literally hung up the phone on me after refusing to refund my expedited fee that they never met.

Went well above and beyond the call of duty! We called them needing a Sand Ceremony container, not only did they quickly source it but got it us on time and when promised. Their work and customer service is beyond approach... I would highly recommend using this company for any of your glass engraving or etching needs.

Our team gives a 5-star rating to Toms Glass Works! We ordered custom Riedel wineglasses with a clients logo, and they turned out better than we expected. Toms had a more reasonable price than most online outlets, and we very much enjoyed the personal correspondence (some quick-turn vendors are impossible to get a hold of!).

Excellent. Tried at least a dozen places to try and get some custom glasses etched, everyone told me it cant be done. Toms did it, not only perfectly but with a VERY fast turnaround. Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience with this place. They changed names, so dont be fooled. They did not answer the phone and did not submit any proofs to me. What I ordered was NOT what I received. When I called back, and when they finally answered the phone, I was hung up on. Then, to make matters worse, months later they accidentally charged my credit card for someone elses order. How does that happen. I will not do business with this company again.

This company won’t answer calls, return emails or voicemails. They sent me the wrong glassware.. I ordered Pinot noir glasses and they sent me Cabernet glasses. The logo looks horrible. It was double etched so super blurry. They refuse to call me back to resolve. Worst customer service experience ever.

I tried to place an order of $500 and they could not decide to do it. Messed me around for weeks before cancelling. What a joke. Dont even bother they are useless

Excellent experience! They etched a customized glass ice bucket for me. They provided a proof for my review in an efficient timeframe and made requested changes within the hour. Then, because of my timeframe, they Fed Exd the package to me overnight without charging an additional fee. This was above and beyond what I had expected. Would definitely use them again. Also the ice bucket was heavy and high quality.
