Have shopped here since 2017 and have always been treated very well. Everyone working there knows the products they offer and go above and beyond the call of duty when letting you try something out. I just purchased a Boss DD 200 today from Guitars USA and being torn between two delay devices they allowed me to hook both units up to A/B them. After being almost forced to shop with Guitar Center on several occasions Guitars USA is a breath of fresh air.

I spent twice as much on a setup here than most other guitar shops and I still had fret buzz. The kicker is that I brought in two guitars, same issue with both so double the trouble. I had to leave one because of how obvious it was and I fixed the other myself. You dont always get what you pay for.

Guitar USA is a rare shop where you are treated well, no matter if your buying a set of strings or a Les Paul Custom. The staff are real musicians that can answer questions, talk about gear and discuss their favorite KISS album. I have all of my set-up work completed at Guitar USA and would not consider anyone else! Three Gibson Les Pauls and a Fender Strat and I’m very happy with the work and turn around time.This is NOT a big box chain music store.. this is the best and the only shop I visit!

The person is William Perudo or something like that. If you don’t have a Bill or William there, I will delete this. I just know that he quickly went from a potential buyer to trying to get me in your store. I’d never plug a store while shopping unless the person asks or we get into a discussion. I have been a customer here since 2002, Ive seen Guitars USA go from a great company to an impeccable one. Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable always helpful. And one thing that sets them apart is there attention to a wide array of music genres and the what the musician needs. Most non corporate guitar shops especially in this region, tend to forget the extreme music players. Guitars USA does not. 10/5 stars

I have been coming here for years both for lessons and musical instruments/supplies. The staff are extremely friendly, and they are always willing to help customers. The current lesson teacher (Evan) is very knowledgeable, and he is really laid back and easy to learn from.

I was surprised by how large the store and its selection are: guitars galore, ukeleles, violins, woodwinds, reeds, amps, loop pedals, keyboards...they even offer lessons at the store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed more concerned that my 13YO son obtain *the* guitar for him than that they make a sale. We ended up buying a steel-string guitar that he hasnt put down since we got home. My 7YO got a large, easy-to-play harmonica that he also hasnt stopped playing (there were several supercool instruments for little ones). This is truly a family and community music store. You wont regret making the trip or just stopping in if you happen to drive by.

Purchased a new PRS S2 Standard 24. They gave me an incredible deal on it! I had to have it. I live 3+ hours away. There was an issue with ebay and paypal updating my new address, and needed it soon since I booked studio time. Brice did an outstanding job resolving the issue and getting me my new axe in time; excellent communication! I went into the studio, and this thing just killed every track that I did, so glad it made it to me beforehand. This is a great store to do business with, will be visiting them again.

Dont be fooled by the nondescript nature of the outside of the building. Once you go inside you find a well stocked very nicely laid out store. This place is really cool. Brent helped me with a new PRS Custom SE left handed. Very engaging person and a wealth of knowkedge. The manager greeted me at the door with a smile. Most important.portant to me...they had the best selection of left handed guitars around these parts. I highly recommend your next music purchase from Guitars USA. Well done guys!!
